About the Role
We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead a fixed-term programme focused on strengthening youth services and building local partnerships across multiple Local Authorities. You’ll oversee the successful delivery of the programme, work closely with local and national partners, and ensure consistent, high-quality support across all participating areas.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of Youth Transformation Hubs, supporting Local Authorities to meet the needs of young people and their statutory duties.
- Managing relationships with multiple strategic and delivery partners, including national bodies and specialist organisations.
- Serving as the main point of contact for senior Local Authority stakeholders.
- Ensuring Local Authorities and delivery teams receive timely support to implement recommendations.

About the Role
We’re seeking a Case Lead to support Local Authority Development Consultants (LADCs) in reviewing and developing youth service provision. You’ll coordinate activities across multiple areas, help gather and analyse information, and support Local Authorities to implement improvement plans.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary liaison between the programme and designated Local Authorities.
- Supporting LADCs to ensure consistency and alignment in the review process.
- Assisting with data gathering, analysis, and identifying gaps, strengths, and opportunities.
- Supporting the drafting and refinement of review reports and development plans.
- Maintaining regular communication with Local Authorities to track progress and address issues.

Job Title: Online Engagement and Inclusion Lead (Young People’s Services)

Purpose
This role leads the coordination of Kids’ online engagement and digital inclusion work for young people with SEND, including information provision, participation, and wellbeing support. You will deliver a two-year Online Wellbeing and Resilience Support Programme, including identifying and engaging digitally excluded young people to help them access vital digital tools and services. The role also drives collaboration across the Digital Services Consortium (a collaboration of 12 children’s charities), embedding shared learning, outcome measurement, and inclusive digital practices across Kids, and will create new capacity to work with young people to scope and deploy online campaigning activity.
Responsibilities

Our goal is to reduce isolation and protect mental health through a supportive, inclusive digital environment. We’ll begin by consulting directly with young people to understand what they need most. Together, we’ll co-create new online content and resources that truly reflect their voices and experiences.
What the Programme Offers:
- Online information with resources codesigned with young people with SEND.
- A series of interactive webinars and guided online activities.
- Free devices and data to improve access to those who need it most, plus the support to ensure everyone can participate.
We will reach over 1,800 young people over the two year funded period.

Centre 33’s Wellbeing team offer a diverse support offer to (primarily) young people aged 13-25 and founded in the principles of low intensity CBT (Guided Self Help). Working closely alongside other Centre 33 services, the team are responsible for the delivery of interventions via the Guided Self Help pathway, to young people who have self-referred or consented to a parent/professional referral to address early emerging mental health difficulties such as low mood and anxiety. Centre 33 offers a free and confidential counselling service to young people aged 13-25, living in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough. We have a team of volunteer counsellors / therapists, from a range of modalities and backgrounds, some of whom are on clinical placement and others fully qualified. We also have a substantial team of Mental Health & Counselling Project Workers who are qualified to a minimum of Level 4 and support young people experiencing a range of difficulties, including more complex presentations that sit outside of the statutory offer. Case work includes ongoing counselling (in person, telephone and Zoom)- applying a short term model of 6 sessions (with option to extend to 12 in specific cases) alongside assessment and a ‘single session thinking’ approach.
Young people can access our counselling provision via our ‘Someone to Talk to Service’ which offers a ‘drop in’ triage to gain a holistic understanding of needs prior to joining a waiting list for intervention. Centre 33 also sits within the ‘YOUnited’ partnership- a single point of access for professional referrals where we work closely with CPFT, CCS and Ormiston Families to ensure needs are meet by the appropriate service.
In addition to the counselling service, we have other front line teams holding complex case work of young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
Clinical Supervisor Role Description
Centre 33’s Clinical Supervisors are self-employed consultants, remunerated on an hourly basis for their work with us.
Principle Duties
The supervisor’s primary responsibility is to provide supervisees with professional consultancy for their work. Supervisors are expected to:
Offer regular fortnightly supervision to counsellors - a total of approx. 20 hours per year per counsellor.
Oversee the professional integrity of the work the counsellor is doing. ·
Be a resource for the professional development of the counsellor and to identify training needs for individual counsellors or the group as a whole. ·
Take part in six month probationary review of new counsellors and annual appraisal of counsellors. ·
Engage in annual 121 meetings with Clinical Lead to review supervisory practice.

Scripture Union has a vision to see a new generation of children and young people have a vibrant, personal faith in Jesus and the Support Worker will play a vital role in supporting this ministry in Wales by providing communications, organisational and administrative service to the team.
About the role
We’re looking for a support worker who will:

Support the Wales Mission Team in their ongoing mission to pioneer and create opportunities for children and young people, who are found in the 95% of those outside the church, to explore the Bible, respond to Jesus, grow in faith, and become sharers of the good news of Jesus for themselves. Our priority is to reach those who don’t yet know Jesus by helping them to connect, explore, respond, and grow.

Work with the National Mission Co-ordinator (Wales) and the team in the National Office to develop a wider provision for mission resources, communication and marketing materials in the Welsh language.
This is a permanent role at 0.5 FTE with a salary of £11,970.
What You'll Do

Administrative Support: provide administrative support to the Wales team with regard to arranging meetings, note taking, event bookings, internal communication and database support.

Communication: communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences in Wales in a variety of ways including newsletters, social media, updates to the website, supporter communications, handling enquiries from church volunteers/workers.

Welsh Language: support with translation and proof-reading to expand the provision of Welsh language mission resources and communication with supporters.

Operations Officer Wales
You will be working alongside a team of Operations Officers, supporting, inspiring and guiding DofE leaders to ensure a consistent and quality experience for the young people that they support. You’ll be managing a portfolio of existing partners in Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taff.
You will be home based, but there will be a mix of face to face and online interactions and, you will need to be prepared to travel across your patch. There may be meetings elsewhere in Wales, or across the UK, which you will be required to attend.
Whilst you won’t be working directly with young people, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are having a positive impact on their opportunities.
