The Battersea Infrastructure Services Team is looking for someone to join them as a Infrastructure Services Administrator, to provide effective, efficient and customer-focused administrative support for the team.
Within this role, you will be pivotal in keeping Battersea's centres running, as the first point of contact for customers, covering the helpdesk and office duties, administering the stock system, ordering supplies and managing POs, and carrying out general health and safety administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working collaboratively with colleagues from different teams, has strong organisational skills and experience of delivering high quality administrative work and customer service.

The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria. 
 
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria. 
 
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Managing one staff member (Digital Engagement Officer), you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our digital strategy delivers measurable influence and impact — while staying true to our brand voice: togetherness, momentum and possibility. 
The average day in this role will be changeable, so being flexible and good under pressure is essential. From crafting last minute social storytelling posts, to overseeing creative content work being developed, looking ahead to create strategic plans for major events and campaigns coming up, to feeding back on creative work and liaising with multiple partners for sign off. As Behaviour Officer, you'll take the lead, figuratively and literally, when it comes to the assessments of our dogs and their training programmes. You'll play a key role in supporting adopters, during the adoption process and after rehoming, to ensure that every dog has the best possible chance of successfully settling into their new life.
What does this role do?
As a Behaviour Officer you’ll:
- assess the behaviour of dogs, before they enter the centre and during their stay, to identify potential behaviour needs, as per Dogs Trust Standard Operating Procedures.
 - design and implement Behaviour Modification Programmes and training plans to enhance each dog’s chances of rehoming, in support of the centre’s priorities based on individual dog welfare and requirements.
 - oversee and support the implementation of training and behaviour plans by colleagues. Work with other departments to modify and seek guidance.
 - monitor the progress of individual training and rehabilitation programmes and maintain detailed records of the progress of each dog. Provide professional training, support and assessment colleagues.
 
Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you'll have a thorough knowledge of dog behaviour and welfare, including understanding the principles underlying learning and the ability to write training and behaviour programs. You'll also have achieved ATBC competence at Animal Trainer level and have achieved specific competences from the Behaviour Technician standard. You'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to handle delicate situations sensitively and professionally and have the ability to and experience in handling difficult dogs. But above all, you'll be passionate and committed to the work of Dogs Trust.
A full, manual driving licence is also essential, as driving will be a part of the role.

Reporting in to the Partnership & Strategy Lead, the Programme & Partnership Lead for Colombia will be the most senior and key programme, partnership and lead role for each priority country, maintaining oversight of a dynamic and responsive partner portfolio that aligns with organisational values and goals.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Trusts and Philanthropy fundraiser, to manage a portfolio of high level funders, whose support is vital to the work of Become.
Working closely with the Trusts and Philanthropy Manager and the wider Fundraising team, the postholder will research potential funders, write compelling grant applications, and build strong relationships with funders to ensure continued and increased support. They will have a strong track record of securing five/six-figure funding from trusts and foundations, and other giving vehicles, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Location
We are currently hybrid working: our team primarily works from home. In-person attendance at some meetings will be expected approximately once or twice every month, usually at our central hot-desking location in Old Street, London. For non-London based staff we will consider hot-desking options near you, if required. Additionally, as a charity providing services to England Become covers the cost of travel within England for essential in-person meetings. Brighton and Hove Speak Out is a dynamic local advocacy charity. We support people with learning disabilities to have a voice and choice and control over their lives through providing a range of advocacy services and community projects.
We are seeking to appoint a part time Advocacy and Engagement Coordinator to deliver a programme of engagement and consultation activity. The post holder will support people with learning disabilities to have their say about local services, share their experience about how support and services impact on their lives and make recommendaitions for improvements.
The role involves organising outreach and consultation on different issues. The post holder will support a group of self-advocates (the Link Group) to take part in planning, running and reporting to the Learning Disability Partnership Board.
