Funded by Bradford Districts CCG from the Reducing Health Inequalities in City, CLICS (Central Locality Integrated Care Service) is about helping members of the community access support to better self-manage their health and wellbeing and long-term health conditions. The successful post holder will be a member of CLICS team, a new service, operating across the three Community Partnership and will manage and lead a team of CLICS Community Health Champion volunteer across the BD5 locality.
CLICS Volunteer Coordinator will:
- Take the lead for volunteering in CLICS
- Lead on delivering and sourcing training for volunteers
- Provide supervision and support for CLICS Health Champion Volunteers
- Ensure links with Living Well Academy
- Represent the service at meeting

- Experience of working with/for community-based groups
- Experience of recruiting and supporting volunteers and organising training
- Experience of partnership working
- Knowledge of health issues/social determinants of health
- Knowledge and experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with disadvantaged sections of the community

We’re recruiting for a Test Lead, who will help people with sight loss live the life they choose by leading a team of test analysts and being the gatekeeper of quality configuration, customisation, and data for our Digital platforms.
As a Test Lead working in an Agile environment across a large and complex enterprise architecture, the successful postholder will be a key player in ensuring that all software change is optimised to the very highest quality.
Responsibilities include:
- developing a test strategy and function
- formulating and executing test cases, managing test data, and supporting the team and colleagues in the execution of Business Acceptance Testing
We’re looking for someone who can be hands-on in ensuring the effective utilisation of defect tracking software (Jira), and who’ll work closely with our Technology Delivery Manager and other Heads of Technology verticals to ensure effective communication, coordination and feedback across our testing, development and delivery functions.
This homebased role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a year.

To be able to fulfil this role, the skills and experience we are looking for in a potential candidate include;
Essential
- ISTQB certification or recognised equivalent certificate in Testing
- Experience in leading and managing test analysts
- Experience in developing testing strategy to support an organisations technology stack
- Experience in creating/Implementing Test Cases, Plans, Scripts etc.
- Experience of Selenium Webdriver
- Good interpersonal skills / friendly and approachable, strong facilitation skills.
Desirable
- Agile accreditations
- Experience working in the non-profit sector

About the role
Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join its development team and provide technical leadership in the production of public facing digital experiences.
The Lead Front-end Engineer will work primarily within one of the five Digital Product teams. The product teams are cross-functional - consisting of Developers, UX and Digital Designers, Product Managers and Content Authors - and the Lead Front-end Engineer will be expected to work closely within their own product team to deliver its objectives. This role will also have a broader focus, acting as one of a group of three Lead Engineers who maintain oversight of all the work carried out by the developers across the Digital Product teams and more widely across the museum. This group of Lead Engineers will drive the technical direction of the Development team, setting standards, choosing technologies and ensuring solutions across the product teams meet the needs of the business, as defined by the Product Leads.
The Lead Front-end Engineer should have demonstrable experience in leading development and delivery of public-facing websites or applications and a good understanding of designing and building for user needs. They will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in providing technical leadership, designing and co-ordinating technical solutions across multiple teams, and should be comfortable in line-managing or mentoring other developers within the team.
Significant extensive experience in building front end applications using JavaScript frameworks, specifically React/Next.js, is expected, as well as extensive exposure to working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. They will have an excellent understanding of web performance, accessibility and web security best practices.
Strong front-end development skills will be expected in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Git, responsive design and using CSS pre-processors (e.g. Sass), as well as experience working in an agile/lean environment. This will be backed by a broad knowledge of web development platforms, technologies, languages and protocols and experience working with enterprise Content Management Systems, such as Adobe AEM.
Reporting to the Head of Systems Development and Operations.

Due to staff retirements, we have vacancies for two Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners (or studying towards it) for the nursery, pre-school and After School Club.
