Digital and Communications Delivery Lead 

We are partnered with a fantastic charity who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital and Communications Delivery Lead to manage the digital and communications elements of its largest corporate partnership. This role is critical to helping the partnership raise a significant target their service user. 

Key responsibilities

• Programme managing both the digital delivery and communications aspects of the charity’s largest corporate partnership.
• Matrix managing relevant colleagues across different teams to achieve shared goals.
• Maintaining a critical relationship with the corporate partner at an operational level and reporting with confidence to their senior management/leadership.
• Providing direct delivery of relevant national and regional media activity and social media engagement aimed at adult audiences.
• Directly delivering relevant communications targeted at the corporate partner’s members, partners, and wider adult audiences.
• Oversight of organic and paid social media content and delivery.
• Oversight of the production of content for younger audiences.
• Ensuring the voices and experiences of children and young people are central to all work produced.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships both internally and with the corporate partner to deliver agreed objectives.
• Regularly reporting progress against agreed plans and KPIs to senior colleagues both internally and externally.

Person Specifications

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate equivalent professional expertise gained in a digital, PR, social media, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrable experience holding a relationship with a corporate partner on behalf of a charity.
• Proven experience of matrix and programme management, successfully delivering shared goals by working across multiple teams.
• Demonstrable experience working in media, including generating positive coverage and holding relationships with journalists.
• Demonstrable experience in digital content production and communications, including liaising with external agencies.
• Experience in co-producing content with children and young people, coupled with an understanding of safeguarding.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a complex organisation and closely with senior leadership in a large organisation.
• Possesses excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and capable of adapting plans as needed.
• Must be able to attend meetings in central London at least once a month, with occasional travel to other UK locations.

Look Ahead are delivering a Digital Transformation programme, Move Forward, and we need to have the right business systems management structure in place to offer continual support, development, and improvements to our business systems and to provide insight into the organisation's data.

The Business System Administrator (FTC) role is a support role focused on managing application support requests and providing routine application support, advice, and system administration for key business systems.

The post holder will act as the first point of contact and work as part of a team to maintain these systems. Support services will be delivered by adopting a triage support approach, with more complex issues and project work being escalated to Look Ahead's second line application support specialists.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent coordination and analytical skills, be adept at issue management and be able to work as part of a team to deliver issue resolution for the relevant applications and technologies. This role can be delivered as a hybrid role, with the primary office location being Look Ahead's Head Office although the post holder may be required to visit some of our services from time to time as part of their service delivery.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a potential 6-month extension.

The Violence Intervention Project (V.I.P) is a young Charity (founded in 2017), pioneering new approaches to working with young people (YP) involved in serious youth violence (SYV). Job Purpose: The Family Outreach worker plays a vital role in supporting the families of clients to enhance their stability, wellbeing, and access to essential services. In this role, the Family Outreach worker will provide personalised assistance to families, strengthen connections with external partners and community resources, and collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive support. Additionally, they will establish structured communication and availability protocols to manage expectations and promote sustainable assistance for families.

About the role:

As a Team Leader you will be:

• Ensuring the effective delivery of services to victims in accordance with the London Adult Service against contract specifications, operating procedures, confidentiality, information sharing and safeguarding policies.

This role develops and implements organisational data strategies and frameworks for measuring the impact and performance of the MS Society’s work, aligned to organisational strategy, covering data collection, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring consistency, accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of impact and performance evidence and insights.

Experience of stakeholder management both internal and external; and designing and delivering complex analysis and evaluations is required.

With one direct report, we require a seasoned manager / lead and the person applying should also have proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) for advanced data analysis and modelling (e.g. logic models, theory of change and other evaluation models), and experience in using survey tools and software for data collection and analysis.

About the role

The Senior Research and Evaluation Adviser will work to position King’s College London as a sector leader on conducting institutional evaluation and research to understand how we can support students from underrepresented groups to access university and succeed at university. Our team generates causal evidence either through Randomised Controlled Trials or Quasi-experimental designs, as well as correlational and qualitative evidence.

Home-Start Barnet, Brent and Harrow is a dynamic local charity supporting families with young children through challenging times. Our volunteers and staff offer emotional and practical support to help parents build confidence, strengthen relationships and give their children the best start in life.

We’re looking for a Family Engagement Coordinator to join our School Readiness project in Grahame Park, Barnet. You’ll be part of a friendly team at Home-Start Barnet, working closely with colleagues and partners at Barnet Mencap to support families who are just starting their journey with the education system.

In this role, you’ll help us reach families who may be facing extra challenges or need more personalised support. You’ll spend time building strong, trusting relationships with local primary schools and become a familiar, welcoming presence within their school communities. Your work will help ensure that parents feel informed, supported and ready to help their children thrive as they start school.

The common thread throughout the project is the engagement of families and the parent volunteers, who widen the supportive “community” around the families, and connect the school to the home, and the partners to each other.
