About the Role
Young Roots is looking for an experienced and creative Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager to play a key role in securing income that transforms the lives of young refugees and asylum seekers.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Development, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of Trust and Foundation partners, develop compelling funding proposals, and proactively identify new opportunities aligned with our strategy. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll place young people’s voices and experiences at the heart of every bid, helping to fund services that support belonging, wellbeing and futures.
This is an ideal role for a confident Trusts fundraiser who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and taking ownership — while working collaboratively in a values-driven organisation.

Purpose of the job
Thames21 is seeking an energetic, experienced and committed person to lead our team of Catchment Partnership hosts. This role will involve overseeing the development of our portfolio of 10 hosted and co-hosted Catchment Partnerships across a diverse landscape of urban and rural river catchments spanning London and the wider Thames Basin.
Each partnership is unique, and we pride ourselves in developing each according to the local partners’ vision and as is appropriate for the character of the area and river. Our primary aim is to deliver the Catchment Based Approach and tangible on-the-ground improvements that achieve clean, healthy rivers which deliver social benefits for our communities.
The successful candidate will have operational experience at catchment level as well as management experience. The candidate will take a strategic overview of all catchment partnerships and guide our team of Catchment Partnership hosts and officers, enabling the enhanced delivery of the four priority themes: –
Stakeholder and community engagement as part of active, delivery focused partnerships.
Project identification and development to support delivery of catchment plans, sub-catchment plans and Thames21’s 5-year plan.
Successful fundraising for delivery of river catchment improvement projects.
Knowledge sharing, to bring people together in a way of working that is inclusive, collaborative, cross boundary and catchment wide.
Finally, the role will take a lead in ensuring the Thames21 Catchment Officer/host role is resiliently funded by working closely with partner organisations to increase investment in catchment partnerships to deliver healthy rivers and catchments.
Key responsibilities
· Work with Thames21’s Catchment Partnership Officers/hosts to develop their Catchment Partnership networks and ensure each is delivering against clear catchment and sub catchment action plans.

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. Purpose of the Job
The Health & Safety Officer will support and report to the Health & Safety Lead to ensure that The Felix Project maintains compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food safety legislation. This role is integral in maintaining a safe working environment across all Felix sites by assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of robust health and safety systems. Team management

· Demonstrable experience in a team support role or an administrative assistant role
· Excellent organisation and administration skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good numeracy skills
· Excellent knowledge/application of office IT systems (Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Familiarity with website maintenance and basic website management
· Managing, maintaining and manipulating databases
· Preferred education is to undergraduate level with an interest in higher education provision

The Survivor Engagement and Activism Coordinator leads the Helen Bamber Foundation’s work to ensure that survivors of trafficking, torture, and human rights abuses are meaningfully involved in shaping services, influencing policy, and driving social change. Working within the Community and Integration team, the post holder safeguards and supports clients as they participate in advocacy, leadership, and organisational development projects.
They oversee key survivor engagement programmes, including the Ambassadors for Change advocacy and leadership programme, the Client Voices Forum, the Board Advisers, and the Alumni Network. This involves coordinating training, facilitating meetings, supporting campaigns, managing administrative processes, and ensuring survivors are prepared, empowered, and safe throughout their involvement.
The role also involves developing innovative ways for survivors to collaborate with staff, contributing to service design, organisational strategy, and sector-wide initiatives. The post holder builds relationships across the asylum and modern slavery sectors, manages lived experience opportunities, and may support client progression and education casework when needed.
Throughout all responsibilities, the Coordinator champions survivor leadership, promotes diversity and inclusion, maintains the ethos of the charity, and practices strong self-care while working with traumatic material.

The Role
We are recruiting to the new role of Resident Liaison Officer, to respond to enquiries from potential Residents, their families and social work teams.
We are looking for an individual with excellent relationship building skills who can understand the emotions and challenges our prospective Residents may face when choosing to move to a care home. Your role will involve liaising with all enquirers, providing them with information about our homes and supporting them throughout the admission process. You will need to have strong administration skills and experience of using a database and the Microsoft office suite and be able to pull reports on all areas of the enquiries and admission process.
A sales and marketing background would be an advantage for this role and understanding and respect for the Jewish faith and customs is essential.
