At Dementia UK, we are investing in our people, systems and financial governance to better meet the changing needs of those we serve. As Finance Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the integrity of our financial processes and systems, leading on fund and tax management, including relevant reporting and compliance.

You’ll oversee the administration and analysis of restricted and designated funds, ensuring accurate accounting and adherence to donor agreements and pump prime arrangements. This is a crucial role in managing our income recognition processes, refining internal financial controls and driving continuous improvement of our accounting systems, helping to shape scalable systems that support long-term growth.

Working closely with the Head of Financial Accounts, you’ll liaise with teams across the charity to ensure robust VAT and tax compliance, support the preparation of year-end financial reporting and contribute to producing papers for the Finance Risk and Audit committee.

To succeed, you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) with strong experience in a charity finance environment. A strong working knowledge of charity accounting and SORP reporting requirements is essential, along with experience in donor/restricted funds management and knowledge of VAT and tax. You should have experience of supervising or managing a small team. You should also be able to demonstrate an ability to manage time effectively, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience of different accounting software preferably with Sun Systems and Proactis.

About the role

Development Group generates philanthropic and sponsorship income to help us create a Natural History Museum for the future – investing in capital development, attaining vital acquisitions for the collection, transforming our galleries, developing innovative exhibitions and undertaking ground-breaking scientific research on issues that affect us all.

The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Legacy Manager. The role will be key in securing the future of the Museum for years to come, building on and delivering a comprehensive legacy strategy, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and building meaningful relationships with legacy supporters.

Working alongside an approachable and highly successful Philanthropy team, reporting into the Senior Philanthropy Manager (HNWI), the role will be leading and delivering our legacy programme, building on and driving forward our legacy strategy. You will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to deliver the legacy strategy, as well as promote legacy giving to a wide audience and cultivating new legators. The role will also steward existing legators, developing relationships and planning events to steward and cultivate. The appointed person will have extensive experience in legacy fundraising and marketing, and successfully soliciting legacy pledges and a proven ability to develop strategy, manage budgets and deliver results. They will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an ability to convey detailed information in a concise and engaging manner and be able to establish productive relationships with a variety of funders, prospects and colleagues. This person must be able to work proactively and constructively with colleagues to develop high-quality project proposals and act as an ambassador for the Natural History Museum amongst a range of high-profile external contacts. Finally, they will possess exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills and have an ability to prioritise and meet regular deadlines whilst working under pressure.

With an ambitious plan to grow our income from Individual Giving, it's an exciting time to be joining Age International.

In this fixed-term role, you will support the Direct Marketing Manager - Loyalty to manage the donor loyalty programme. You will develop and manage existing and new supporter communication programmes growing loyalty in our supporter base. The aim is to maximise the value of our long-term relationships with individual supporters.

This role is a varied one, with superb development opportunities. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for the print-based communications we send to our supporters but also email production with the view of developing the loyalty digital journey. Furthermore, you'll contribute to the development of our legacy and in memory activities, and high value offer. You'll also have the opportunity to support the supporter acquisition team on projects to gain new donors. Consequently, the role gives you the opportunity to grow your experience in supporter acquisition, as well as loyalty. And you will play a key part in delivering emergency appeals - when the work that you do will have a direct impact in saving older people's lives during a crisis.

As we continue to develop our Individual Giving strategy, you will have the chance to be involved in new initiatives and communications.

 Maa Shanti is a specialist charity supporting South Asian single mothers and their children who have experienced domestic abuse. We offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed support to help women rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Our services include one-to-one casework, advocacy, group activities, mental health support, and community outreach. We work in partnership with local organisations to ensure women are heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-to-one emotional and practical support to women impacted by domestic abuse and exploitation
• Deliver in-person outreach and advocacy across North (with a focus on South Camden) and East London
• Build referral pathways and collaborate with grassroots organisations to strengthen community connections

About The Felix Project 

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. We aim to reduce the negative impact food waste has on the environment by working with the food industry to rescue high quality surplus produce, that would otherwise have gone to waste. This food is sorted at one of our four depots or turned into meals in Felix’s Kitchen. It is then distributed to over 1,200 community organisations, such as food banks, homeless shelters and primary schools, all of whom are working within communities across London to feed people experiencing hunger.

Purpose of the Job  

We are looking for the Production Supervisor to play a key role in our brand-new Production team under project ‘Unit 17’.  

You will be the on the ground senior leading the teams in the daily tasks to be completed, working as the connection between the management team and the team members and volunteers. Working hands on within all the production lines, leading by example and supporting the team across the operation. 

This is an operational role, mainly based on the production floor but with a range of reporting and administrative tasks involved. You will report into the Production Manager and work closely with them on the day to day running of the unit as well as supporting covering their duties when they are away.

You will be supervising and supporting the teams to deliver on each day’s production targets as well as ensuring that all rules and HACCAP plans are followed correctly, providing real time feedback to the management team on any issues and resolutions taken.

More about Unit 17 

In early/mid 2025, we opened our second production facility as part of the Coronation Food Project. The Coronation Food Project was set up to celebrate His Majesty King Charles 75th birthday and seeks to bridge the gap between food waste and food need across the UK. 

We will be taking in surplus food from our supplier network and creating a range of products which have added value and extended shelf life.  A particular focus will be seasonal produce gluts, using ingredients which we may otherwise not be able to redistribute.  

Using four key processes (re-packaging, jarring / preserving, dehydrating and freezing), we will create a range of products which will be used in these three main ways:  

• Distributed to our partner community organisations as ‘ready to eat’ or ‘easy to use’ products for their service users - always delicious, achieving relevant safety standards and meeting the needs of the eventual end user. 

• Used in the East London Central Production Unit (CPU) to support creating Felix Ready Meals.  

• Used in Unit 17 in the creation of other products (for example frozen produce later used to make jarred sauces or preserves) 

A typical day at Unit 17 will likely include planning new product/s based on the ingredients available that day, agreeing relevant food safety requirements and working in line with this, working with the production team and volunteers to prepare, produce and package delicious products, planning for future products and project work.  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Day to day supervision of the operations team, with a hands-on supportive approach 

• Liaising closely with the management team on the targets and goals for each production cycle

• Support in the delivery of all required H&S, Food Safety and HACCAP requirements and reporting on these areas

• Working with all internal stake holders across the departments at the Felix Project 

• Feeding into the reporting and delivery of the units stated KPI’s and production goals

• Ensuring that the equipment is always being used productively and correctly

• Taking a leading role in the training of the staff and volunteer teams

• Responsible for the operational record keeping and due diligence paperwork being used correctly

• Reporting any operational issues or challenges faced in a timely and open manner 

• Ensuring all team members are completing their duties across the operation, including the production space, office spaces, urban farm and any other relevant areas.

This is a brand new and unique operation and requires someone with experience and an openness to creating and delivering on a new project. Whilst previous experience and knowledge within food production is essential, we are looking for someone who wants to grow into the role and be able to develop themselves and their knowledge whilst we develop this new operation.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator (Prevention and Intervention) to work alongside the wider Advice & Wellbeing team, and be responsible for engaging inactive students in the Active Bystander programme; helping us to achieve our goal of supporting and developing a vibrant and inclusive community of students. Partnerships Executive (Interim)

The Partnerships Executive plays a key role in developing CST’s commercial relationships. Their primary responsibility is to secure conference exhibition sales to meet budget targets and manage all aspects of the exhibitor experience from prospecting to on-the-day support, to post-event communications. They also manage listings in the Directory of Services and work closely with the Partnerships Manager to support the prospecting process.

Reporting to: Partnerships Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure that exhibition sales targets are met for each CST conference.

2. Maintain the CRM for commercial organisations, including creating and managing prospect groups and executing effective exhibition sales campaigns.

3. Create and maintain relevant webforms.

4. Provide excellent end-to-end support for exhibitors, including in person at larger conferences to ensure that all exhibitors’ needs are met on the day.

5. Gather feedback from exhibitors on the quality of their experience and report on what worked well and areas for improvement following each event.

6. Maintain and update marketing collateral to support CST’s commercial activities such as brochures, floorplans, briefings and manuals.

7. Cross-promote the Directory of Services to exhibitors along with other opportunities to work with CST where relevant.

8. Manage the sales and onboarding process for the Directory of Services, including overseeing the references, undertaken by a third party, sending out agreements and liaising with the marketing team on the promotion of new suppliers.

9. Support the Partnerships Manager in the development of the commercial pipeline for CST partnerships by holding initial meetings with new prospects and identifying opportunities for engagement.
