Job description

The silence surrounding men's struggles is a crisis that breaks hearts and costs lives. Sadly, suicide remains the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. Behind every statistic is a man, a son, a father, a friend, battling alone. MINDSET is here to change that. We're a brand new start-up charity, forging a brotherhood to inform, guide, and support men, empowering their mental well-being and self-improvement through vital services, events, and a powerful community.

Lead with Purpose. Build with Passion. Become the Manager of MINDSET Charity.

Are you a visionary leader with the drive to turn bold ideas into real-world impact? MINDSET Charity is a brand-new start-up on a mission to empower men through mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth and we’re searching for an exceptional Volunteer who can become our Manager to steer our ship from launch to legacy.

This is not just a role - it’s a calling. You’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, working closely with our Board of Trustees to shape strategy, build infrastructure, and lead our team into a future where men feel supported, empowered, and heard.

Your leadership will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of MINDSET Charity.

  • Drive the launch and registration process as a UK charity.

  • Build and manage a passionate team of volunteers and specialists.

  • Develop services that truly change lives for men that refelect mental wellbeing and self improvement.

  • Represent MINDSET with energy, integrity, and impact.

Why MINDSET Matters:

Men’s mental health is in crisis. We’re here to change the narrative, with courage, compassion, and community. As our Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this movement, helping us grow from grassroots to greatness.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in charity leadership, project management, or service delivery.

  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

  • Passion for mental health, wellbeing, and social change.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills.

  • Ability to inspire, lead, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

What’s in it for you?

  • Be the founding force behind a transformative charity.

  • Shape services that make a real difference in men’s lives.

  • Work alongside a committed Board of Trustees.

  • Build your leadership profile and legacy.

  • Experience the thrill of building something meaningful from the ground up.

Ready to lead the charge? Send us your CV and a short statement about why you’re the leader MINDSET Charity needs. Let’s build a movement that matters.

Apply now and help us turn vision into victory. Your leadership could be the difference. Let’s create a stronger MINDSET—together.
