Hope and Vision Communities is a small charity providing supported, move-on accommodation for people who have successfully completed residential rehabilitation.  We have a Christian ethos, where everyone can be loved and accepted with a sense of belonging, with the hope and opportunity of a new life.  We are growing to expand who we can help to other geographical areas. 

We are looking for support mainly in fundraising and communication to work closely with our management team to assist, develop and manage the Charity fundraising so that it can fulfil its growth ambition. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

· To support the comms/fundraising administration as part of the org strategy (70%)

· To support the senior staff team with administration across its operations (30%)

MAIN OUTCOMES OF THE JOB:

Effective and efficient communications with stakeholders and the public (40%)

· Scheduling audience-specific, engaging and shareable content in different formats

· Regularly posting across our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and monitoring engagement to increase our following

· Copywriting for website, event marketing, social media

· Update and manage charity website as needed

· Working with the Communications Manager to create a quarterly newsletter to be shared with the public and our supporters

Improve fundraising efficiencies across the charity (30%)

· Support with any event administration, such as booking events, scheduling meetings, and preparing communications materials

· Updating Mailchimp & JustGiving database post events

Improving organisation efficiency (20%)

· Acting as the main interface with IT support

· Oversee organisation calendars, including recordkeeping for absence, sickness and leave

· Schedule mandatory training for the team, such as First Aid

· Handling mail correspondence, management of the admin@ and info@ mailboxes, forwarding queries, incoming referrals

Support of CEO (10%)

· Coordinate Team meetings in the calendar

· Any other support the management might need

Working conditions (e.g., hours of work, any travelling required etc):

· Part-time (16 hours) per week, permanent post – Further potential to increase hours in future.

· 25 days annual leave per year pro-rata, plus bank holidays.

We are seeking a highly efficient, collaborative professional with a keen eye for detail to work closely with the CEO in a supporting role. The Fellowship and Administration Officer is the main point of contact for Society Fellows, applicants and general enquiries. They administer and update records in the Society’s CRM database and undertake financial and general office administration. • Acts as the main point of contact for Society Fellows, prospective Fellows and general enquiries by telephone, email, letters and in person

The Operations Support Officer is a central support role responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of Music24. The Finance Director is responsible for all aspects of the group's finances (National Federation of Music Societies, trading as Making Music and its trading subsidiary), to ensure accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions, adherence to internal controls and procedures, and timely and effective analysis and reporting to the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team and other budget holders, the Finance & Compliance Committee and the Board of Trustees.

Scope of role

The data entry officer role plays a vital part in the Noah’s Ark Charity’s supporter experience.The charity’s database, Donorflex, is used to manage relationships and contacts with many thousands of supporters. The system is critical to ensure that we hold and look after all the data that supporters have given us compliantly; that we maximise use of this data to inform decision making and that our colleagues have the training and support necessary to use the system in the most efficient and effective way.

We are seeking a data officer with broad experience of using computerised management information systems. The candidate will have strong Microsoft excel skills, good knowledge of databases, excellent numeracy and data analysis skills.

You will have some experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within a fundraising or supporter‑focused environment, and a good understanding of how a busy team operates. You will be the first point of contact for supporter queries and will lead on the processing and reconciliation of income. You will also support our major donor fundraising and provide essential administrative support to the wider fundraising team.

We are seeking an Associate, O-CEO & Strategic Initiatives to join the Foundation. This role exists to maximise the effectiveness of the CEO and senior leadership by combining high‑quality executive support with analytical insight and delivery discipline across priority initiatives.

Acting as a Business Analyst for the team, the role will have a constant finger on the pulse of our internal and external operating environment, helping to ensure these insights translate to meaningful action. Reporting to the Foundation’s Chief of Staff & Strategic Initiatives, you will work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to facilitate the effective delivery of our leadership function, ensuring that time and resources are managed efficiently to help meet the CEO’s priorities.

About the Role

Please find below an outline of responsibilities for the Associate position in the Office of the CEO & Strategic Initiatives at the Thomson Reuters Foundation.

CEO Support, Leadership Enablement and Governance:

• Acts as the Executive Assistant to the CEO: Effectively owns the CEO’s calendar and inbox, flagging issues and providing solutions, and understanding how engagements help (or don’t) meet organisational objectives. You will anticipate needs, define and brief on the CEO’s role and input ahead of meetings, conduct periodic calendar audits, assess productivity, and identify areas for improvement.

• Corporate governance and leadership support: Manage the Foundation's board meeting agendas and coordinate board papers; manage relationships with Foundation Trustees and Directors.

• Organise and manage Leadership Meetings: Planning these effectively, setting agendas and tracking actions, working closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure key priorities are followed through and owners are accountable.

• Wider diary management, logistical and administrative support: Alongside your core duties optimising the time of the CEO, provide light-touch diary management for the Office of the CEO & Strategic Initiatives, CFO and Director of Business Development, managing expenses, and handling additional logistical matters as required. Supports the CEO Office with travel planning & diary management.

Strategic Insight, Executive Positioning and Project Management:

• Act as a Business Analyst for the unit: offering regular competitor and stakeholder insights, alongside horizon scanning for key opportunities (events, profile engagements, lead generation). Provides project management of key internal and external initiatives, coordinating cross functional stakeholders and ensuring accountability.

• Enhanced Business Development alignment: Work with the Chief of Staff & Strategic Initiatives to strengthen alignment between CEO priorities, business development activity, and the Foundation’s external positioning.

• Executive communications support: Collect and develop Foundation materials (presentations, spreadsheets, data visualisations), assist in research and intelligence gathering, horizon scan for speaking opportunities, and support internal and external communications. Supports internal communications, working with the team to ensure messages reflect CEO priorities and meet staff needs.

• Event logistics and execution: Project manage quarterly Town Halls logistics, coordinate Foundation Awards, organise End of Year Events, and manage other organisational events logistics as needed. Support the effective delivery of external events and speaking engagements that have CEO-level engagement.
