As the school looks ahead to its next chapter, philanthropy will be central to expanding opportunity, enhancing facilities, and ensuring that RGS remains a place where talent and ambition can flourish. To support this vision, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Development to lead a modern, strategic, and inspiring development programme. This post is funded by The Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe Foundation CIO (Charity number: 1179234).
The Director of Development will lead the design, delivery, and growth of a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports the school’s long‑term ambitions. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic insight, operational discipline, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across the RGS community.
A major priority will be to refresh, rebuild, and modernise the school’s fundraising data, creating a reliable, insight‑driven foundation from which to plan and execute fundraising activity. Alongside this, the postholder will lead a transformational capital appeal to deliver a new state‑of‑the‑art STEM facility by 2030 — a project that will shape the educational experience of future generations.
The role also includes developing a legacy giving programme, expanding regular giving among parents, and introducing innovative school‑based fundraising initiatives that engage pupils, staff, alumni, and the wider community

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and organised Administrator to join us at The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) as the Membership Operations Administrator.
This is an exciting and stimulating opportunity for a talented self-starter to join a small, capable operations team who play a pivotal role in member engagement and retention. With a focus on delivering an excellent experience to members, you will be the first point of contact for RCR members, putting them at the heart of everything you do. In this role you will have responsibility for completing administration activities, work within service level agreements to respond to queries and complete membership processes, whilst ensuring that every interaction has a positive impact on our members. You will be efficient, responding promptly to all requests and deliver strong data integrity for membership with your exceptional attention to detail.

You'll lead on key strategic projects to extend existing or develop new education and care services for autistic children and young people, providing strong project leadership, strategic integration and managing project-related governance. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our educational settings, including school bids.

Anawim are looking to recruit a qualified IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advocate) to join their Central Services team.
Central Services is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to women through our Casework and Drop-in projects. These projects aim to address various challenges faced by women in Birmingham.
Casework Project offers specialised support in key areas including, Domestic Violence – IDVA, Children and Families, Accommodation, Substance Misuse, Multiple Complex Needs, Trauma.
Caseworkers will be required to provide individualise support, practical advice and signposting on a range of matters such as money management, benefits, homelessness, drug treatments, parenting, children’s education, healthcare, legal and immigration issues, mental health, training education and employment opportunities.Women may also present with issues such as self-harm, suicidal ideation and safety planning.
