About us: Tender works with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Since 2003, Tender’s work has grown and diversified from a single workshop programme delivered to schools, into a broader range of programmes reaching both children and young people and professionals with a safeguarding responsibility such as teachers, youth workers, social care workers and foster carers. Tender’s programmes include Healthy Relationships projects delivered across England, projects delivered using online resources and technology, specialist projects for vulnerable children and young people, whole school and whole setting approaches, and training for professionals with safeguarding responsibility and in workplaces.
About the role: The main purposes of the Projects Coordinator role are:
- Coordinating the administration of all aspects of Tender’s training programmes for adults across the organisation, with a focus on the coordination of our INSET work with schools.
- Supporting the Head of Adult Services and Service Delivery Lead (Adult Services) to manage relationships with Tender’s internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, workshop leaders, teachers/carers, delivery partners and other service professionals
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of Tender’s training sessions
Success in this role would mean that, after six months, you will have:
- Successfully coordinated the delivery of our adult training sessions in schools and youth settings
- Built good working relationships with the schools and settings we work in, and the facilitators who deliver our work
- Supported and worked flexibly with the Head of Adult Services and other colleagues to ensure the high quality and continued improvement of our work
- Use Tender’s data management systems, such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, confidently and in line with Tender’s policies

What's the role about?

The Volunteer Co-ordinator will facilitate, develop and champion the work of the volunteers within the cathedral. The role will support the recruitment of volunteers and support the development of volunteer team leaders. The Volunteer Co-ordinator will have responsibility for aligning the work of volunteers with delivering Chapter's overall strategy, with a particular focus on the development of welcome volunteers to engage visitors and increase per head visitor donations.

Complex Case Worker
Location: London
Salary: £26,250 - £34,650 per annum
The post holder will be part of the Insight Platform, Young people’s service and will work with young people who have alcohol related problems, mental health issues and complex needs including drugs, psychological issues, anti-social behaviour, self-harm, or any other co-existing needs. The post holder will improve access to treatment services in the area for this cohort and, will provide a range of interventions for service users in this group including 1 :1 support and group work.

You will be responsible for crafting inspiring content for a range of channels - print, digital, email and social media - working alongside the existing Communications Officer to shape how IMJP communicates its vision, stories and needs to supporters and the wider world. From writing newsletters and appeal emails, to scripting video content and producing eye-catching resources, you will play a vital part in their mission.
You will need to be an excellent writer and editor, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and confident working with design tools like Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Experience with social media, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, and a good grasp of GDPR and content sensitivity will also serve you well.

About the role
One of the core areas of CAST’s work is building the capacity of the social sector to respond to the rapid scale advances in AI. The evidence from the Charity Digital Skills Report; Joseph Rowntree's Grassroots and Nonprofits research and our own AI survey shows that charities are unlikely to benefit from - or respond to the challenges of - AI without intentional support and capacity building. To support charities’ (critical) adoption of AI we need to invest in supporting sector-experiments that create demonstrable impact (acting as showcases), working alongside the peer groups, charities and working groups to help move conversations into practical action.
To achieve that, we are looking to recruit a Head of Design for AI to focus on driving forward this work in a number of different ways:
- Blending expertise in AI technologies with human-centered design principles to foster innovation and inclusivity across the social sector;
- Providing direct support to organisations and specific product design advice;
- Designing a range of experiments and tools alongside the sector and CAST team;
- Supporting the design and development of specific programmes, training and interventions that will help shift the sector on AI
Whilst there is a lot of work underway and in the pipeline on AI this role will be expected to shape this work based on their deep experience and knowledge of AI and product design, and support the wider team at CAST to upskill in this area.

What you'll achieve
- Develop and execute a vision for the integration of AI into CAST’s design methodologies, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s mission and values.

- Working with the wider CAST team, contribute to the ongoing development of ethical design principles in AI applications, ensuring transparency, accessibility, and fairness in all outputs;

- Support social sector organisations to develop the skills and resources needed to design and implement AI systems effectively, fostering confidence and innovation through both direct coaching and via networks;
- Stay ahead of developments in AI and design thinking, identifying opportunities to incorporate emerging trends and technologies into CAST’s initiatives;
- Support the wider CAST team in developing their knowledge and skills on AI and human-centred design, and how we can use AI to best effect within our own work;

About the Role
- Located at a 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham, we provide high quality self-contained accommodation for 15 women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage.
- The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The accommodation also includes overnight safe spaces.
- In this role, you will provide support to all the women, including running co-designed activities and accompanying women to appointments.
- You will work closely with Specialist Support Workers who manage individual resident support and safety plans.
- You will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.
- You will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 07:45 am to 20:15 pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.
