A key role supporting the National Year of Reading, you will be responsible specifically for project managing the delivery of the website to support the campaign. This charity empowers children, young people and adults from disadvantaged communities with the literacy skills they need to succeed. They work directly with young people and their families, with the 5,000 schools in these communities, with nurseries, prisons, YOIs and through their teams leading community literacy programmes in 20 places in the UK facing the biggest literacy and poverty challenges. Literacy is a vital element of action against poverty and their work changes people's life stories.

As Digital Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead on the National Year of Reading website planning and execution, liaising with both internal teams and external agency
• Collaborate with the National Year of Reading team to define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Work alongside the Website Product Manager and Head of Digital to scope a new website for the charity including leading planning sessions and requirements gathering with internal stakeholders
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
• Lead on user experience and feedback taking an iterative approach and collaboration to inform current and future digital product development
• Help to develop and maintain a clear delivery roadmap for business-as-usual development of existing platforms including DotDigital, websites and donation platforms
• Support the digital team to co-create, test and pilot new features and functionality across platforms
• Contribute to the design of a digital metrics framework to capture and visualise key data points and insight to inform wider teams' use of digital channels

About the Role

As Media Lead you will be responsible for running the charity's busy press office and you will play a central role in shaping how Victim Support is seen and heard in the media. You'll write and deliver a strategic Media Plan that positions the charity as a trusted and recognised victims' voice, increases the profile of our services and contributes to influencing positive change.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage media enquiries, build trusted relationships with journalists and ensure our spokespeople are briefed and supported for interviews. You'll work closely with colleagues across external affairs, social media and frontline services, and provide expert media advice to senior leaders. You'll also line manage our Stories Officer and oversee our Stories Library, giving a platform to victims' voices and experiences.

The social media officer sits within Alzheimer’s Research UK's Digital department. The primary purpose of the job is to engage and motivate supporters, raise awareness of dementia and dementia research, and promote Alzheimer’s Research UK's campaigns, fundraising efforts, health information, and research initiatives.

This is an important role, helping to drive Alzheimer's Research UK’s online presence, engagement, and impact, while staying at the forefront of digital trends and technologies. The role is an exciting and fast-moving one, ideally suited to someone skilled in content creation, strategy, relationship building, analytics and innovation, to effectively communicate the charity’s mission and engage supporters.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

Social Media Content Strategy Execution

· Support on the development and execution of a comprehensive social media content strategy, aligned with Alzheimer’s Research UK’s mission and goals.

Content planning and Scheduling

· Working alongside the rest of the social media team to plan content within our management platform ‘Sprout Social’ and ensure we are maximising opportunities across our socials such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

· Identify optimal posting times and frequency to maximise audience engagement and reach.

· Work with the in-house video and design experts to produce eye-catching and compelling new assets which engage audiences with our brand message, raise awareness of dementia and dementia research and increase our reach and followers.

· Identify and encourage the use of sharable third-party and user generated content which aligns with Alzheimer’s Research UK’s brand messaging to support creative campaigns and initiatives.

Audience engagement and Relationship Building

· Monitor interactions across Alzheimer’s Research UK’s socials, proactively engaging with supporters to ensure they receive a positive experience.

· Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high level of attention to detail to the brand voice in all social interactions.

· Be a confident and proficient communicator, able to adopt an appropriate tone of voice for each of our different audience types (including the communication of complex or sensitive issues. Able to communicate sensitively on several issues in a timely manner.

Reporting and Trend Analysis

· Produce insight driven and eye-catching regular reports on content for teams across the charity, to communicate key successes and areas for development, using your expertise and knowledge about the platforms.

· Proactively research, learn and suggest ways to improve our ways of working and efficiency by utilising emerging digital trends, such as artificial intelligence.

Internal Engagement and Collaboration

· Support teams across the charity with their social content, identifying opportunities to share our research, health information, fundraising and other campaign activities; as well as advising on best practice.

What we are looking for:

· Experience of working across social media channels for a medium-large size organisation.

The Role

This new role will enhance our fundraising and marketing activities, connecting with diverse audiences including young people, families, professionals, and supporters. You will create compelling digital content, manage our website, social media, and email campaigns, and support donor stewardship and fundraising administration using our CRM system (Donorfy).

You will:

• Create and manage engaging content across website, social media, and email campaigns.

We're looking for a Floating Support Coordinator to join our team based in Luton. You will deliver community based support to the residents of Luton as part of our Luton Synergy Service -  an integrated support service with emphasis on prevention, early intervention and integration for people who are at risk of losing their independence. The service provides tailored support to clients aged 18+ over a maximum of two years, to improve their opportunity to live successfully in the community.  The ethos of the service is to enable, empower and encourage individuals to develop the skills and tools to manage their accommodation, tenancies and health & wellbeing.

Our work with clients takes place at locations to meet individual needs; within our Victoria House resource centre in Luton, at their homes, in other agencies’ premises or in public meeting places. We pride ourselves on providing accessible and flexible services to residents of Luton through partnership working and community engagement. You will work alongside various community and statutory services and you will inspire and motivate our participants to achieve their personal goals, build independence, and live independently within the community. You will provide tailored personalised support to help our participants to live more fulfilling lives, and to engage them with opportunities available within the community, to help them to develop their social skills and independent living skills.

• Support to source and secure accommodation – both privately and through housing associations or the council
• Support to sustain tenancies – including landlord liaison if there is risk of eviction, addressing poor quality accommodation, anti-social behaviour or neighbour disputes
