Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. In some services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.

What you'll do:

If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. In some services, this will include delivering personal and physical care as appropriate
Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
Participate in the support planning and risk management, as facilitated by the lead Support Worker
Carry out security duties to ensure the safety of the customers and premises
Monitor the CCTV throughout the shift
Enable customers to make full use of community facilities by providing support as directed
Carry out support duties to enable customers to integrate into the community including e.g. accompanying the customer to attend benefit agency appointments and meetings, go shopping, to enquire at colleges about possible courses, to visit various public amenities
Report any observations relating to customers welfare
Adhere to all the policies and procedures of Look Ahead Care, Support & Housing plus those specific to the project including any statutory requirements
Ensure Look Ahead Health and Safety policies and local protocols are adhered to at all times
Maintain records as required at the project under the direction of the Support Workers/ management
Participate in team meetings/reviews and the general development of the service
Undertake any other duties consistent with the grade and nature of the post as may be reasonably assigned

This role will lead and manage REUK’s research and policy portfolio, ensuring that it maintains and develops REUK’s external position as a thought leader on refugee education practice and research.

Outreach and Admissions Officer

The Role

We are seeking to appoint an Outreach & Admissions Officer who will work to increase the numbers of strong applicants to the College and University from underrepresented backgrounds, and support them in applying to Cambridge. About the Role
 
Our client is a resident-led partnership based in Wormholt and White City, working to create a connected, inclusive and thriving community. They deliver community events, support young people, and promote health and wellbeing – always with local voices at the heart of what they do.
 
As Project Officer, you’ll be the organisational anchor for the team – keeping things running smoothly through excellent admin, communication, and project support. From booking meetings and updating our socials to supporting events and managing the inbox, your work will be varied, fast-paced and impactful.
 
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and other delivery staff to support the success of their  programmes and ensure residents feel welcome, informed and heard.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing day-to-day admin support to the team, including scheduling, note-taking, supplies, and logistics
• Supporting the smooth running of monthly resident-led Board meetings (including preparing papers and recording minutes)
• Maintaining their online presence and social media channels with engaging, up-to-date content
• Being the first point of contact for enquiries, offering a warm, responsive service
• Assisting with identifying funding opportunities and supporting bid submissions
• Attending community events as an accessible, welcoming representative of their organisation
• Supporting project delivery, event planning and project monitoring as needed

 
They’re Looking For

• At least two years’ experience in administration and/or office coordination
• Confident IT user (MS Office, email, social media platforms, web editing)
• Great written and verbal communicator with a friendly, professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail and a love of organisation
• Creative with social media and confident managing online content
• A positive, proactive team player with a passion for inclusion and community

 
Experience in community engagement, event support, or bid writing is a bonus. Knowledge of Wormholt and White City is also desirable but not essential.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Project Administrator to support the smooth running of the charity’s flexible workforce model, ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, and staffing coordination across national services.

About the Role
As HR Project Admin (Flexible Workforce), you will play a key role in supporting the national flexible staffing model. You’ll be responsible for coordinating temporary worker recruitment, managing workforce records, and helping ensure compliance across all casual staffing processes. Working closely with hiring managers, external agencies and the HR and Finance teams, your work will help ensure effective and cost-conscious staffing across services.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a major operational transformation project, gain exposure to senior leaders, and develop valuable HR and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Support recruitment and onboarding of bank and agency staff, including compliance and document checks

· Coordinate and monitor the use of the workforce system (CentralAxis), ensuring managers and workers are fully trained

· Maintain accurate and confidential workforce records in line with GDPR and data protection standards

· Support budget monitoring and reporting on staffing ratios, costs, and agency usage

· Help prepare reports, dashboards and presentations on flexible workforce activity

· Resolve staffing issues including absence, rota conflicts and performance concerns, escalating as needed

· Provide general admin support to the HR and project teams, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and minuting key sessions

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

· Has experience supporting HR or recruitment processes

· Is confident using digital systems and managing accurate workforce data

· Has strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build good relationships across teams

· Is highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

· Understands the importance of confidentiality and compliance when working with sensitive information

· Brings energy, initiative and a commitment to the charity’s values
