ROLE OVERVIEW
You’ll be helping AzuKo connect with current and potential donors to raise vital funds and ensure we continue supporting those in need. The role involves conducting research, bid writing, building relationships and growing our network.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, identify and connect with potential funders, with a particular focus on Trusts and Foundations
- Understand donor needs and requirements
- Develop an engagement and stewardship calendar
- Support the development of proposals, and overall fundraising strategy

- Deal with funder queries and requests
- Support volunteer fundraisers, helping them to reach their potential

About the role
St Giles is delivering an ambitious Voluntary Fundraising Strategy for 2026–2029, focused on diversifying income and growing voluntary fundraising by 15% across restricted and unrestricted streams. We are looking for an experienced and creative New Partnerships Manager to play a key role in achieving this ambition.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate corporate fundraiser with a strong track record of securing new income and managing five and six-figure partnerships. You will lead on developing our corporate partnerships portfolio, identifying and securing new partners while building long-term, strategically aligned relationships.
The role has responsibility for delivering £1m per year in corporate income and offers significant scope to shape and grow our partnerships approach.
Key responsibilities
Corporate partnerships & new business
- Contribute to and deliver a three-year corporate fundraising strategy with the ambition to raise £1 million annually
- Develop and implement a new business and communications strategy aligned to St Giles’ core pillars: Poverty, Justice, and Violence & Exploitation
- Identify and engage local and regional corporate partners across England and Wales
- Build and manage a strong corporate partnerships pipeline, securing new partnerships through proactive relationship-building and high-quality proposals
- Lead negotiations and manage senior-level stakeholder relationships
Partnership management & growth
- Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to onboard new partnerships, establishing clear objectives, targets and ways of working
- Oversee account management of new and existing partnerships where required, supporting retention and income growth
- Expand and develop our corporate engagement offer, including event sponsorship, payroll giving, gifts in kind, volunteering and other non-financial support
- Design and deliver engaging volunteering and challenge event opportunities to maximise corporate engagement
Collaboration, impact & finance
- Represent St Giles at corporate and partnership events, delivering compelling cause engagement opportunities
- Work with Service Managers and the Data and Impact teams to produce high-quality proposals, reporting and impact communications
- Collaborate with Finance to set, manage and review annual corporate income budgets
- Work with Service Managers to develop service delivery models and budgets to support funding applications

Borders Forest Trust (BFT) is a charity established to restore native woodland habitats to Southern Scotland, an area with the lowest percentage of native woodlands in mainland Scotland. Since 1996, they have been working towards planting trees, restoring peatlands and other natural habitats, enriching the biological diversity of around 31 sq km in the Southern Uplands. They demonstrate large scale ecological restoration in action, and inspire landowners, statutory bodies, local communities and policy makers to embrace this alternative model for land use and conservation.
Fundraising to date at BFT has seen success, but it has been responsive and ad-hoc as opposed to planned according to strategic need. To achieve their mission, and provide sustainable long-term income, in May 2025 they invested in their first dedicated Development Manager. The post holder has recently secured the Chief Executive post at BFT and as such, we are looking to back fill the role of Development Manager.
The Development Manager will join BFT at an exciting stage, they are about to embark on a new period of strategic development, and from the work undertaken by the previous post holder since May 2025, the organisation understands the importance of fundraising to their future.
They are looking for a fundraiser who will thrive on the challenge of designing and implementing their own fundraising strategy aligned with the organisations new strategic plan, and who can provide the expertise needed to build income across all areas. Duties & responsibilities
Income generation
- To design and develop a fundraising strategy for QSA, incorporating a wide range of approaches, including statutory sources, charitable trusts, individual donations, legacies, earned income from training, and event fundraising.
- To set clear targets based on previous trends, and realistic aspirations for growth.
- To ensure all fundraising activity sits within the required legislative framework and complies with best practice, especially regarding donor consent.
- To ensure accurate financial information is presented within fundraising materials.
- To ensure that QSA fundraising applications are supported by up-to-date evidence of need, gained from relevant research and policy developments.

Main terms and conditions of employment
- QSA uses the local government pay scales for salaries. Your salary will be on NJC scale point 41-44, which starts at £56,463 (including London weighting) for a full-time/36 hours post. All appointments are made at bottom of scale.
- This is a permanent position.
- This post can be offered as a role to be worked between four and five days per week, so 28 hours to 36 hours per week. We pride ourselves on our flexible working practices.
- Leave entitlement for a full-time post is 25 days per year, plus 8 bank holidays, with the leave year running from January to December. This increases by 2 days after 3 years of service and a further 3 days after 5 years of service. QSA closes between Christmas and New Year and days falling within this period are not taken from your leave entitlement.
- QSA pays an additional 6% of salary into the QSA group personal pension, with a 2% staff contributory element.
- We have probationary periods of six months and the period of notice is 1 week during the probationary period and 8 weeks on its completion.
- QSA has a union recognition agreement with Unite although staff are welcome to join any trade union or none.
- This is a hybrid role. We see the benefits of being in the office with colleagues on a regular basis, and consider 2-3 days per week in person to be ideal for this role.

Our Second Home is the UK’s youth movement of young people with refugee backgrounds. Since 2018, we have supported over 750 young people from 53 countries to build community, develop leadership skills, and flourish into adulthood in the place they now call home.
Our work begins with transformational residential experiences, where young people form friendships, grow in confidence, and experience belonging – often for the first time since arriving in the UK. We are recruiting a Fundraising Manager to act as the organisation’s operational lead for income generation. This is a part-time role (18–24 hours per week) with significant flexibility, ideal for someone who is organised, thoughtful, and motivated by building something meaningful.
The Fundraising Manager will manage and coordinate income across five strands: trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate foundations, individual and digital giving, and statutory funding. While the role has a strong trusts and foundations focus, it offers real scope to build skills and experience across a broad fundraising portfolio.
Working closely with the CEO, a highly experienced freelance Bid Writer, and the wider team, you will be responsible for developing funding pipelines, producing high-quality proposals and applications, stewarding funder relationships, and translating programme impact into compelling narratives. You will also play a key role in donor communications, reporting, CRM management, and supporting campaigns and events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing writing, relationship-building, planning and delivery – and who values doing fundraising with integrity and care.

Purpose
The Philanthropy Leads, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, are responsible for inspiring new prospective, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors into greater involvement with Christians Against Poverty. About the Role
As a key member of Big C’s Executive leadership team, you will bring a specialist knowledge of cancer and act as an ambassador for the charity in this area of expertise.

The role
The senior data & insights officer will report to the database manager.
Excellent use of and understanding of our data is crucial to the success of our fundraising activity. This role will support all elements of direct marketing and campaign work for the fundraising team. Using Raiser’s Edge (RE7/RENXT), the post holder will lead on complex data selections for integrated, multi-channel supporter communications, and present meaningful data analysis of fundraising activity. Our dynamic fundraising department is preparing for an ambitious multimillion-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital. Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises three teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:

This includes committed giving, in memory support, gifts in wills, and fundraising events and challenges. Oasis Nurture
Oasis Nurture is a project that is carried out on the Village. It is a therapeutic intervention designed specifically for those children who might be described as the missing middle – those who do not meet the threshold for an ECHP but who nevertheless struggle to engage with the curriculum for a variety of reasons.
Oasis Nurture is in its pilot phase, working with four local schools, offering a two day a week intervention to a small group of children.
As a Teacher, you will be working with a maximum of six children supported by a key worker and a therapeutic practitioner. You will work alongside a therapeutic lead and a clinical lead.
In this role you will be:
· Working with the home school and parents/carers to understand the children’s needs and developing agreed goals for learning and emotional and social development
· Developing a basic curriculum for Key Stage 2 children for numeracy and literacy, related to their stage learning at their home school, so that they don’t fall behind.
· Providing a personalised, bespoke and restorative approach for each individual child to help address their challenges and fulfil their potential.
· Maintaining clear and accurate records for individual children on the designated online systems and reporting back to the home school and parents/carers on the agreed goals
· You will also be working with the Therapeutic Lead to provide opportunities for mindful therapeutic care to remove barriers to learning and provide emotional support to access the curriculum. While this role requires primary teaching experience it also requires someone who has experience of working in trauma responsive ways and understands the therapeutic needs of children who struggle to engage.
Oasis Nurture is not an Alternative Provision; it is a part time intervention designed to support local schools and children and their families. Oasis Nurture is not a statutory provision and does not therefore follow teachers’ pay and conditions. Oasis offers all the usual employment benefits including sick pay and pension.

Fixed Term 1 Year Contract, full-time post, 40 hours per week (1 FTE), inclusive of breaks
Working Pattern: Some shift work may be required (across 7.30am until 9pm)

This role will help deliver the Oasis St Martins Village aims and mission by ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective site and facilities service, aligned with the ethos and values of Oasis St Martin’s Village.
What will you do?
This newly formed role will be embedded within the site management team. To be successful in this role, applicants will be required to:
- Assist the Senior Premises Officer with maintenance tasks as required to ensure a safe and effective working environment. Must be able perform basic repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, changing locks etc.)
- Assist with water testing, testing of alarms and other routine tasks as directed.
- Set and un-set the site alarm systems when required.
- Assist with the opening and closing, unlocking and locking of the site gates and buildings, including evening and weekend use.
- Be responsible for the security of the site when on duty including the locking of all doors and windows.
- Assist the events manager with delivery of events, particularly during evenings and weekends.
- Assist with the cleaning of the site as and when needed.
- Assist with room setup and moving of furniture safely. This includes preparing spaces to host events and functions, packing down and cleaning afterwards. And to service ongoing regular lettings.
