Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Learning on Screen’s digital development team. In recent years violent crime has risen significantly. Homicides, assaults, robberies and offences involving weapons have all seen sustained growth. We have also seen large increases in violent crime involving children and young people. This is a tragedy. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them.

Our Change team does this by building excellent relationships and sharing evidence of what works with organisations and key individuals across the public, private, third sectors and local communities. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR and marketing professional in our London fundraising office to design and deliver creative, multi-channel, integrated fundraising and PR campaigns designed to significantly increase the Hospital’s voluntary income.

Main responsibilities:
Fundraising
· Develop and implement integrated fundraising, marketing and PR campaigns designed to significantly increase the Hospital’s voluntary income.

The Ecommerce Warehouse Manager is a critical role which will support Scope to generate vital income for disabled people and their families. The role will work in partnership with the Online Sales Manager to ensure a smooth throughput of product and great customer and colleague experience.
Location: Scope’s Ecommerce Hub - Westlink Business Park, Salford, M50 1 BX.
Permanent, full time 35 hours a week
The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required in line with Ecommerce Hub operating hours.
The role
The Ecommerce Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring the warehouse operation of Scope’s Ecommerce hub runs effectively and efficiently. This includes leadership of the warehouse team, asset, and inventory management. As well as the continuous improvement of processes with a focus on driving efficiencies. The role will also lead on ensuring best-in-class health and safety at the site.
About you
- You will be a strong people leader with great communication skills.
- Have experience of managing a warehouse operation.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of implementing health and safety procedures is a must.
- Experience of setting and managing KPIs
- Experience of improving processes and driving efficiencies.
You will be managing a warehouse team who work evenings, weekends, and bank holiday shifts and will therefore be required to work in line with this work pattern too.
This role may involve working with Volunteer team members and will therefore require a DBS check.

As a part of the role you will encourage universal play and leisure activities to be inclusive of all children.
Working hours will tend to be after-school and evenings during the week and weekends.

Essential:

Manage high-value partnerships
- Deliver and grow a portfolio of four and five-figure corporate partnerships, ensuring a first-class stewardship journey that maximises partnership value and delivers on agreed objectives
- Lead on the delivery of partner events and activities that engage our corporate supporters and maximise fundraising opportunities.
Drive new business
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a pipeline of prospective corporate partners, conducting research, making approaches, and securing meetings to drive new business.

We are currently recruiting a Dementia Adviser in Redbridge to work in partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge and other Redbridge Dementia Partners. You will have an understanding of the needs of people with dementia and their carers either through professional or personal experience. You will have a key role in supporting people with dementia at various stages and encouraging people concerned about their memory to seek advice and assist them to access appropriate support to maintain their independence, enhance life choices and plan for the future. You will also help to develop coping strategies via support planning. This will include signposting and active referrals to relevant services as well as providing information on benefits available and assisting clients to access them where appropriate through various stages of their dementia journey. Provide community based, face to face services for an increased level of support for more complex cases.
