�� Volunteer Opportunity – Active Member Assessors

International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking objective and analytical volunteers to join our Active Member Assessors Team.

�� Role Overview The Active Member Assessors ensure the health and productivity of our global team. Your mission is to monitor engagement levels and evaluate the weekly contributions of volunteers. You identify our high-performers for recognition and flag inactive members (GOOT) for re-engagement, ensuring every member of the IHF family is moving forward together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement Auditing: Review weekly activity logs and attendance acrosvarious s departments.

  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the quality and consistency of member contributions against IHF’s "Culture of Leadership" standards.

  • Trend Analysis: Identify teams with declining participation and report potential burnout or lack of leadership support.

  • Recognition Flagging: Highlight outstanding "Elite" performers for monthly awards and certificates.

  • Status Reporting: Maintain an accurate database of "Active" vs. "Inactive" members to help HR and Center Leads manage their rosters.

�� Ideal Candidate:

  • High level of objectivity and fairness.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and behavior.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance tracking systems.

  • Discrete and professional when handling member performance data.

  • Interested in Industrial Psychology, HR Management, or Organizational Behavior.
