Our purpose at Legasee is to record history in the words of the people who made it, in order to educate and raise awareness about the bravery, service and sacrifice our military personnel have made over the past century.
What will you do?
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our project team to identify and prioritise compelling content related to the WRAC project. You will have the opportunity to craft (or contribute to crafting) a detailed social media content plan to showcase the project and help to establish and manage new channels such as TikTok and Instagram to broaden our audience. Your responsibilities could also include creating and disseminating content that resonates with a range of audiences, as well as monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of our social media efforts to provide insights and recommendations for enhancement.
What are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to contribute to a successful social media campaign and demonstrate excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Experience in crafting engaging content for various social media platforms is preferred, along with a familiarity with content publishing tools. Position Overview:
The Spiritual Arts Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Charity Administrator / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of charity law and regulations in the UK, along with extensive practical experience in setting up charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), and Companies Limited by Guarantee (CLGs). In addition to possessing exceptional organizational and project management skills, the candidate should also have a genuine interest in spiritual subjects and a passion for making a difference in the world.
Responsibilities:
You will be required to:
- Provide expert guidance and support in the setup and registration of charities, CICs, and CLGs, ensuring compliance with relevant UK legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Consult with our legal team on the preparation of legal documentation, including governing documents, constitutions, and articles of association.
- Assist in the establishment of appropriate governance structures, and work with our HR team regarding the recruitment and training of trustees and board members.
- Assist our management and accounting teams to choose optimal bank accounts and obtain the necessary financial services for new charitable entities.
- Consult with our fundraising team to help implement our strategies for fundraising, donor engagement, and income generation.

- This role involves leading on the financial affairs of the Foodbank and ensuring that they are conducted within the required legal, accounting and good practice conventions.
- It is also the responsibility of the Financial Lead to work in partnership with the Chairperson, Foodbank Manager, Treasurer and other Trustees to ensure the financial viability and development of the organisation.
- Ensure the Trustee board fulfils its financial responsibilities.
- Ensure that the Foodbank has proper systems for budgeting, financial control, insurance, and reporting.
- Work alongside the Market Drayton Foodbank Treasurer to inform the Trustee board members of the finances of the Foodbank by written report, at least on a quarterly basis ensuring that the board have a clear picture of the financial health of the Foodbank.

Your Role
We are looking for a volunteer who can dedicate time to this role through to December 2024. You will be a part of a team that works directly with Tanzania’s indigenous Maasai, and help to make a difference in key areas such as protecting ecosystems and advocating for indigenous rights.
The main objective is to help the team with external communication activities, including social media account management, website management and Google Ads management. This role requires excellent written communication skills and will suit someone who has an interest and/or experience in managing social media accounts, Wordpress websites, and other external communication activities.

Trustees play a crucial and key role in the strategic direction and steering of Youth Mix, ensuring we are a fantastic youth-led organisation for young people aged 16 to 26 years old. Trustees will also ensure quality, stability and positive outcomes for both young people and our new charity as we continue our journey.
This is an exciting time for the Charity as we roll out our mentoring programme. Following strategic discussions, we are now looking to reinforce and enrich our Trustee Board to provide support and guidance to our Operational Team to enable them to achieve our ambitious 1 year and 3-year plans, whilst also ensuring robust succession plans in place for the Board.
We are particularly enthusiastic about fostering inclusivity within our Board. We actively encourage applications from ethnic minorities, young individuals seeking their inaugural board appointment (especially those aged between 18 & 26), and individuals of all ages with a commitment to empowering young people, including those aged 55 and above.
As Deputy Chair you will work closely with the Chair to facilitate and lead the board while working closely with the CEO, ensuring an effective and smooth-running charity with an active and fully engaged Board of Trustees.

Join Legasee in our mission to honour the legacy of the Women's Royal Army Corps (WRAC) by preserving their stories and making them accessible to all. We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Volunteer CMS/WordPress User to assist in managing our website. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our digital platform effectively showcases the remarkable history of the WRAC and provides a seamless user experience for visitors.
Our purpose at Legasee is to record history in the words of the people who made it, in order to educate and raise awareness about the bravery, service and sacrifice our military personnel have made over the past century.
What will you do?
As a Volunteer CMS/WordPress User at Legasee, your main responsibilities will be to showcase the remarkable history of the Women's Royal Army Corps (WRAC) on the Legasee website. This includes inputting descriptions, photos, and Vimeo codes onto our website, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols. You'll collaborate closely with our project team to prioritise content updates and improvements, contributing valuable insights and suggestions for enhancing user experience. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our digital platform remains engaging and accessible to visitors, thus playing a vital part in preserving the legacy of courageous women in military history.
What are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress (prior experience preferred), is desirable. You should have the ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to established protocols, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
