An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Business Development Marketing professional to join our team.
The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Community Rehabilitation Service. We are the largest centre commissioned by NHS England for Category A neurorehabilitation.
This role is pivotal in leading on all business development and services-marketing activity to drive and increase brand awareness to ultimately generate referrals, whilst strengthening our position to be the provider of choice to support children with acquired brain injury and neurodisability across the UK and internationally.
You’ll work alongside a cross-organisational team to promote our services to external stakeholders, in particular managing our key account plan to influence, maximise referrals and income generating opportunities. Key to this is cultivating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including hospital-based clinicians, commissioners at both integrated care boards and local authorities, with professionals with NHS England at a regional and national levels, embassies, medico-legal professionals including case managers and lawyers.
To underpin this, you’ll create, implement and review services-related multi-channel marketing activity, both on and off-line, including development and oversight of our professionals’ events programme, ensuring all activity aligns to, is integrated and works towards delivering our strategic objectives.
You will have the opportunity to develop and implement your expertise in an environment that is focused on the highest clinical and quality standards. Role Requirements
You’ll play a key and central role in driving promotion of our services, and this requires a balanced mix of both business development and marketing skills, knowledge and experience in a complex, services environment. You’ll be comfortable with matrix working, recognising the importance of this role in working across the organisation to drive referral generating activity.
To succeed in this high profile and diverse role, you must demonstrate:
- Business development and marketing skills, knowledge and experience in complex, service-oriented environment, across B2B, B2C and B2G audiences.
- Relationship management skills, including cultivating new and existing relationships.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Communications and Campaigns Lead to deliver high-impact public communications and campaigns that strengthen Z2K’s profile, influence change and support our fundraising goals.
Working closely with the Director of Policy & Engagement and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of engaging communications and campaign activity across digital, media and supporter channels. You will also mobilise supporters and communities for in-person actions that amplify our campaigns and deepen public engagement.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our new organisational strategy and planned rebrand to life - ensuring our external messaging reflects our values, demonstrates our impact, and helps secure the income and influence needed to deliver our mission.

About You
You’ll be a skilled and creative communications and campaigns professional, with a track record of delivering high-impact, audience-focused content and activity across digital, media and supporter channels. You’re confident managing multiple priorities, spotting opportunities in a fast-moving external environment, and adapting messaging to maximise reach and impact. Experience of in person mobilisation would be an added advantage.
You’ll bring strong project management skills and enjoy working collaboratively across teams to produce clear, compelling communications that support fundraising, influence policy, and build public pressure. This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.
We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. With a key focus on: effective and efficient operations; collaboration; and continuous improvement in our Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.
To achieve this ambition, we’ve developed a new technology infrastructure which we are calling “Sage”. We are implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as our new CRM system and suite of data tools – Microsoft Dynamics).

Our IT Infrastructure team cover the following areas:

- Manage the technical and security risk registers and, with a risk based approach, mitigate risks to the best of our ability

We’ve made a significant investment in our Microsoft suite and have transitioned services to Azure. We’re also building a cloud infrastructure to support the Organisation’s mission critical data use improvement project.
Our Infrastructure Systems Manager plays a crucial role in the development, support and maintenance of these systems, implementing the tools and technology we need as well as driving the reduction of IT costs where possible.
This role is responsible for:
- Maintenance of technical infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies
- Automated process creation to ensure systems are monitored and managed
- Migration of remaining on premise systems to Microsoft cloud based solutions
- Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary
- Ensuring systems are highly accessible and available
- Advice to the Organisation on best practice on technology
For this role we’re looking for:
- Broad expert technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure based on both cloud and on premise Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 and associated technology
- Knowledge of Azure services, PowerApps, DataVerse
- Knowledge of sound backup and security protocols
- SQL (SSIS, SSRS) knowledge
- Experience of managing external stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers

The successful post holder will support one or two senior team members, including directors or head of departments based at Head Office and the CEO with a range of PA tasks.
Personal Assistant Duties:
· Arranging and supporting meetings.

· Diary management for senior staff.

About this key role

Housing Support Workers will work closely with the Floating Support Workers and Child Support Workers (who provide the personal support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children) to ensure that the emergency accommodation and support meets the whole range of survivors’ needs.

This will include the practical set up and maintenance of home furnishings and utilities in each property and the management of the cleaning and replacements required between each use of the accommodation unit.

We run six safe houses. This supported accommodation is crucial for survivors, until they are ready and able to live independently.

The King's Trust is currently going through an exciting period of development. We have ambitions to grow our offer to young people by providing a blended approach of face-to-face and digital delivery and support. To help us on this journey we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to lead our dynamic teams to work with young people either directly through 121 work or the delivery of programmes.
This role incorporates our partnership with the Department of Health where we are working to support 10,000 young people into the sector. We need a fantastic leader to help us achieve our ambitions across East Midlands- with particular focus on Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, Derby City, Leicester City and Peterborough, and ensure the success of our Health and Social Care programmes and partnerships.
This role will involve leading a small team of delivery staff working to support young people in the East Midlands. We are passionate about flexible working but it’s worth being aware that this role will be based across Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester, and you will be required to travel across the patch to support your team and our delivery partners.
As part of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Health and Social Care programmes, in line with contractual requirements. You will lead the Health and Social Care team to develop and implement our delivery plan and ensure we meet targets, ensuring that every young person engaged progresses with an appropriate pathway of learning and development and one to one support. You will be a role model for your team, demonstrating best practice in how we work with young people in a safe way to ensure we deliver maximum value for young people and partners.
A background in employment-based programmes and/or knowledge of the Healthcare sector would be great as well as the ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships and inspire colleagues.

Women at the Well is a support service for women based in the King’s Cross area of central London. We provide practical support and advocacy to women facing a wide range of disadvantages, and we have a specialism in working with women whose lives have been affected by prostitution and/or sexual exploitation. We are trauma informed, holistic and woman-centred. We deliver our mission through three interconnected services:
1. A women only drop-in service
2. An advocacy service
3. An outreach service
We take referrals from many external partners and while we have a hub-centre in Kings Cross we are a pan-London service.
Women at the Well has supported thousands of women over more than twenty years work in London. We see the complex ways in which women’s inequality, racism, disability and poor health, educational disadvantage, trauma in childhood, migration and the hostile immigration environment can all lead to significant social and economic disadvantages and harm. As well as providing tailored support, we aim to speak up for the rights of women to live lives free from abuse.
Job purpose:
The Head of Services role is critical to leading the delivery of the best possible support to the women who use our services. The Head of Services has lead responsibility for continuous review of the effectiveness of our services and whether they are meeting women’s needs. She needs to be in touch with what is happening in the lives of the women using our services.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can shape and lead the future direction of our service, ensuring it continues to meet the complex and evolving needs of women affected by sexual exploitation. This person will have the vision to identify what needs to change and the leadership skills to drive that change with confidence and clarity.
They will be an empowering leader, capable of inspiring and supporting a skilled team of support workers and volunteers who are engaged in emotionally demanding work and who rely on strong, compassionate oversight. A deep understanding of the risks faced by the women we support—and a commitment to reducing those risks—must be at the heart of their approach.
