Job Purpose
To support and grow Brum Unitarians through operational management, project delivery, administration, compliance and revenue generation. You will agree quarterly priorities with trustees, with early focus on increasing revenue, improving operational systems and supporting greater use of our building. Once these foundations are laid there will be a growing emphasis on managing community projects and initiatives.
You will oversee the day-to-day operation of our building (large hall, small hall, office, foyer and outdoor space), ensuring an excellent experience for hirers, compliance with relevant requirements and effective use of the premises. The role is partly site-based, with flexibility for some remote working. Some local travel required.
You will work alongside our Children's Lead and Social Media & Communications Lead, liaise with the district buildings consultant, and report to the managing trustees.

Purpose of the job
To be responsible for supporting the key aims and deliverables of Mentoring Works. Job Description
- Manage relationships with schools, colleges and employers, with particular responsibility for ELBA’s partners

Brief role description:
The Head of Partner Management role is responsible for leading on and strengthening
relationships with parkrun's corporate partners (external) both in the UK and globally. This
role involves maintaining and developing partnerships through regular face-to-face
meetings and communications, identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and value, and
ensuring partners align with parkrun's strategy. The role exists within the Commercial &
Fundraising team supporting global staff to ensure best practice across parkrun Global
partner footprint. As a senior staff member you will work with various teams to execute
successful partner campaigns and deliver partner’s rights. You will also support and on
identifying new sponsors and opportunities with corporates to increase revenue to parkrun.
Main responsibilities:
● Working with local partnership managers, manage and grow relationships with
parkrun’s global commercial partners ensuring strong collaboration and mutual
benefit.
● Develop parkrun’s account management processes and documentation globally with
an aim to be world class, using KPI and objective planning, data to measure

The charity funds specialist nurses and youth support teams in hospitals across the UK and provides vital emotional, practical and psychological support for young people and their families during and after treatment.
Regional fundraising is a core income stream for Teenage Cancer Trust, generating income through a combination of community and corporate fundraising. Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (West Scotland) to grow and develop income across the West of Scotland. With an individual income target of c.£130k and a combined Scotland regional target of c.£260k across East and West Scotland, this role will play a key part in strengthening existing relationships while identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities across a region with significant growth potential.

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Grants & Impact Team, overseeing grant giving and grant management processes within Alder Hey Children’s Charity.
A senior member of the Grants Team, the post holder will manage Alder Hey Children’s Charity’s grant awarding process, providing approximately £5m of grant awards to the Alder Hey NHS Foundation Trust (the ‘Trust’) per year, with ambitions for significant growth.
The Grants Manager will help develop and implement multi-year strategies to support the identification of fundraising needs and grant requirements. In doing so, the post holder will work closely with both Trust colleagues and our charity fundraising and marketing teams.
The post holder will report to the Director of Grants & Impact (DoG&I) and line manage the Senior Grants Officer and Grants Officer.
Main Duties/Tasks:
Strategic Planning, Financial Management & Reporting
- Work collaboratively with the DoG&I to develop and implement strategic, multi-year plans and budgets.
- Monitor progress against strategic plans, budgets, Key Performance Indicators and produce reports for key meetings such as the Charitable Spending Committee.
- Work with the Trust to identify upcoming funding requirements. Support the development of funding priorities, proposals and projects in line with the strategic direction of the Trust and Charity.

The Living Wage Foundation is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Media and Communications Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive communications professional with a strong background in media relations, public messaging, and team leadership. The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications activity to support Calibre Audio’s growth, brand awareness and member engagement. The postholder will play a pivotal role in increasing audience reach, driving acquisition, enhancing supporter journeys and positioning Calibre Audio as the leading UK charity for audiobooks.
The role combines strategic planning, hands-on campaign delivery, performance analysis and stakeholder collaboration to support the achievement of ambitious income and membership targets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid media and partnerships) to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Deliver an “always-on” acquisition programme across key channels.
- Ensure all activity contributes to reducing cost per acquisition.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimisation of spend.
Audience Growth & Brand Development
- Grow Calibre Audio’s social media audience and increase engagement through targeted campaigns.
- Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness and position Calibre Audio as the UK’s leading audiobook charity.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging and identity across all platforms.
- Plan and manage a forward social media content calendar to ensure timely, effective delivery.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee the effective use of Google Ad Grants ($10,000/month), ensuring quality lead generation and measurable results.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
- Implement testing frameworks (A/B testing, optimisation cycles) to improve conversion rates and engagement.
Membership Growth & Supporter Journeys
- Support the growth of active memberships.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of supporter journeys across marketing and fundraising channels.
- Improve member satisfaction through targeted communications and continuous feedback loops.
Communications & Engagement
- Develop and implement an integrated communications plan for internal and external audiences.

About the Role
This is not your typical management role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, building trusted relationships and finding practical solutions to difficult challenges. Reporting to the Head of Faculties, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of three of our six Faculties, working with world leading surgeons and healthcare professionals who generously volunteer their time to advance surgical education and, ultimately, improve patient care across the world.
You will also lead and develop a small, high performing team comprising a Faculty Development Lead, A Faculty Coordinator and shared support from a Coordinator and an Administrator.
