The Role 

As our Data Governance Officer, you will join our multi-disciplinary Data Management Team within our Digital, Data and Technology Directorate. You will play a central role in supporting colleagues across the Charity to implement our data governance strategy, ensuring that colleagues are enabled to manage data ethically, securely, and legally across a wide and varied set of functions.

You will be as passionate and knowledgeable about supporting colleagues to develop an effective data culture and bring about the mindset and behaviour change that this requires as you are about data governance. We are a small team building culture change and supporting colleagues to take on new roles and responsibilities around data, placing ownership where it is most effective and enabling colleagues to see their relationships with data differently. 

You will have: 

• Experience in data governance or data management – ideally in the charity or public sector. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with non-technical audiences. 

• A collaborative approach and ability to influence change across teams. 

• A passion for ethical data use and making a difference through better information. 

• Working knowledge of data protection laws (e.g. GDPR) and how they apply to charities.

This role will also populate pipelines for specific fundraising activity including Appeals and Special Events. Award-winning music education charity, the London Music Fund, is seeking a Fundraising & Data Manager from October 2025 to join our small team of 3. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The charity currently raises c. £750k annually from a variety of sources including individuals, trusts and foundations, corporates and events. The key aspects of this role are:

Trusts and Foundations

• Research and draft Trust and Foundation applications, updating the prospects and pending report, managing pipelines.
• Manage the reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
• Collate data for reports and maintain positive relationships with funders.

Individual Donor Relations:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records on Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Respond to donor enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage donor communications, including thank you letters and updates.
• Assist with donor stewardship activities to build relationships and encourage continued support.
• Manage the Scholarship Sponsor reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).

Data Management and Impact Reporting

The Diocese of Manchester has established the Places Project, which is currently working with 33 schools and 33 churches in developing discipleship pathways for children and young people in Bolton. We are looking to appoint a Children’s Worker, to work with the team on a range of innovative new initiatives for children and their families as well as helping existing ministries to grow and flourish.

The Children’s Worker will work with churches and primary schools to create worship and discipleship opportunities for children. The Big House (TBH) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive income generation through sales of The Big House’s corporate training offer, The Big House Means Business (TBHMB). The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales person who is highly organised and has a talent for nurturing  long-term client relationships. This role will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to develop our existing TBHMB business strategy which focuses on selling workshops to sectors of strategic importance for TBH; the social care sector, criminal justice sector and national, local government departments and corporate partners. About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.

In addition to configuration, they will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our International Project Manager and Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests. 

Who we are looking for 
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage. 

A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions. 

You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.

You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.

Interagency work

· Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.

· Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.

· Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.

· Working closing with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.

· Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.

· Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contribute to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer.

· Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.

· Be flexible and willing to work in all types of environments.

Case management

· Comply with child protection and information sharing policies, ensuring that service users and colleagues understand and comply with the service’s safeguarding framework.

· Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.

· Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and work load reviews for the whole service.

· Attend monthly case management meeting with the Service Manager .

· Attend clinical supervision.

· Take appropriate steps to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person.

Recording and administration

· Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete, and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.

· To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.

· Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.

· Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to.

Direct work with service users

· Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project

· Use combination of motivational work, relationship building and a broad range of therapeutic skills to engage service users to addressing their abusive behaviour

· Motivate and support service users to address the broad range of needs that may contribute to the risk that they pose to others or act as barrier for them in addressing that risk. e.g. housing, substance use etc.

· To ensure that service users understand that the community and Drive project will ensure that they are accountable for continued use of abuse and abusive behaviour towards others

· Ensure that there is a consistent delivery of services to the identified perpetrators of domestic abuse, including comprehensive risk assessment, support planning, referrals to other agencies and MARACs.

· Develop strategies that will disrupt the continued risk posed by service users

· Undertake assessment of risk, needs and attitudes to inform the individual

service user’s intervention plan

· Ensure that risk assessment and risk management procedures are followed at all times.

· Respect and value the diversity of the community in which the service works in, providing a service that recognises the diverse needs of service users and their families.

· Work closely with the IDVAs’ supporting the partners, ex-partners and new partners, and family members of service users in management risk and developing intervention plans, as set out in the Drive Manual.

· The welfare and safety of children and young people is paramount, considered in every aspect of your work, address parenting needs where appropriate and taking action to safeguard children.

General

· Remain up-to-date and compliant with all relevant legislation connected to your work, including organisational procedures, policies and professional codes of conduct and practice guidance, in order to uphold standards of best practice.

· Represent the service at local events; deliver training and presentations as required.

· Feed into the learning process via the Service to improve services to perpetrators of domestic abuse ensuring that the experiences of service users and other agencies inform this process.

What you’ll do

As Finance Executive, you’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day finance operations running smoothly; from processing transactions and performing reconciliations, to ensuring our partners are billed correctly and pay on time. You'll be a key point of contact for finance queries across the business, and your work will be essential to maintaining accurate records and enabling wider decision-making. You'll also play an important role in driving process improvements, and support the team by analysing data and producing insightful reports that inform decision making.

This is a varied role where you’ll get exposure to lots of different areas within the finance function of a SaaS company. It’s perfect if you’re keen to explore your interests and gain a solid grounding across multiple aspects of finance.

• Record, process and reconcile transactions for the company using platforms like Spendesk and Xero, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded and categorised. 
• Manage our finance email inbox, responding to queries from schools, universities and employers. 
• Manage our accounts receivable processes, keeping track of overdue invoices, chasing partners for payment and recording received payments. 
• Support our sales teams with general finance related queries and keeping their partner records up to date on Salesforce (our CRM system).
• Improve, streamline and automate processes within the finance function. 
• Get involved with projects such as:
  • Setting up a simple way to keep track of the subscriptions we pay for, and make sure we’re getting good value from them.
  • Finding solutions to increase the number of invoices paid on time.
  • Creating useful reports and dashboards on Salesforce to aid decision making. 
• Support the Finance Lead to:
  • Prepare the payroll for our accountants (including commission calculations) and manage associated schemes (e.g. pension contributions).
  • Manage our accounts payable processes, making and recording payments. 
  • Work on forecasting and variance analysis to support business planning.
  • Check through our quarterly VAT return.
  • Manage the banking for our much smaller Hong Kong and US companies.
• Support the Head of Finance (your line manager) to:
  • Create the annual budget.
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and data analysis requests.

Who we’re looking for

You’ve got some experience in a finance or operations role, or you can demonstrate that you’ve built the relevant skills in another setting and are ready to learn more.

• You’re organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail that helps keep things running smoothly and accurately.
• You enjoy solving problems and thinking critically about how things can be improved, streamlined or automated.
• You’re quick to learn new systems and tools, you might not have used platforms like Xero or Salesforce before, but you’re keen to get stuck in.
• You take ownership of your work, following through on tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• You’re proactive and hands-on, excited to go beyond your core responsibilities to improve how we work and help make it a success.
• Being a proficient user of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot table, x-lookup) is a bonus.
• Having an educational background in Finance, Accounting or a Business related discipline is desirable, but not essential. 

Working together

We’re a small but mighty team of 3 within Finance (this role included). You’ll be line managed by the Head of Finance and will be working very closely with our Finance Lead too. You’ll also have regular contact with most people across the Unifrog, especially our partner-facing teams and the People team. You’ll also be liaising with our external accountants who take lead with the financial accounting and payroll side of things.
