Creative Support is a visionary provider of adult health and social care services, with skilful, bright and enthusiastic staff. We require an organised, confident and skilful assessor to develop and deliver Diploma health and social care vocational qualifications.
Within this exciting role, you will assess a caseload of 30 vocational Diploma learners in a variety of settings at levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 in adult health and social care qualifications and associated subject matters. You will help support staff on vocational qualification programmes in accordance with professional standards, Skills for Care occupational standards and the CQC inspection framework for Health and Social Care.
As part of a fast-paced team and as an independent, self-directed practitioner, you will inspire and develop a workforce focused initiative to enhance the skills and knowledge of the social care workforce.

Working closely with the Awareness Programme Manager, Senior Volunteer Development Manager, and colleagues in our Community Services Engagement team, the senior Awareness Programme Officer will be responsible for the delivery of our awareness talk programme across the UK. This includes the recruitment, coordination, support and training of volunteers in line with Bowel Cancer UK's volunteering strategy and the awareness programme plans.
You will be a team player with excellent communication and people skills and you must be proactive, resilient and capable of organising and managing a busy workload.

Abandon Normal Devices are seeking an experienced finance professional or small accountancy provider to manage our core finance functions on a freelance/contract basis. This is an ongoing, part-time contract supporting the financial operations of a small, ambitious arts organisation working at the intersection of art, technology and digital culture.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of charity finance, skilled in Xero, bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, audit preparation, HMRC filings and support with funding reports. You may be an individual already set up for freelance work, or a firm used to providing finance support to charities or arts organisations. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive and liaise with trustees and external auditors as needed.

1MM Mentor Recruitment Lead main tasks include:
● Build, lead, own and execute 1MM’s mentor recruitment strategy
● Source enough mentors to ensure 1MM has an oversupply (c.15% higher than demand) of fully trained, location relevant mentors available
● Build a sustainable growth engine that ensures the pipeline of mentors remains sufficient on an ongoing basis
● Work with key stakeholders across the business to improve conversion rates by refining our onboarding process
● Meeting all quality assurance KPIs
