This post is a 12 month fixed-term contract but we’re working hard with our funding partners to secure the necessary funds to make the post permanent as part of our drive to increase our reach and our impact.
What's In It For You?

Exciting Challenges: Be part of a dynamic organisation at the forefront of intergenerational and care home arts, supporting Magic Me to achieve positive change and sustainable growth.

-
Inclusive Environment: We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, and as part of our commitment to equality we’ve developed an organisational anti racism action plan which we’re in the process of delivering. We believe diversity enhances the relevance and quality of our work and we use a blind recruitment process - our panel does not see any personal details during the shortlisting process - to select the best candidates.
-
Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model, combining office and remote work to suit your preferences (we ask staff to be in the office a minimum of 50% of the time to support team collaboration).
