We are looking to recruit an Administration Volunteer for the Bury St Edmunds Group. Our Administration Volunteers are the linchpin for our local groups’ activities. They act as the first point of contact and they make sure all relevant information is circulated to other volunteers and members. And they play an important role in keeping our data and details up to date to comply with data protection legislation.

In this role you’ll develop your administration and organisation skills. Most importantly you’ll be help your local group run efficiently, so they can keep providing valuable services to our MS community.

The person who is starting the charity up is autistic, has ADHD, CPTSD and also multiple physical conditions that effect daily life and is part of the LGBTQ+ community and has faced a lot of issues in life because of these things.

Living Reasons is being created to fix what we think is a challenging situation that is getting harder to achieve every week, month and year in the current economic, political, environmental and societal landscape. It is not easily defined but we hope the charity objects below will help put context to what we want to achieve, what we can say is that below are the issues we are trying to address, how we do this will change as quickly as society does, but the issues we want to tackle are these:

The Professional Development Programme with Quilombo UK and QMC Capoeira School runs over a period of 16 weeks, is UNPAID and requires a minimum of 12 hours commitment per week across Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday.

Upon successful application, our HR team will contact you to arrange an interview. Following a successful interview, we'll initiate the onboarding process by sending you the necessary documents. Once your onboarding and identification documents are received and verified, you'll be invited to a 6-hour HR and System Induction. Subsequently, you'll meet with your Head of Department or Assistant Manager for your First Day.

Marketing & Content Volunteer

Nina Energy Limited (UK) with operations in Ecuador is building community-owned biorefineries that convert agricultural residues into biochar, clean heat, and carbon credits across the Global South. We’re looking for a mission-driven volunteer to own our LinkedIn Company Page and blog: plan the calendar, write high-quality content, and grow an audience of partners, investors, and talent.

What you will do

Build and run a content calendar (quarterly) aligned to launches, pilots, and partnerships. Publish 2 LinkedIn posts per week (thought leadership, field updates, data visuals, founder POV). Write 1–2 blog posts per month for nina.energy (project stories, explainers, case studies). Translate technical inputs (biochar, heat recovery, CORCs) into clear, credible narratives. Create or brief simple assets (short videos, infographics; Canva/Figma welcome). Track KPIs (impressions, CTR, follower growth, inquiries); run A/B tests and iterate. Maintain a lightweight style guide and an asset library for repeatable quality. Coordinate with UK/Ecuador teams; capture stories from farmers, operators, and partners.

Position Overview:
The Programme Specialist is critical in supporting the delivery of a high-impact employability and skills development programme. Working under the guidance of the Programme Lead, this position focuses on coordinating projects, managing participant engagement, and ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives, mentorship activities, and job placement efforts. The Programme Specialist directly empowers individuals to achieve workforce readiness and sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

   • Assist in managing day-to-day activities of the programme, including onboarding, skills assessments, and skills development of participants.

   • Track progress against programme milestones (e.g., participant enrollment and completion rates) and flag delays to the Programme Lead.

2. Participant Support:

   • Serve as a primary point of contact for participants, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on programme resources, training modules, and job search tools.

   • Maintain accurate participant records, including attendance, skill assessments, and post-program outcomes.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Support the Programme Lead in building relationships with internal stakeholders.

4. Data Management & Reporting:

   • Collect and analyse data on participant progress, employment outcomes, and programme effectiveness using CRM systems or databases.

   • Prepare regular reports for the Programme Lead to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact to funders/stakeholders.

5. Logistics & Compliance:

   • Manage programme materials, including training resources, digital platforms, and participant handbooks.

   • Ensure compliance with programme guidelines, confidentiality policies, and grant reporting requirements.

Campus Cares

Campus Cares is building a movement to improve the mental well-being of Nigerian university students, where suicide is the second leading cause of death among young people and nearly one in five shows signs of anxiety or depression. Barriers like stigma, underfunded campus counseling, and economic hardship prevent most from seeking help.

Campus Cares tackles these challenges through a youth-centered model that combines peer-led workshops, free counseling, and digital outreach. Student “Mental Health Ambassadors” lead stigma-breaking sessions, while licensed therapists provide confidential drop-in counseling and tele-health support. Digital campaigns and resource toolkits extend impact to thousands more students. During exams, stress-management programs create safe spaces for coping and connection.

By integrating awareness, access, and advocacy, Campus Cares ensures no student suffers in silence—building a culture where mental wellness is a right, not a privilege, and driving systemic change aligned with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being.
