As a member of our Leadership & Strategy group, the Programme Lead will be responsible for resource planning, providing direction and great support to our colleagues, ensuring that the work NDTi delivers is consistently of high quality, and that the activities and achievements of the team contribute towards the strategic direction and priorities of the wider organisation.
With well-developed commercial and sector expertise, you will be a skilled and sensitive communicator with excellent planning and strategic development skills. You will need to demonstrate that you can influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels and be able to respond effectively to changing political and legislative opportunities and challenges, and achieve the funding and income needed to build our Children and Young People programme. You will need to demonstrate that you have the sector knowledge and skills to offer leadership to the programme team in turning ideas into commissioned or funded projects.

The For Baby’s Sake Trust seeks to appoint a Deputy Director of Operations. The Deputy Director will work with the Director of Operations to lead programme development and delivery across the Trust. About the role
We have a new and worthwhile opportunity as a Project Manager to join the delivery team to increase the impact of our behaviour change work in schools across Wales. You will be working to create a culture that makes it easier for children to walk, wheel, scoot, or cycle.
You will provide project management for 'Active Journeys’, involving effective line management and coordination of a project team of School Officers that deliver behavioural change activities.

You will manage reporting timelines, supporting your colleagues to ensure effective delivery of programme reporting, according to the needs of SOS Children’s Villages UK and external donors. You will provide hands on support for the monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting of programmes, taking a lead role in the development of frameworks that will ensure effective capture of data enabling excellent reporting.

About the Role
As a critical member of the strategic leadership team (SLT) for Emmaus UK, the Director of Partnerships and Federation Development will take lead responsibility for ensuring the provision of high-quality support, advice, capacity building and grant-making for federation members in the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to cover parental leave.
The successful candidate will have accountability for several key areas of operational delivery of BITC’s programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. Reporting to the CEO and sitting within the senior management team, you will lead a team that brings older people and volunteers into our organisation. Making full use of technology and building strong relationships with our volunteers, you’ll deliver volunteer-led services that help make life less lonely for thousands of older people each year.

Leadership

- Experience of developing, supporting and managing volunteer led, sustainable services.
- Passionate about, and experienced in, working across all aspects of volunteer management.
- Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people with proven competence of managing safeguarding systems and processes, confidentiality, and the implications of GDPR when working with volunteers and older people.
