About the Role
As Marketing Executive – Loyalty, you will support the delivery of brilliant, supporter-centric marketing to raise income, deepen engagement and build life-time value of our warm supporters. Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary agile squads, you will help develop and deliver high-performing campaigns across a range of channels including email, direct mail, SMS and telemarketing. In this role, you will:

Role Purpose:
The Circle is an alternative to A&E for young people and children who are finding it hard to cope with their mental health, when medical intervention might not be necessary. We provide one-off in the moment support, and we are open every day of the year with no waiting list.
Mental health advisors are part of the core team, supporting children and young people aged 5-18 and their families every day. You are expected to work within HFEH Mind’s policies and procedures, and adhere to our code of conduct/values.
This role will suit those that have worked with vulnerable children in the past, including, but not limited to, support workers, CAMHS workers and mental health workers. We work within a diverse borough, and look to reflect this in our team.
Job Summary:
The mental health advisor role is a key part of the delivery of the Circle, working on the frontline to support young people and their families who are finding it hard to cope. They will conduct hour long, one-off sessions with children and young people aged 5-18, providing: safety planning, coping mechanisms, psychoeducation, and signposting, and supporting in de-escalation. This will be delivered with a non-judgemental and empathetic approach.
As a mental health advisor, you will need to be ready to respond in the moment to presenting (often unknown) concerns. You will have to dynamically risk assess situations, and be confident in raising concerns when necessary.

The Legal Administrator is a key component of the Asylum Aid team, overseeing all of our administrative systems and processes, and providing vital administrative support to our legal casework staff.
The Training Programme Coordinator supports the delivery of Asylum Aid’s two strategic partnerships that aim to help address the continuing fall in availability of immigration advice across England and Wales. The Compass Project and the Migrant Justice Greater London (MJGL) Partnership are designed to increase learning, collaboration and peer support opportunities between advice agencies and ultimately improve the provision of immigration advice to people seeking asylum, refugees, and other vulnerable people in the immigration system. This role provides key administrative support and coordination to ensure the effective delivery of both the Compass and MJGL training projects, working closely with Asylum Aid’s Immigration Supervisors and Director of Legal Casework, as well as external consultants, including the Learning Partner, managers and advisers at partner organisations.
Compass is Asylum Aid’s Advisor Development Programme of training, supervision and peer support for immigration advisers working in advice deserts across England and Wales. It is funded by the Justice Together Initiative. More information about the project can be found on our website here.
The Migrant Justice Greater London (MJGL) project is a partnership between Asylum Aid, Refugee Action and Praxis, designed to deliver legal training and supervision to frontline organisations across London. It is funded by the Greater London Authority.
Key responsibilities
Legal Administrator (approximately 4 days a week)
· To manage incoming and outgoing legal post in line with Asylum Aid’s procedures
· To post, email or arrange the dispatch of legal correspondence to clients, the Home Office, court or tribunal, counsel etc
· To receive and make telephone calls relating to casework activity, as well as covering the receptionist function in answering general incoming calls
· To manage the legal enquiries email inbox, triaging emails as appropriate

At the heart of Camden’s mission to end rough sleeping, the Gray's Inn Road project offers short-stay accommodation for 16 individuals experiencing some of the most challenging periods in their lives. Funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and the Greater London Authority, and delivered in partnership with One Housing Group and Camden Council, this service plays a pivotal role in ensuring rough sleeping in Camden is not only rare but brief and not repeated. Residents typically stay between three to six months, during which time the focus is on creating pathways into safe, sustainable housing and renewed independence.

You’ll work closely with clients facing overlapping challenges including homelessness, poor physical and mental health, substance use, trauma and histories with the criminal justice system. The Programme Fundraising Officer will craft compelling proposals, develop new income opportunities, and align funder interests with Cumberland Lodge’s goals to enable impactful work with young people and the creation of more just and inclusive societies.

Main Duties:
Funding Development
Research and identify funding opportunities aligned with Cumberland Lodge programmes.
· Write compelling, youth and/or education focused funding applications and proposals.
· Track and manage applications, deadlines, budgets and outcomes.
Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with funders.
· Provide timely updates, reports, and impact stories.

Strategy & Performance

You will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
Essential Criteria:
· A track record of securing five-figure grants or more from trusts, foundations and other donors;
· Knowledge of the fundraising landscape in the UK;
· Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, for a range of audiences, including creative storytelling and project framing;
· Ability to analyse and synthesise research and data into compelling reports and funding applications;
· Ability to develop full cost recovery budgets and carry out all compliant financial reporting;
· Ability to carry out all grant management reporting accurately and in a timely manner, with knowledge of GDPR-compliant data management;

Hours: 14 hours per week (through an annualised hours working pattern).
Location: Remote working although the successful candidate will be expected to work from Cumberland Lodge a minimum of one day per month. Applicants should be aware that Cumberland Lodge is not easily accessible by public transport, so alternative forms of transport (bicycle, car) are helpful.
Annual leave: 33 days including Bank Holidays which will be pro-rata. The charity is closed over the Christmas period which will be deducted from the leave allocation.

We are seeking an individual to undertake the dual role of promoting the profile of the RAF Benevolent Funds welfare offer, whilst also carrying out welfare casework. This is a community-based position working from home but covering the South East of England, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Essex.
Post holders will be expected to undertake holistic assessment of need both remotely (over the telephone and online) and when required in person across their region. You will be expected to work with individuals who may have complex and sometimes challenging welfare needs, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within both the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector, ensuring that support is made available to meet their need through the case working process.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a social welfare role supporting individuals and will have strong people and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy with or understanding of issues affecting the Armed Forces community.
This is home based and the candidate must have their own vehicle for use of traveling around the region covered. Occasional travel to London will be required. The successful candidate for this role will need to be Enhanced DBS checked and prove they have the right to work in the UK.

Purpose of the job
Primarily, you’ll own responsibility for our small to medium grant pipeline, so we're looking for someone with a track record of successfully securing five figure funding from Trusts, Foundations, or Corporates. As well as writing high quality, comprehensive and persuasive funding applications, you’ll need to manage reporting and relationship management with the funders you successfully engage with and oversee wider fundraising areas, including playing a key role in our social media and communications, supporting sponsored event and London marathon runners, and playing a key part in planning our annual fundraising events. We see significant potential for growth within the role with the capacity for the right candidate to progress to Senior Fundraising Officer level within the first 12-18 months.

Role responsibilities to include:
- To prepare and submit compelling funding applications to our existing well established pipeline of small-medium Trusts, Foundations and Corporates.
- To hold responsibility for relationship management with our portfolio of small-medium sized funders (value of c£250,000-£300,000 annually).
- To support the Fundraising Manager and CEO with the preparation of larger and more complex funding bids, showing capacity to progress to leading a proportion of these in time.
- To support the Fundraising Manager with research into future funding opportunities.
- To create detailed, timely and impactful reports for funders, including evidence and evaluation of the projects supported by their donations.
- To lead on our sponsored runs, including 12 London marathon places, ensuring runners are supported with event sign-up, fundraising pages and targets, and social media content. (circa 20 runners total per year).
- To support the Fundraising Manager in the delivery of our May Fundraising gala event evening, June match funded online campaign, Christmas campaign, Corporate volunteering days, and such other future events as may be required.
- To play a key role in fundraising related social media content creation and posting, supporters’ newsletters, supporters’ survey and wider social media and communications functions.
Person specification to include:
- Some previous experience in a fundraising role.
- Demonstrable skills in building powerful relationships with Trusts, Foundations, Corporates and individual donors.
- Good experience in creating impactful monitoring reports for funders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write persuasively and engagingly.
- A real passion for working with marginalized or vulnerable young people – we’re looking for someone who knows they want to work in the charity sector, and who is driven to invest heart and soul into it.
