Job description

Civitas Charity Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic charity that promotes responsible investment. The charity campaigns and works with organisations and companies to tackle key issues such as climate change, global health, and workforce issues. A great opportunity exists for an Executive Assistant to join the team. As Executive Assistant, you will provide both personal assistance to the CEO and Deputy CEO in addition to executive support to the charity’s leadership team. You will support them with strategic time and diary management, light-touch inbox management, administration, and efficient communication flows. The role will sit with the Planning and Integration team and aims to align Strategic Planning and Leadership teams, managing communications and staff events. This is a full-time, permanent role, hybrid working (at least 1 day a week in the London office).

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have strong previous experience of providing executive support to senior leaders, with excellent technical capabilities and planning and communication skills. You will have high standards of personal integrity and have a personable and collegiate approach to work. Your organisation skills will be of a high standard, and you will be great at working with and influencing a wide range of people. You will be comfortable managing operational activities such as event planning as well as strategic communications and agendas. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented candidate to join a supportive team and an organisation leading and campaigning to make a positive impact on key matters affecting the planet and its people.
