Job description

The Philanthropy Company is a high-profile fundraising and philanthropy advisory agency.  We work with non-profit organisations to grow their philanthropic income and we advise philanthropists on their giving. Our clients cover all sectors including arts and heritage, Universities and schools, hospitals, national and international charities, we also work with companies and private Trusts.  

The new role of Client Advisor will work closely with and support the CEO, Caroline Underwood and the Team, managing projects across a variety of initiatives for philanthropists, companies and charities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting new business opportunities, carrying out research, project management and liaising with key contacts.
  • Building our marketing and social media activities, creating awareness of our amazing impact
  • Being part of a team delivering high quality consultancy assignments.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent client facing or agency skills in the commercial sector as well as for those working in fundraising in a corporate or major gift environment.

If you have a ‘can do’ approach, outstanding communications skills and enthusiasm for growing philanthropy we are keen to hear from you.

In return we offer work flexibility and the opportunity to develop your career with a high-profile consultancy at the axis between the commercial and charity sectors.

Salary £28,000-£35,000 pro rata, depending on experience

Full or part time (minimum 3 days per week), flexible hours

Location: Partly from home, partly London or Oxfordshire
