We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Impact & Evaluation Adviser to join our UK Impact team and lead on developing the best practice design, and ethical oversight of the research, evaluation and learning initiatives we undertake across the UK. This is a senior, strategic role for someone with deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, participatory approaches, and complex systems evaluation. You will provide expert guidance to colleagues across the organisation, ensuring all research is ethically robust, evidence-informed, and used to drive meaningful change for children and families in the UK.

The Senior Impact & Evaluation Adviser is based in our UK Impact (UKI) department. The department is responsible for driving the delivery of the UK Impact goal in our strategy. Our vision is to make sure families in the UK have the money, services, and power to end child poverty. It's our mission to help build communities of people who care about children, listen to what's important to them and work together to make things better.
About the Role
The Senior Impact & Evaluation Adviser will provide expert advice on impact, evaluation, and evidence strategies to impact and learning colleagues in UK country teams (who will lead on individual project design, implementation, data collection and analysis). They will support and provide capacity building for colleagues to embed high-quality design, impact measurement, and evaluation into major new initiatives; and lead UKI's approach to ethical research.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods in social change research. This includes experience in at least one of the following: participatory research (ideally with adults and children), place-based and/or systems change evaluation, and research that explores public attitudes. Ethical rigor is at the heart of what we do, and you will lead our approach to research ethics, ensuring all work meets the highest professional and ethical standards.
In this role, you will:
• Provide expert advice to impact, evaluation, and learning colleagues in country teams on impact frameworks, evidence strategies, evaluation methods, and data strategies – for both place-based work and advocacy strategies
• Ensure that expert advice on impact and evidence strategies balances the need for rigour and pragmatism; reflects the priorities of our impact strategies; and responds appropriately to funder priorities
• Support colleagues with the implementation of impact and evidence strategies, helping colleagues in country teams to overcome challenges with data collection and analysis where needed
• Support colleagues with commissioning external support for evidence and learning, for example, by drawing on external professional networks; and advising on specifications
• Support fundraising by advising senior colleagues on project design, impact measurement, and evaluation approaches for major new initiatives
• Lead work with a range of colleagues to identify and respond to professional development needs and opportunities around impact measurement and evaluation
• Explore opportunities for shared learning and practice improvement across impact, evaluation, and learning with SCUK colleagues and partners, such as by convening internal or external networks / communities of practice
• Oversee the current UKI approach to research ethics and associated processes, including leading on immediate improvements; and contribute to the further development of ethical approaches to our work
• Build and maintain excellent external networks in relevant fields; and stay up-to-date with the latest literature and debates on impact, evaluation, and evidence strategies in complex social change
We are looking for someone with the following experience, competencies, and skills:
• Significant experience of designing and implementing evaluation or research strategies to support social change in complex systems
• Extensive experience applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods in evaluation, impact measurement, and evidence generation
• Experience in participatory research with adults and children, place-based and/or systems change evaluation, and ideally public attitudes research
• In-depth knowledge of research and evaluation ethics, including ethics review processes
• Proven ability to coach and advise others in an empowering way that builds the skills and expertise of colleagues
• Proven ability to communicate and build support for the purpose and execution of different impact, evaluation, and evidence approaches to non-specialists
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to understand the needs of others and offer pragmatic solutions
• Ability to work across multiple projects and teams at the same time; prioritise own time well to meet agreed objectives; and set clear boundaries for own workload
• Ability to travel around the UK and Ireland to meet colleagues, partners, and families, with sufficient notice – around 4-6 times a year

Location & Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but at times you will be required to come to your contracted office (usually between 2–4 days per month, depending on the needs of your role, team, or service). SLRA is a well-established local migrant support organisation working with and for refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants who are at risk or in crisis as a result of immigration issues. We provide specialist immigration advice (SLRA is regulated to provide advice at IAA Level 3) as well as a broad range of practical, social and therapeutic support services. SLRA also campaigns for a fairer immigration system, involving local people with lived experience in influencing local and national policy and practice.
We are looking for an Immigration Advisor who will be responsible for the delivery of immigration advice and casework to service users in a wide range of circumstances, although most will be rough sleepers. Approved Premises (APs) work with high-risk people released from prison, providing a vital element in public protection arrangements. APs offer a level of contact, support and supervision within the community that is unique within the Criminal Justice System. This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated, enthusiastic staff team at our male Approved Premises in Battersea, playing a key role in pro-social modelling, rehabilitation and community reintegration for those ready to make positive choices.
Working closely with Probation Officers and other community services such as police, health, housing and substance misuse, we provide a stepping stone from prison into the community.
As a member of the Approved Premises team, you will model pro-social behavior and foster a positive, respectful culture with both clients and colleagues. You will actively engage with residents, supporting communal activities such as meal preparation, and contribute to the delivery of individual sentence plans in collaboration with probation officers, police, and external agencies.
Your role will involve providing administrative and practical support, ensuring daily tasks are completed, and following all operational protocols. You will encourage compliance and enforce rules relating to curfews and drug and alcohol testing as required. Keeping colleagues, multi-agency partners, and management informed is essential.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health, safety, security, cleanliness, and well-being of the premises and residents, utilizing tools such as CCTV, observation, and direct personal contact. Accurate, timely record-keeping and appropriate information sharing with respect for confidentiality are critical components of this role.
Using your initiative, you will identify and address additional tasks or emerging issues, working within the service to maintain an enabling environment. Adherence to the Approved Premises Manual, Hestia policies, and relevant justice service requirements is expected, alongside consistently demonstrating The Hestia Approach.
This role involves working closely with high-risk offenders transitioning from prison to community life, providing a unique level of daily support, supervision, and tailored interventions. You will empower residents to take responsibility for themselves while maintaining appropriate boundaries and supervision. The position operates on a rolling rota covering early, late, weekend, and night shifts to ensure continuous support and public protection.

Over the past four years, we have supported more than 3,000 refugees with devices, connectivity, and training. Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. Sounds great, what will I be doing?
In this role, the individual will work as part of a multidisciplinary NHS team—alongside clinicians, social workers, and community partners—to support adults with moderate to severe mental illness. They will hold a caseload of service users, acting as a key point of contact and contributing to care planning, progress monitoring, and discharge support, using the RiO clinical records system. Working collaboratively with service users, they will co-develop person-centred recovery plans that prioritise social goals and community integration. Building strong therapeutic relationships using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches, they will support individuals in achieving personal recovery goals. The role includes helping service users access local resources, attend appointments, and engage in wellbeing activities, peer support, and psychoeducational groups. The individual will promote recovery-focused, jargon-free communication, advocate for co-production and integrated care, and liaise with both statutory and voluntary sector organisations to support effective service navigation. They will attend clinical meetings and community events, representing both Hestia and the Community Mental Health Team, while maintaining accurate, timely documentation of all support activities and risk assessments. Safe and ethical practice is essential, including adherence to safeguarding protocols, health and safety procedures, and quality standards. Main Purpose of the Post:
Provide advocacy, support, impartial advice, and information to survivors of all ages who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives. This includes support within the Criminal Justice System (CJS), as well as delivering informed choices sessions to help survivors decide whether they wish to engage with the CJS process.
Key information:
· We require the post holder to be female under Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010).
· The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
· The post involves flexible working hours including responding to crises in order to meet the needs of the service as and when required.
· The post is part of a countywide ISVA service covering Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. For all survivors accessing the service
· Undertake needs-led assessments and develop individual support plans.
· Support survivors to access services to which they are entitled.
· Provide support (non-therapeutic) to survivors.
· Provide information on criminal, legal, and civil remedies where appropriate.
· Provide information and support in relation to Criminal Injuries Compensation.
· Where relevant, liaise with other agencies who are supporting the client.
· Assist survivors who decide to report by facilitating the reporting of the offence.
2. For survivors reporting to the Police
· Support survivors through the criminal justice system explaining the procedures, the ISVA role, and the client’s rights within the system.
· Liaise with the police and CPS on behalf of survivors and/or with survivors.
· Participate in case conferences with the police, CPS, and prosecuting barrister.
· Support and advocate for clients to access special measures.
· Where appropriate, support survivors to provide a victim impact statement during the trial phase.
3. Quality Assurance
· Maintain confidential client records, sharing and managing information in accordance with PRCCG Policies and Procedures.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with agencies supporting survivors.
· Ensure survivors receive the best possible standard of support in line with Rape Crisis National Service Standards.

The Role
The Early Learning and Childcare Advisor supports the organisations contribution to policy development and guidance on the delivery of early learning and childcare. Ensuring an effective voice of the sector in Scotland is critical to success, as will strengthening support for and developing our membership base. The Early Learning and Childcare Advisor supports delivery of the Scottish Government contract ensuring achievement of targets.
The role also involves the development of training, publications and other products and services for Scotland members.
The Early Learning and Childcare Advisor will be supported by the National Operations Manager (Scotland) and the NDNA central team.
Main duties include:
- Support the National Operations Manager (Scotland) to ensure Scottish Government contract is delivered to meet all agreed criteria
- Support policy development and guidance on the delivery of early learning and childcare in Scotland, ensuring nurseries have access to appropriate information, support, guidance, and training to contribute to improved quality of delivery of early learning and childcare
- Track and report on sales and trends to inform the development of products and services
- Support the National Operations Manager (Scotland) in the completion of sector consultations
- Gather intelligence and research from nurseries and public and third sector partners/stakeholders to inform on national policy and representation work and Scottish Government national policy as related to private nurseries
- Ensure effective dissemination of information to members, colleagues, other agencies
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with partners and other agencies at regional and national level to enhance and promote activities and ensure maximum benefit for long-term sustainability and our members
- Promote the benefits of membership and access to its products, services and support
About You
We are looking for someone with a degree level qualification or equivalent experience in childcare and also:
- First hand experience of working in an Early Learning and Childcare role
- Experience of managing a demand-led workload
- Business and strategic planning
- Strong customer service or related experience.

Key responsibilities of our E-Learning Assistant will include:
- Supporting the Head of E-Learning, and Content Developers with the redesign of e-learning modules and the maintenance of the Learning Link platform
- Under the supervision of the Head of Learning Link, regularly reviewing the functionality of existing content as requested to update and fix bugs
- Assisting in the development of new modules
- Working with the Learning Link team and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive and innovative e-learning solutions
- Uploading content onto the Learning Link platform
- Administrate the storage and organisation of course materials
- Monitoring usage of the free trial content
- Keeping up to date with NGA’s position statements, good governance practice and issues of concern to NGA members

- Excellent level of computer literacy, with experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in creative design of graphics and interactive e-learning

The Position:
You will be joining our small, passionate NGO to support the delivery of our educational programmes. Reporting directly to the Head of Programmes, you will be tasked with delivering programmes on Political & Media Literacy, counter-extremism, and online safety. This will involve traveling to a variety of educational settings to deliver our programmes, alongside supporting our Head of Programmes and Programme Coordinators to recruit schools and colleges. Projects can vary from media literacy workshops for schools, online harms CPD training, to city-wide democratic engagement stalls.
The applicant needs to be motivated, interested in counter-extremism, and passionate about Political & Media Literacy. The job is based on a 7-month contract, with likely extension (including a 3-month probation period).
Key responsibilities

Deliver a wide variety of programmes across a diverse range of settings and cohorts.

Skills and Experience:
