Job description

Lead with Vision. Empower with Purpose. Become MINDSET Charity’s Manager (Volunteer Position)

MINDSET Charity is more than a name - it’s a movement. A rising force for men’s mental health, personal growth, and emotional resilience across the UK. And now, we’re searching for a bold, compassionate leader to help steer our ship into the next chapter of impact.

The Role: Charity Manager (Volunteer Position)

This is a leadership opportunity like no other. As our Manager, you’ll be the strategic heartbeat of MINDSET - guiding our team, shaping our direction, and ensuring our mission reaches the men who need it most. You’ll work closely with our Founder and Trustees to turn vision into action, and action into transformation.

Why This Role Is Game-Changing

Because behind every powerful movement is a leader who dares to dream bigger. You’ll be the one to build structure, inspire volunteers, and drive growth. You’ll help us evolve from a grassroots start-up into a national powerhouse of hope and healing.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and volunteer coordination.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and outreach.

  • Support programme delivery and community engagement.

  • Collaborate with Trustees, creatives, and service leads.

  • Be the driving force behind our mission to uplift men across the UK.

Who You Are

  • A natural leader with a heart for mental health and social change.

  • Organised, proactive, and ready to build something extraordinary.

  • Experienced in charity management, team leadership, or project coordination.

  • A visionary who thrives in start-up environments and values purpose over ego.

Why Join MINDSET?

Because we’re not just helping men - we’re redefining masculinity. We’ve already reached hundreds through our virtual meetups and support sessions. Now, we need YOU to help us scale, strengthen, and serve even more.

This is your chance to lead with empathy, build with intention, and leave a legacy that matters.

Ready to take the helm?

Apply now to become our MINDSET Charity Manager and help guide MINDSET Charity into its next era of impact.

This is MINDSET. This is the movement. This is YOUR mission.

Let’s rise—together.
