Job description

Hampton Trust is a leading domestic abuse charity with a focus on tackling the root cause of domestic abuse and criminal behaviour.  We pride ourselves on being innovators in our field, highlighting gaps in service and testing new approaches.

In recent years we have expanded our reach from being a locally based Hampshire charity to now delivering across nine UK police forces. Earlier this year, our work featured in a BBC documentary called Home Truths, exploring Ian Wright’s experience of domestic abuse as child.

This is an exciting time for the organisation with potential to expand our interventions in other areas of the country.

Job Title:                                        Training Administrator

Hours:                                            37.5 hours per week

Salary:                                            £18,000 per annum

Base:                                              Ashurst / remote working 

Contract:                                        Full time / Permanent 

The Training Administrator will complete all administrative tasks associated with delivery of Hampton Trust training locally and nationally. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a wider team, working with professionals as they embark on Hampton Trust (HT) training via various platforms. You will play a key role in coordinating bookings, delivery, and evaluation of courses.

In this role, you must have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, strong IT skills, including efficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software.

You should also be good with people and happy working as part of a team. Able to meet deadlines under pressure and be motivated and resilient with natural initiative. Above all, you’ll bring a range of skills and take pride in a job well done.
