Our leading research pushes the boundaries of what we know about good end-of-life, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone gets to have the best possible quality of life while living with an illness, they're likely to die from.

We are looking for a Retail Operations Administration Assistant. The role is office based in our small and busy office situated above our Swindon warehouse.

You will be responsible for:
- Managing and responding to donor communications.
- Record and respond to written returns.
- Manage and update gift aid donor database accurately and effectively.
- Maintaining records and systems in accordance with the requirements of the retail team, including SharePoint and Vantage, to ensure efficient management of information
- Building and maintaining relationships both with external and internal stakeholders.

Key Criteria:
- Excellent Organisational Skills with Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to organise own workload to meet changing deadlines
- Responsible and reliable, with the ability to work without supervision
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages, word, excel, PowerPoint, Email, and internet
- Emotional intelligence and creative problem solver
- Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals

Application & Interview Process
- As part of your online application, you will be asked for a CV and covering letter. Please review both the advert and job description and outline your most relevant skills, experience and knowledge for the role.
- Closing date for applications: 3rd July. We encourage early applications as we will be conducting screenings in advance of the deadline. Interviews will be conducted WC 14th July.
Salary: £22,222 per annum
Contract: 35 hours per week 6 month fixed term contract
Based: This role is office based in our Swindon Retail Operations site.

Benefits you'll LOVE:

- Marie Curie Group Personal Pension Scheme (we will match your contribution up to 7.5%)
- Loan schemes for bikes; computers and season tickets
- Continuous professional development opportunities.

- Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Programmes
- Enhanced bereavement, family friendly and sickness benefits
- Access to Blue Light Card membership
- Subsidised Eye Care
