About the role
As a Housing First Coach you will deliver high quality person-centred support, using psychologically and trauma informed approaches, in line with Housing First principles. You will take a bold approach to establishing open and trusting relationships with people who have had long histories of homelessness or in temporary/insecure accommodation, enabling them to access and sustain accommodation and empower them to exercise choice and control over their lives. The team is multi-disciplinary – Coaches, Peer Support Worker, Clinical Psychologist – which allows us to collaboratively formulate innovative approaches to support. The team operates across London, providing numerous opportunities to build impactful partnerships and contribute towards systems change.
About you
· To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter, flexible and have experience of working collaboratively as part of a team and with internal and external partners.
· You may have a background in housing/homelessness support, adult safeguarding, drug or alcohol recovery services or mental health and have significant experience of working within a multidisciplinary setting with the ability to create strong professional relationships and creative solutions.
· You will have experience of working with people who have faced severe and multiple exclusion and who may be considered to have ‘complex needs’, with an understanding of the needs of people who have been homeless for long periods of time.
· You will be willing and able to provide practical assistance with moving into and maintaining a home – including direct help where necessary with tasks such as shopping, budgeting, cooking, and cleaning.
· You will also have a knowledge of Housing First and housing led approaches and the ability to work within a psychologically informed approach.

The Deputy Contract Manager is responsible for the operational management of our specialist customer focused support services across the service. Working in partnership with stakeholders, external agencies and our Commissioning Team, you lead your Team to offer high quality support to customers to maintain their tenancies and empower people to live their best lives and move to independence. We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of two innovative rehabilitation and employment initiatives supporting people leaving prison into meaningful, sustainable work.

About the Role
This is a hands-on delivery and coordination role working across the organisation’s two flagship programmes, Inside Job and Choirs Beating Time. You will ensure high quality and consistent delivery across prisons and in the community, supporting people with convictions into employment and purposeful lives.
The role is hybrid, with time split between home working, our Birmingham or London office, and planned visits to prisons and partners. Travel expenses are covered and visits are scheduled in advance. You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
Working closely with the CEO and COO, you will coordinate delivery activity, support Community Consultants, maintain strong relationships with prisons and partners, and use data and insight to help improve outcomes. If you have experience in programme coordination, employability, rehabilitation or community services and want to work in a mission-driven environment, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of Inside Job and Choirs Beating Time across prisons and in the community
- Coordinate delivery activity, logistics, partner relationships and reporting

- Monitor programme performance, gather data and help translate insights into improvements

About You
You will be proactive, organised and confident working with a wide range of people and partners. You do not need to have worked in a prison setting before. Training and guidance will be provided and the organisation will support you through the Ministry of Justice security vetting process.

- Experience coordinating or delivering programmes within justice, employability, rehabilitation, community, homelessness, youth or similar environments
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills

Main duties include:
- Provide first point of contact on site for Local Authority staff, occupants, Look Ahead colleagues, contractors and visitors
- Carry out day to day management of the building including managing breaches of house rules, including alerting Local Authority when tenancy enforcement action is required
The post-holder will:
- Be the main point of contact for Local Authority partner and contractors and carry out day to day management of the building and the facilities
- Manage all void processes - void inspections and void event monitoring
- Report maintenance issues and repairs

About you:
- An understanding of the needs of customers who have experienced homelessness and who may also have support needs.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks in a logical and systematic way.
- Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with vulnerable people in a sensitive , friendly and clear manner.

- 2 years experience of working in housing or a related field.
- Experience of liaising with housing benefit departments ,council tax and other external agencies.

Respite and Care Executives play a significant role in enabling our beneficiaries to continue to be independent for as long as possible and when/if they require formal care, they can support them during this time too. They work closely with the Advocacy Team and the Friendships and Connections team to ensure that all their needs are met.
We are looking for a candidate to cover Maternity Leave for 14 months. They will work alongside the current post holder and the other team members for 2 months to learn the role and take over existing cases. They will form part of the existing Respite, Care and Advocacy Team and work closely with other members of the team as well as other colleagues in the Operations Directorate (mainly Welfare).
An articulate communicator with IT skills suited to working in a paperless environment, you must be able to demonstrate an ability to relate to people of all ages as well as professionals such as external case working organisations, RAF stations, care providers, those who have lasting power of attorney (LPA). You must have an understanding of the social care system and the Mental Capacity Act.
The role is based in our London HQ, with a minimum of three days working in the office per week. The successful candidate for this role will need to be Standard DBS checked and prove they have the right to work in the UK.

About Woman's Trust
Woman’s Trust was established almost thirty years ago and is the leading specialist in mental health services for women. Led by and for women, it aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a safe and healthy life, free from further harm. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recover from the trauma. We support 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.3m and 40 staff. About the role
As a Counselling Project Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient project administration of Woman’s Trust Counselling services.
