PLUS currently has a number of opportunities to join them as a Support Worker based in Sydenham. We have full time, permanent vacancies available and we have zero hour contracts available where you will work on a bank basis.

About the Support Worker role:

We at PLUS Services are proud of the support we provide to adults with learning disabilities.  We are looking for individuals who can make a real difference in supporting people with learning disabilities.

We are seeking Support Workers in our Services, our main priority is to find individuals with the right values and commitments. 

You must be able to support people with Learning Disabilities who have different ways of expressing themselves.

What we’re looking for in our Support Worker:

Whilst previous experience and a Diploma in Health & Social Care would be desirable; it is not essential. As an employee you should be able to:

- Work weekends and sleep-in or waking night requirements
- Be physically capable of moving and handling service users who may be physically dependent
- Have a supportive attitude and be willing to help each individual maximise their lives

Working for us:

Full time Support Worker (38 Hrs per week)
Locations: Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich or Sutton

Salary: £21.242.00 per Annum
Holidays: 28 days per Annum 

Bank Support Worker (zero hours contact)

Location: Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich or Sutton

Salary:  £10.75 per hour

Holidays: Based on hours accrued
