We are embarking on a project to change our CRM to Microsoft Dynamics and to move our Database onto Azure. About the role
As a Data Insight Analyst, you will assist in updating and creating PowerBI dashboards and apps. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to gather requirements and develop reports that enable accessible monitoring of key metrics. As our current suite of dashboards need to be reworked, this role offers a good opportunity to shape a data visualisation project from start to finish, helping Crisis make evidence-based decisions in our pursuit to end homelessness.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills, particularly when it comes to conveying complex, quantitative information to a non-technical audience. You will be able to identify requirements and deliver synthesised findings in an accessible and engaging manner. Additionally, you will have technical experience in PowerBI and SQL, from querying relational databases to building impactful visualisations.
You may also have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure SQL Database, website analytics, product analytics, customer analysis, digital analytics, Jira, data science, Tableau, Python/R or excel.

About the role:
The Senior Multiple Needs Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) will work within a dynamic, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service based at the CGL Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The IDVA will provide support in the local community and at the Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The successful candidate will be co-located up to 5 days a week at the Women’s Wellness Zone.
The IDVA will be closely working alongside CGL colleagues/team to deliver support to women with a range of complex support needs including substance misuse, mental health, domestic abuse, sex working, trafficking, and offending behaviour. The IDVA will work in collaboration with their team members to holistically support women in the borough of Ealing to achieve sustained recovery, improved health and wellbeing, helping women to manage/mitigate risks, and empowering them to reach their fullest potential in society as well as ensuring the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process.
The Senior Multiple Needs IDVA will assess the needs and risks of survivors, carry out short and longer-term risk management, safety planning and support. As well as identify and refer to services appropriate to their needs. They will also proactively advocate and advice women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies, encouraging them to engage with other agencies, and help co-ordinate the provision of multi-agency support where necessary.
About You:
To be successful as the Senior Multiple Needs IDVA you will need to have:
Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children, of best practice in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and of the MARAC. As well as understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.
Bringing your experience of risk and needs assessment, safety and support planning, and crisis planning and successfully managing high numbers of referrals and experience of working in a co-located setting with another agency and providing consultations/briefings to professionals to support in upskilling them around Domestic Abuse. The candidate will have experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of an innovative service, designed to offer multi-disciplinary wrap-around support to women with multiple needs, with the aim of facilitating long-term recovery.

About you

You will have experience of working with people who have faced severe and multiple exclusion and who may have complex needs; with an understanding of the needs of people who have been homeless for long periods of time. The Individual Giving Fundraiser will play a vital role in increasing income from our existing supporters. You will support donor acquisition as well as taking the lead on retention of our supporters across multiple channels including cash appeals, regular giving, lottery and in celebration giving. The role will also support the Head of Income in the delivery of a legacy and major donor program.
You will develop and deliver excellent stewardship programmes that drive retention by deepening audience understanding of the challenges that people affected by cleft face and the impact that their donations make. Using data and insight, you’ll deliver compelling campaigns, with people affected by cleft right at the centre. About Pancreatic Cancer Action:
Pancreatic Cancer Action (PCA) was founded in 2010 by a rare survivor of the disease. We are a small, creative and passionate team committed to improving early diagnosis and saving lives. In August 2020, Pancreatic Cancer Action merged with Pancreatic Cancer Scotland making our team stronger than ever.
Pancreatic cancer has only a 7% survival rate and this figure has not improved significantly for over 50 years. Despite it being the 5th biggest cancer killer in the UK, pancreatic cancer receives only 3% of overall research funding.
With a strong focus on early diagnosis, it is Pancreatic Cancer Action’s aim to improve survival rates through raising awareness, medical education, improved patient information and by funding research specifically into the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Simply put, we want more people diagnosed in time for surgery, currently the only potential for a cure.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the annual programme of fundraising events such as the London Marathon and Great North Run.
- Grow and steward a pipeline of new and existing community and events audiences and fundraising opportunities with a particular focus on England. Ensuring to always maintain the highest quality supporter journey.
- Manage the delivery of the virtual challenge events. Add insight and support the annual Pancreatic Awareness Month Campaign and help to further develop Pyjama’s for Pan Can to new audiences.
- As a senior member of the Income Generation Team you will contribute to robust financial planning, management and reporting of income and expenditure in your own areas of expertise.
- Responsible for the delivery and recruitment into PCA’s Challenge Events programme making sure participants receive exceptional supporter care.
- Develop compelling and engaging third party fundraising materials to inspire supporters to reach their maximum fundraising targets.
- Contribute to the development of automated and integrated supporter journey and engagement plans with the support of the Head of Income Generation to ensure a consistent and efficient supporter experience.

· Partner with business area leads to develop learning and development plans for your designated directorate, and liaise with the Learning & Development Manager to identify gaps in levels of capability.
· Work with the Head of Learning & Development to introduce talent mapping initiatives and ensure that leaders and managers within designated directorates are equipped with the skills and confidence to manage effectively.

· Ensure legal compliance of all People processes and procedures, enabling best practice to be attained in providing guidance to managers and employees, and safeguarding the Foundation’s reputation in the execution of its duties.
· Ensure up to date knowledge of all employment policies and procedures and provide advice and input as required.
· Act as a point of contact for employees to discuss confidential matters or grievances.
· Partner with line managers to provide advice on employee issues, coach managers on how to manage people and resolve employee issues including via the grievance and disciplinary processes.

· Process monthly payroll promptly and accurately with supervision from the Senior People Business Partner.

Performance management
· Partner with directorate leads to drive appropriate and timely performance management and improve performance delivery.
· Manage individual review cycles for your designated directorate, sending reminders to managers when reviews are due and signposting staff and Line Managers to further support and guidance.
· Coach managers on the use of PDPs.
· Promote mandatory eLearning and ensure it is undertaken within prescribed timescales.
· Working with the People Advisor and business leads provide oversight of the 360 feedback surveys for end of year reviews for your directorate.
Employee Engagement and Organisational Development
· Take on/lead any other projects as requested by the Head of People & Culture or Chief People Officer
· Nurture a positive working environment by embedding the company culture and values in the implementation of all people related initiatives.
· Provide mentorship to junior colleagues in the People & Culture directorate and play a key role in their development.

Strategic Philanthropy
- Lead, develop and implement a Business Growth strategic plan that brings a mix of

business and key ICA stakeholders - Lead a Fundraising team to research prospective donors and supporters and build a

The MARAC Administrator will support the MARAC Coordinator in the administering the MARAC process. The post holder will be co-located in Brent and will be required to attend MARAC meetings in various locations as required. There will also be a requirement to attend Advance’s Headoffice
The MARAC Administrator will process MARAC referrals and flag to the MARAC Coordinator any referrals that have insufficient information or may not meet the MARAC threshold. The post holder will also compile the MARAC At Risk List for approval by the MARAC Coordinator, including case details of survivors and perpetrators who will be discussed at the MARAC.
About You:
To be successful as the MARAC Administrator you will need the below experience and skills:
An understanding of violence against women and girls with a particular focus on the dynamics of domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families and communities.
Experience of office management and administration roles and experience of maintaining data systems and producing regular monitoring reports
Accurate and methodical approach to dealing with data processing, filing systems, facts and figures
Excellent literary and administrative skills including ability in information technology, data collection and in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Good interpersonal and communication skills
