The Ageing Well Functional Fitness MOT project is aimed at supporting mild to moderately frail residents of the Frognal area of Bexley with falls prevention, improvement of functional wellness and to provide signposting for sessions to enhance functional fitness within this defined area. The project will be working to engage with people who may be experiencing health challenges but are not accessing support, therefore engaging with them prior to a crisis.
Your role will be to create and lead a network of organisations and individuals to deliver functional fitness "MOTs" and who can provide support for functional fitness. You will also provide a regular link with the local population which could be utilised by other services and campaigns such as cancer prevention or dementia awareness. You will work to strengthen the network of community groups, statutory services and businesses working together to deliver improvements to health and wellbeing. You will engage with local residents to gather feedback about what is important to them and involve people in the development of additional health and wellbeing support.

We’re looking for a creative-loving Marketing Communications person to join our digital content team at Hospice UK. It’s a really exciting chance to jump into a pivotal role here, and facilitate much of the great visual content that we produce as a team.
You’ll be working with some lovely people in the wider Communications and Campaigns team, which is part of an External Affairs directorate. We’re a small, close-knit department but already this year we’ve achieved some truly mighty results – not least, our recent rebrand, new strategy and new visual identity.
As you might imagine, working at a hospice charity brings with it some truly compassionate people. It’s a really lovely place to work because the people make it so. As Senior Marketing Communications Officer, you’d be part of a team of three, including your line manager (Senior Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager), and Membership Communications Officer.
And yes – as a hospice charity, we do work with death and dying on a daily basis. But it’s not all doom and gloom. Actually, by talking about it, writing about it and sharing stories about it, we’re helping to remove the stigma and taboo that it often comes with. And those stories and communications help give people hope, strength and confidence, sometimes when they need it most.
As Senior Marketing Communications Officer, you’ll be looking after a lot of our more creative, aesthetic products and projects. You might already be working as a Marketing or Digital Marketing Officer or Coordinator, and looking for the next step for your career. Or you could be an established Marcomms professional searching for a new challenge. Maybe you’ve already been in a marketing management position and want to get back to doing what you love!
Either way, you’ll be pretty knowledgeable on how to look after digital channels like social media and websites, and will have some experience of both. You might have some photoshoot management and video projects under your belt too, and ideally you’ll have experience of managing a digital asset management system. The role will also involve some print project knowledge, so it would be really handy if you’ve looked after relationships with designers, printers and know how the process works (and what gsm our new Impact Report should be, for example!)
We don’t expect you to be a brand specialist, but hopefully you’ll have experience of working with an organisation’s brand book, tone of voice and visual identity guidelines. That’s because many people in other teams here will turn to you for guidance on how to use our new brand, which logo or font to use, and requests to source appropriate photography in our house style.
We’re looking to bolster our content and storytelling about compelling hospice care, and we’d love someone to join us with ideas on how to elevate that, and help source and write those stories up for us. Part of your role as Senior Marketing Communications Officer will be to help produce content – stories, videos, photos, resources – to our two major national campaigns: Hospice Care Week, and Dying Matters Awareness Week. In 2020/21, the Careers & Enterprise Company appointed its first ever Youth Board Member to the strategic board of directors, to give young people a decision-making voice. The Careers & Enterprise Company is seeking to recruit an 18-month fixed term Youth Engagement Officer to support the administration, facilitation and delivery of youth engagement and participation across our organisation. The role will sit within the Education Development Team and work closely with our Youth Advisory Group and Youth Board members. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to champion youth voice and deliver high quality youth participation activities.
This new role has an exciting remit to develop practice, to innovate in youth voice practice, to lead on the operational delivery of the Youth Advisory Group and support with the strategic direction of this work. Responding to changing needs of the company, skills of the YAG members and proactively planning for project pivots, will be essential to success in this role. You will look for creative ways to strengthen youth voice across the company.

Main Purpose of the Role
The Media, Production and Sound Technician is a key role within the Creative and Worship teams, with responsibility for the provision of sound, visual and technical support for St Stephen’s Worship, Communications and Media production ministry.
Key objectives
· To enable the church’s worship through excellent sound, visual, staging and production of all services and special events (including online).
· To continuously recruit, train, oversee and support volunteer teams for sound, lighting and VPS.

This is an exciting time to join the Sales and Marketing Team and there is an opportunity to make a real difference within an established national cultural education charity.
The Marketing and Development Officer will support our Sales Team to sell Theatre and Film Festival participation to schools through the production of high-quality written communications and design work. These skills will also be put to use in supporting the charity’s individual giving income stream, wider profile-raising activities, and merchandise sales.
Key responibilities:
Marketing and communications: Working with the Sales and Marketing Manager, and Programmes Assistant, you'll increase Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation's profile through our nationwide Theatre Festival, and social media platforms. You'll engage prospective donors with our work and update our audiences through monthly newsletters.
Fundraising: Working with the Head of Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation, the charity's Fundraising Consultant and the wider Coram Group, you'll help the charity to acquire, engage and steward individual giving donors.
Systems: You'll support the entire organisation through the management and iterative development of Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation's systems, working with the charity's web developer to upgrade its online presence, and supporting the maintenance of accurate records on Salesforce.
Other: You'll lead on sales of the charity's merchandise, and its partnership with Festival photographers, Splaat Photo. You'll work to support and propose new fundraising ideas and take a key supporting role in the delivery of events throughout the charity's calendar.

Requirements
Essential Experience and Knowledge
- Experience working for charitable organisations in a position relevant to the role (e.g. Governance, Data Protection Lead, Team Manager, Research and Impact Manager or similar)
- Knowledge in Data Protection legislation (e.g. UK GDPR, PECR, DPA 2018) and its practical application to the work of charitable organisations.

Fundraising
- Support the setting of the charity’s fundraising targets through the research and review of both external and internal fundraising activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of the charity’s fundraising activities and campaigns.
- Collate the agreed metrics (including income and expenditure) and report on a weekly basis.
- Participate fully in the generation of fundraising ideas and activity selection.
