Job description

Roots for Change UK is looking for a committed charity shop manager to support the running of our community shop. The role is 3–5 days per week, 4 hours per day, covering either opening or closing the shop.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and supporting volunteers in the store.

  • Operating the till and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Administering food distribution and handling donations.

  • Maintaining a welcoming, organised and community-focused environment.
