About You:

You are organised, meticulous, and bring proven experience in property compliance management. You have a good understanding of housing legislation, health & safety regulations and best practice, building maintenance and compliance in relation to Supported Housing and PRS (including HMO’s). You can confidently navigate relationships with external contractors, landlords, and local authorities. You will also oversee the effective management of risk across all Homeless Oxfordshire properties. With a solutions-focused mindset, you’re ready to take ownership of compliance and health and safety across multiple sites, ensuring we deliver safe, dignified living spaces for our residents .

About the Role:

As our Compliance Officer, you will take the lead on property compliance and certification across Homeless Oxfordshire's housing portfolio. You will oversee safety inspections, manage risk assessments, maintain up-to-date records, and coordinate with contractors and landlords to ensure all remedial and planned works meet health, safety, and housing regulations. We will also entrust you with coordinating employer health and safety regulations. Reporting to the Head of Property and Facilities, your role is central to protecting residents and enabling our operational teams to deliver outstanding service.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

· Ensure all regulatory requirements & certifications are maintained and securely documented (e.g. gas, Electrical safety, legionella, Asbestos, fire alarm and lighting tests etc.), Ready for inspection as required.

· Undertake annual risk assessments for all areas relating to properties (including fire); maintenance and cleaning activities and ensure that relevant details are shared with others appropriately

· Build close relationships with our landlords and providers to ensure any compliance works they are responsible for under the terms of the lease are carried out to the required standard that we are satisfied with along with the local authorities or facilitate the work on their behalf.

· Ensure all HMO licencing information is up to date for all relevant properties and records of HMO Licences are retained on in-form and work together with Local Authorities. Ensure all additional works that are required for licence are completed in a timely manner.

· Oversee weekly and monthly Health and safety inspections for all sites.

· Work with Head of property & Facilities on Health and safety tasks for the organisation

· Contribute towards the budget setting for all planned compliance and health and safety works and ensure this remains within the budget set.

· Promote a high standard of hygiene among staff and residents and ensure controls are in place to reduce the risk of pests, damp, and mould, taking remedial action.

· Remain informed of all relevant property legislation for the private rented sector, HMOs and supported accommodation and implement changes within the organisation to maintain compliance.

· Support operational managers and staff to deliver outstanding services to our residents.

· To take control of the accident reporting, working with managers and SMT to ensure that all staff adhere to the process of reporting these incidents.

· Provide a monthly report to the Head of Property and facilities with compliance for the property portfolio as a minimum.

Purpose of the job

 You will be an important member of the Senior Management Team, supporting the CEO to drive income growth. To be successful in this role you will be a strategic thinker who is highly organised, adaptable and flexible, able to inspire campaigns, appeals and experiences to drive income growth across a range of platforms and linking in potential support to the work of NDAS.

As Fundraising Manager, you will work closely with the CEO and SMT.  Also attending the Finance Sub-Group meetings that report into the Board.

 Key Accountabilities

1. You will work with the CEO to maintain and implement the Fundraising Strategy.

2. You will develop strategic relationships with funders and stakeholders.

3. You are accountable for the management, performance and reporting on all income strands.

4. You will work with the CEO to produce a bi-monthly Funding Overview report and projected Income Generation Plans for consideration by the Finance Sub-Group and to be reported to the Board

Responsibilities:

 1. Planning, implementing and driving forwards the Fundraising Strategy with a focus on expanding the range and size of income sources.

2. Identify new funding streams from Trusts, Statutory agencies and corporates, and submit funding bids.

3. Manage Individual Giving and Legacies

4. With the CEO produce and maintain an Income Generation Plan with a timeline setting deadlines for the submission of funding applications

5. Work with the CEO and Finance Manager to manage the allocation of costs across the budget and to ensure delivery in line with funding requirements.

6. Work with the SMT to manage and monitor all outcomes associated with each funding stream.

7. Produce funding applications with informative narrative content and robust data

8.   Maintain a monitoring schedule and produce reports in line with funder/stakeholder requirements also with informative narrative content and robust data

9.   Maintain regular communication with funders and potential funders to build strong working relationships and increase funding opportunities

10. Support the CEO in developing strategic and operational plans for the organisation

11. Monitor and collate other outcomes and achievements of the organisation.

MSI Reproductive Choices UK is an independent provider of NHS-funded sexual and reproductive health services, with over 60 clinics across England providing abortion, vasectomy and contraception services.

The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.

LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Activities like gardening, arts and crafts, and creative writing foster connection and personal growth, while group involvement helps residents feel part of a wider community. LEAP also supports residents to take steps into peer mentoring, volunteering, and training, helping them build positive networks beyond their immediate circle and develop the skills and confidence to thrive independently.

Over three years, the project aims to support 750 individuals. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. The Research Manager will work in a small team that is responsible for commissioning and managing high quality, robust social research, and for synthesising and disseminating evidence of what works to support the most disadvantaged young people into good jobs.

The Research Manager will support all aspects of Youth Futures research, from project development to impact.

This will include:

 How are staff supported to work remotely? 

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. All Employees are homebased meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) brings together 15 leading UK aid charities to raise funds quickly and efficiently at times of humanitarian crisis overseas. This role will require you to lead on organic social media as part of the DEC Communications team, working closely with the Digital and Innovation team in Fundraising, collaborate with social leads across our 15 member charities and public figures through our talent agency. During appeal launch periods it will also involve managing a small social media team of volunteers.

All roles at the DEC are based in our London office. We operate a hybrid working model, with some non-negotiable office attendance. The Role

Yorkshire Cancer Research currently operates 15 shops across Yorkshire and are embarking on a retail expansion programme, with plans in place to open a further 20 shops across Yorkshire over the next three years. This is a role which forms part of the retail expansion plan. Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Retail Area Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of existing shops, and for the new shops as they open.

The Retail Area Manager will lead by example and ensure that employees, volunteers, supporters, donors, and customers understand how their contributions are making a difference to the lives of people in Yorkshire and beyond.
 

Specifically, you will:

· Provide day to day line management responsibilities for Shop Managers and Retail Support Managers, including coaching, inspiring and motivating team members so they are clear about their role and feel fully supported in driving the charity forward.

· Work closely with Shop Managers and Retail Support Managers with regards to rota management and provide support where necessary to ensure each shop is sufficiently staffed.

· Be accountable for an area budget and achieve or exceed budgeted income, expenditure, and contribution (net income).

· Ensure that all charity policies, shop standards and operating procedures are communicated effectively to all Shop Managers and effectively cascaded to volunteers. Regularly review that they are all maintained and followed in a consistent manner.

· Ensure our shops are presented to the highest standards with attractive visual merchandising and window displays and coach the Shop Managers to continually improve visual merchandising standards and share best practice.

· Lead, coach and develop the Shop Managers and Retail Support Managers, role modelling the internal PDR approach and wellbeing focus.

· Act as the “go to” lead for the Shop Managers on a day-to-day basis to help resolve operational issues, referring to Head of Retail for support with more complex issues.

· Act as an ambassador of the charity’s values, challenging misaligned behaviours and ensuring the values are integrated into all aspects of management.

· Create a welcoming professional atmosphere and deliver high standards of service for all employees, volunteers, customers and supporters.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

· To be educated to A-Level or equivalent.

· To be trained as a First Aider, Fire Marshal and a Mental Health First Aider where appropriate.

· To have experience of multi-site retail management in a charity or commercial retail organisation

· To have experience of building and leading a team of employees and volunteers including recruitment and development.

· To have experience of meeting and exceeding targets within a retail environment.

· To have experience of setting, monitoring, and reporting of sales and cost budgets.

· To have experience of using own initiative and taking accountability for all aspects of day-to-day retail operational management.

· To be highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise a workload to meet deadlines.

· To have the ability to lead teams of employees and volunteers, providing support, motivation, and encouragement.

· To have excellent IT skills and confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· To have the ability and willingness to frequently travel across the Yorkshire region, access to own vehicle, and a full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points

As our CRM Product Manager, you will define and deliver a visionary CRM strategy that empowers WaterAid’s fundraising success, working closely with technical teams, fundraising stakeholders, and global partners to drive sustainable change. 

In this role, you will: 

• Set and lead the CRM vision for WaterAid UK and work with international colleagues on a global CRM strategy.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams through technology transformation, with experience in stakeholder management and navigating change.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have: 

• Knowledge of fundraising-specific CRM services such as GiftAid, Direct Debits, BACs, event and supporter management.

Operation Christmas Child UK (OCC) has implemented a strategic volunteer ministry, investing in teams of volunteers who will multiply themselves and hugely extend the reach of OCC’s mission.

OCC is the world’s largest shoebox appeal where Samaritan’s Purse, together with local churches here and overseas, distributes from the UK 1/4 million gift-filled shoeboxes annually to children in need overseas and in so doing demonstrates God’s love in a tangible way while sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.

A resourceful and energetic Regional Manager is needed to recruit, select, equip, and lead teams of volunteers throughout the 32 London boroughs.

You will be passionate about developing others towards highly effective ministry, teamwork and increased personal competency.

You will also directly engage churches to participate in OCC in areas not yet covered by Connect volunteers. A special opportunity will be engaging London churches that have partnered with our sister ministry, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for the June 2025 God Loves You Tour London.

You will be confident to take initiative with people and projects and also have good administrative and organisational skills. You will also enjoy envisioning the numerous volunteers who participate in the OCC shoebox appeal each year.

St Bride Foundation (SBF) is seeking a Collections and Archives Manager with strong project management and collections management skills to support the development, preservation, and accessibility of our library and archive collections. The Collections and Archives Manager will manage the smooth running of the Reading Room, library enquiry services and manage our library volunteers.

Working as part of a small team, the role will involve helping to develop and deliver aspects of the learning programme, especially those relating to engagement with the collections through activities including tours, talks and exhibitions.  

The Collections and Archives Manager will work closely with the Foundation Librarian to oversee library and archival operations, and develop policies to improve storage, accessibility, and preservation.

Key Responsibilities

Access, Research & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support public and internal access to collection materials by providing research services and developing user-friendly finding aids.
• Collaborate with researchers, educators and community groups to enhance the impact of the collections.
• Improve discovery and accessibility of collections through database enhancements and digitisation efforts.

Project Management – Collection

• Manage the care, storage, and documentation of the Foundations collection, including developing and implementing policies and procedures for such projects as inventory audits, collection moves, exhibitions, loans and rationalisation projects.
•  Liaise with contractors, partners and internal teams to ensure the security of collections materials.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future collection projects.

Collections Management & Preservation

• Develop the collections in line with the Foundations collections policy, reflecting SBFs audiences.
• Work closely with conservation specialists to develop and implement storage strategies that align with best practice standards, improving environmental controls and storage solutions.
• Oversee cataloging, metadata creation, and collections documentation.
•  Manage digital preservation strategies and support digitisation projects to increase access to collections.
•  Develop risk management strategies for collection security, environmental conditions, and disaster preparedness.

Outreach, Engagement & Advocacy

• Contribute to learning and engagement programs, including talks, tours, workshops, exhibitions, and digital content—that promote engagement with the collections across diverse audiences.
•  Collaborate with institutions, community partners, and funding bodies to support and develop collections-based projects such as research projects, youth programmes and oral histories.
•  Work with the wider team to share stories from the collections to support advocacy, fundraising, and awareness campaigns.
