• Design a Brand Guidelines: Collaborating with our Founder to build a comprehensive visual identity guide that will keep our brand consistent throughout our charity's journey, ensuring everything we produce feels distinctly REMIX. This includes defining our brand colours, typography, imagery style (including photography and illustration direction), logo usage, and overall design principles to ensure a cohesive, youthful and impactful look.

• Visual Storytelling: Translating REMIX's mission and impact into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audiences. This includes Social Media Posts, Branded Website Images, Roller Banners, Business Stationery, Poster, Flyer and more.

• Guides and Booklets: Helping REMIX spread awareness of our charity, welcoming booklets for volunteers or service users and much more.

This is a voluntary role to help us establish our core brand identity and initial materials. We are flexible and can work around your availability, including the hours you can support us with. We're also ok if you're only able to support us with only the brand guidelines but if you are able to continue to support us afterwards with social media posts, website imagery. promotional printing materials or digital promotional materials then we would be greatful and excited to work with you.

As a Telephone Support volunteer you will contact all new referrals to the MND Association in South Yorkshire, introducing the MND Association's services and support available, provide active listening and keep in touch with people living with MND and their families, whilst using your own PC and mobile phone from home.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Using the voluntary working practices, policies, procedures and values set by Alex TLC, work with paid staff to ensure the charity shop business is run accordingly.

Work to the high standards expected at all Alex TLC shop premises according to the requests of the Shop Manager.

Work as a team member, taking full responsibility for all shop duties undertaken.

Participate in all training and legislative checks required by Alex TLC, statutory and specific to role.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL)

Maintain excellent levels of customer service (remembering customer service extends to colleagues and service providers, as well as customers), going above and beyond where possible.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Expert knowledge of the safe and correct use of all equipment used in the day to day running of the charity shop, for example the till, steamer, pricing equipment. Training is provided.

Support Hongkongers to learn and practise English in a welcoming and friendly setting

About Us

Meridian Wellbeing is an independent charity working to improve the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of individuals and communities in Barnet. As part of our ongoing support for Hongkongers who have settled in the UK via the BN(O) visa route, we are launching informal, volunteer-led online English sessions to help participants build confidence in using English in everyday life.

We know that many newcomers from Hong Kong face challenges accessing traditional ESOL courses due to long working hours, family commitments, or limited local services. Our project offers an alternative: flexible, accessible, and welcoming English learning spaces run by volunteers.

We are currently recruiting for two volunteer roles:

1. Volunteer ESOL Teacher (Online)

We are looking for a volunteer with a recognised English teaching qualification to lead weekly online ESOL classes (entry level). Sessions are informal but structured, with a focus on everyday communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly English classes online (2–2.5 hours per session)
• Prepare simple, tailored lesson plans and resources
• Encourage participation in a safe, inclusive environment
• Collaborate with the team and help monitor engagement

Requirements:

• ESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TESOL qualification (required)
• Experience working with English learners (desirable)
• Confident using Zoom or similar platforms (training provided as required)
• Experience managing group sessions/classes
• Friendly, patient and culturally aware

2. Volunteer Conversation Café Facilitator (Online)

We’re also seeking facilitators to host informal group sessions where Hongkongers can practise English through conversation. No teaching qualifications are needed — just a warm personality and willingness to support others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host or co-host weekly conversation sessions online (2–2.5 hours)
• Use topics or prompts to encourage group discussion
• Help create a welcoming, supportive environment
• Respect and support participants with different English levels

Requirements:

• Fluent or highly proficient in spoken English (native-level fluency preferred)
• Friendly and confident leading small groups
• Able to use Zoom (training provided as required)
• Available for lunchtime sessions, with potential flexibility for evening or weekend sessions in future.

Chatterbox volunteers befriend a variety of people including carers, socially isolated individuals who are struggling with loneliness, people with ill health and those that have been bereaved.

This role could be for you, if you:

• Would like to make a real difference in someone’s life
• Want to challenge loneliness and can commit to a weekly phone call
• Are a good listener
• Are empathetic, patient and of a caring nature
• Have good verbal and inter-personal communication skills

We are a new Community Interest Company offering arts, gardening and wellbeing workshops to all.  We are currently running on a 100% voluntary basis and are looking for some revenue to offer more to our local communities. Aim of the post: To generate an income from local, regional and national grant pots to increase the range and effectiveness of Flourish Arts Network outreach.

Person Specification: The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience;

• Relevant qualifications, previous experience in grant / bid writing, fundraising, and excellent communication skills.
• Successful track record of achieving agreed financial income targets with a charity, CIC, social enterprise or not-for-profit organisation.

• Determine and create plans to streamline the grants administration procedure.
• Initiate contact and write bids to raise funds to support for Flourish Arts Network.
• Liaise with grant providers to ensure receipt of applications, and get feedback for any unsuccessful bids in order to learn and develop moving forward.
• Closely track grant expenditure and monitoring for successful bids, in line with the terms of each grant received.
• Join us for for refreshements and conversations at some of our free events.

Yoga Stops Traffick is an international campaign to raise awareness of and funds for survivors of human trafficking in India. Every year thousands of yoga practitioners from all corners of the globe roll out their mats to stand in solidarity with young survivors. The funds raised from Yoga Stops Traffick help rescue and rehabilitate survivors of human trafficking, sexual and domestic violence, modern-day slavery, and child marriage.

We are seeking 2 enthusiastic volunteers to support Yoga Stops Traffick 2026. You will join a small but ambitious team with tons of passion, and you will have a real chance to see the impact of your work!

About this volunteer role

This is an administration support role so we will be asking you to carry out administrative tasks such as:

• Copying and pasting templated emails, personalising them and then sending them to yoga studios and teachers. 
• Compiling lists of yoga studios and teachers to contact.
• Updating trackers based on email responses.
• Responding to customer enquiries.

If the volunteer feels confident to, they might also be asked to do some social media, newsletter and website administrative work. And if they have ideas for how to improve the campaign further - they will be welcomed with enthusiasm!

“Solta o Jogo” is a vibrant cultural competition and festival celebrating Brazilian heritage through Capoeira, music, dance, acrobatics, and a Brazilian arts & crafts fair. Hosted at Kingston University Townhouse, the event invites the community to participate in free performances, workshops, and exhibitions promoting cross-cultural understanding.

As part of this initiative, we are seeking a Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of Quilombo UK. This is an ideal role for someone looking to apply or gain hands-on experience in finance within the Third Sector, while contributing to a meaningful, community-led cultural project. 

Position Overview:
The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Manager in tasks such as financial data entry, expense processing, reconciliation, and reporting. This role requires someone with good numerical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. The opportunity offers valuable exposure to nonprofit financial processes, along with flexibility and training support.

Position Overview:
The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting Quilombo UK’s community and cultural initiatives by collecting, managing, analysing, and reporting data related to engagement, outreach, and programme impact. This role is crucial to enabling data-driven decision-making across teams and enhancing the visibility of outcomes to stakeholders and funders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:

• Gather, clean, and manage datasets from sources including attendance logs, feedback surveys, fundraising data, and project reports.

REMIX is a brand new youth social mobility charity in London, dedicated to "remixing young lives" from disadvantaged backgrounds. We passionately believe in breaking down barriers, building up belief, and igniting confidence so young Londoners can truly thrive and discover the power of their potential.

As we get ready to launch, we're seeking a talented and empathetic Volunteer, Content Creator/Storyteller to capture the heart and soul of REMIX. Your words will inspire, inform, and move our audience, articulating the transformative impact we aim to achieve.

In this vital start-up phase, you will be instrumental in:

• Crafting Narratives: Developing compelling stories about our mission, vision, and the young people we aim to support.

• Blog & Web Content: Writing engaging blog posts, website copy, and newsletter content that educates and inspires.

• Impact Reporting: Helping to articulate our planned impact in a clear and powerful way for various audiences (partners, funders, young people).

• Brand Voice: Ensuring all written content consistently reflects REMIX's positive, empowering, and uplifting tone.

We're looking for someone with strong writing and editing skills, a creative mind, and an ability to connect with diverse audiences. Experience in journalism, copywriting, or communications would be highly beneficial.

This is a voluntary role for individuals passionate about using words to drive social change. We are flexible and can work with your availability as we build our compelling narrative.

Design the Programmes That Bring People Back to Life

Loneliness doesn’t always look like silence. Sometimes it’s a smile that doesn’t reach the eyes, or a voice that hasn’t been heard in days. SUNSHINE is a new, grassroots charity built to change that—by creating spaces where people feel connected, confident, and cared for.

We’re launching coffee mornings, digital inclusion workshops, fitness groups, and befriending programmes—all designed to rebuild community from the ground up. But we need someone to lead the charge.

Why This Role Matters

As our Programme and Projects Manager, you’ll be the architect of impact. You’ll take our vision and turn it into real-world programmes that combat isolation and foster belonging. From planning to delivery, you’ll help shape the heartbeat of SUNSHINE.

This is a vital role for someone who wants to make things happen—and make them matter.

What You’ll Do

• Design and launch community programmes that address loneliness and promote wellbeing.

• Coordinate volunteers and partners to deliver impactful, inclusive activities.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with our Founder and our Trustees to align programmes with our mission and values.

• Help us measure impact—capturing the stories and statistics that show real change.
