Job description

About the role 

The Membership Support Officer (MSO) is a role critical to the successful delivery of our Membership offer and the our new Rise Up Leadership Development Programme. The post holder will support the Membership team, ensuring colleagues busy working with London’s youth professionals can rely that our back-office processes are functioning effectively. The MSO will ensure support Rise Up by ensuring cohorts of youth practitioners can easily access and attend training sessions, provide support over the phone and via MS Teams, and ensure monitoring and evaluation data is collected effectively. 

We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate: 

  • Experience of administration and process management with the ability to communicate with colleagues and youth professionals 

  • High levels of organisation, who has high attention to detail, able to manage their own time

  • Enjoyment of working in a varied role supporting a busy team.
