Job title - Events Fundraiser
Office Location – Wendover, Bucks.
Salary - Up to £30,000 (FTE)
Benefits – 25 days annual leave (FTE) + 8 statutory days. Workplace pension 5% employer contributions. Must be able to attend events and meetings across the UK, some of which will be outside of normal office hours. (Clean driving licence and own vehicle essential, mileage will be reimbursed).

About the Role
The Events Fundraiser will support the charity’s aim to provide all life-limited children, their families, and carers, within their hospice, emotional support through the power and pleasure of nature. The post holder will be responsible for generating income through the management of a range of fundraising events, as well as supporting individuals organising their own fundraising activities within their community and/or corporate environment.
You will ensure efficient event management and administration as well as provide excellent supporter care.
The Event Fundraiser will:
- Project manage a range of events, including planning, marketing, and supporter stewardship, through to event delivery and evaluation.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver and schedule events, on time, within budget, meeting fundraising goals.
- Deliver exceptional supporter care to those who support the work of the charity.
- Plan and deliver events, including logistics, briefing of stakeholders and volunteers, compiling risk assessments and any other tasks relevant to ensuring an excellent supporter experience.
- Ensure the supporter database is accurate and up to date, as well as follow all relevant financial processes to ensure event income and expenditure are accurately recorded.
- Report fortnightly to the Director of Fundraising & Communications on agreed fundraising targets and activity.
- Be responsible for ensuring relevant community and events pages, news, and forms on the Greenfingers website are accurate and up to date.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
- Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required.
- Work in line with the Fundraising Regulator and Charity Commission guidelines, and other relevant codes of conduct.

Conservation Officer

The Role
Working within the Church Buildings Team, the Church Buildings Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing, processing, and assisting with DAC casework (including formal DAC site visits), providing pre-application advice, project management support, and managing the consultation processes with amenity societies
- Making recommendations to the DAC committee as necessary and utilising delegated authority to progress cases outside of the committee structure
- Supporting the Head of Church Buildings in proactive projects to ensure the long-term sustainability of churches within the Diocese

About You

You will be from an architectural, surveying, or conservation officer background with strong knowledge of conservation techniques and philosophy. The Role
The organisation is fully committed to the protection of children, young people and vulnerable adults involved in the life of the Church in the second-largest diocese in England. The Role
As a Project Lead for the ASB team you will be:
- Managing a small team of ASB caseworkers including performance management, monitoring and support

EduSpots is an innovative, dynamic, and community-driven UK and Ghanaian registered charity which connects, trains, and equips voluntary community educators to drive community-led change through education spaces named ‘Spots’. Our vision is of our world where communities unite to create the futures they want to see, through education.
Since 2016, through collaborating extensively with over 250 local volunteers, who take a central leadership role in the development of the network, we have supported 50 communities in creating and running community-led and owned education spaces named ‘Spots’, with a strategy to support them in moving towards our ‘Dream Spot Model’. About this role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic fundraising professional, with a proven track record of income generation and a strong ability to develop impactful relationships with the skills to bring aligned individuals and organisations into our long-term EduSpots community. You will also play a supportive role in events and campaigns, and work closely with our Head of Communications to ensure our marketing and communications strategy is integrated with our fundraising aims. Currently, we already have a trusts and foundations manager, but would welcome applicants with experience of trust fundraising.
