Hope Place is a new supported accommodation service located in Slough comprising 10 self contained rooms with a staff office on site. The service accommodates and support people who experience moderate to high complex mental illness, many of whom will also have a range of additional and complex needs, for example drug and alcohol misuse issues and personality disorders.
Hope Place provides care and support for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays. The service is covered at night by designated Waking Night staff. Support Workers will be required to work on a rota basis, covering early and late shifts, including at weekends and Bank Holidays.
The service has a focus on enabling and utilise customers' skills. Amongst other responsibilities, the successful candidates will support service users to acquire tenancy sustainment and budgeting skills, encourage and facilitate group activities, socialisation, opportunities for training and employment.

What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
- Deliver effective supervision and team meetings with staff and ensure that information, reporting and communication
- Responsible for the personal development of staff, identifying high performers and feeding into the organisations succession plans
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) required as part of the Contract are met and recorded correctly
- Develop key business relationships with all appropriate relevant customers/external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities in own patch
- Participate in and monitor the initial and continuous assessment of needs and ensure that support planning is carried out in line with assessed needs of the customer
- Carry out other administrative tasks as relevant to the service and directed by the Contract/Heads of Operations

The Role

About you
To thrive in this role, you will have relevant experience of supporting adults, families and children/young people. You will be able to take a flexible and creative approach to problem solving. Due to the remote working nature of the role, you will have excellent communication skills to identify and assess the service user’s needs and work alongside them to develop their personal support plan.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams and a broad computer literacy that includes the ability to work across multiple applications simultaneously. Confidence in recording data into an electronic information management system is essential, as is the capacity to rapidly acquire new software and application skills. The Role
Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in collaborating across teams to support finance and grantmaking. They are responsible for the smooth running of all transactional processes for grants, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience in a similar role in a charitable, environmental, development, social justice, feminist, gender, human rights, and/or grantmaking organisation. They demonstrate knowledge and experience in charity/nonprofit grant accounting/financial issues and dealing with both financial and grant information and processes, understand accounting principles, and have knowledge of accounting, grantmaking, and budgeting processes. They have cash management, banking, and payment experiences. They demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to ensure the accuracy of work and demonstrate precise attention to detail. They will have the skills to give, receive, and work with feedback constructively. Funded by the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley the Adults Victims Service will provide emotional and practical support to adult victims of any crime. Support will be delivered in an innovative manner primarily through specialist group work provision - alongside online and telephone caseworker support. It will also play a vital role in making victims aware of crime and supporting agencies support victims of crime.
Your role will include updating systems, creating new cases, and answering internal and external enquiries. Other roles will include updating and researching systems to provide management information and ad hoc support as needed. You will be organised, have the ability to multi task and form positive working relationships with both internal customers and stakeholders.
You will need:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is resilient, confident, happy to work as part of a team and willing to constantly learn and adapt to new situations. They will enjoy being a part of a busy and varied working environment and can demonstrate an ability to communicate with both colleagues and external partners including investigating officers. They will have strong customer service ethics, be competent in the use of IT skills and know how to use a range of software packages on a PC. Training will be provided in the use of our Case Management System.

About the role:
This is a hybrid role.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as the Triage and Early Interventions Officer for the new Thames Valley Adults Victim Service. You will work closely and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley, Thames Valley Police, criminal justice agencies as well as other statutory agencies and third sector organisations across the Thames Valley.

Support will be delivered in an innovative manner primarily through specialist group work provision - alongside online and telephone caseworker support. It will also play a vital role in making victims aware of crime and supporting agencies support victims of crime.
Your role will involve supporting people on the telephone, by text or email from a variety of different backgrounds, all with different experiences. You will process initial referrals received from the PCC's Victim First Hub making initial contact with victim survivors to confirm what type of support best meets their needs and referring them to the support. Your role will include case creation and updating systems. No two days will be the same and you will have the communication skills and resilient nature to help those dealing with trauma and the effects of crime, who may have gone through a life-changing experience.
You will need to be:
Confident, compassionate and empathic person who can work well under pressure. You will be speaking to people who may be upset, angry or in emotional difficulties and will need to be composed, empathic and be able to quickly assess situations.
You will be confident in using your IT skills to work on a case management system, access phone and online systems, email and Microsoft Office programmes.
