This role is perfect for a hands-on digital marketer who has the technical skills and experience to lead on two key areas of our digital marketing; email marketing and paid digital advertising and measure their effectiveness.
This role will be crucial for ensuring our current community receives relevant, engaging communications via email and cutting through the noise with paid digital advertising to reach new audiences.

JOB PURPOSE
UK for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for an ambitious and proactive Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the Private Partnerships & Philanthropy team.
In this exciting role, you will lead on the management of a number of our existing and new relationships with companies to create and grow mutually beneficial, multi-year partnerships, playing a key part in the success of our annual fundraising programme. You will enjoy developing strong relationships and have excellent communication and problem- solving skills. You will be a confident communicator with a track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.
You will line manage the PPH Coordinator, with responsibility for managing performance and supporting their development.
This role is predominately an account management post, with some new business development.
ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES
- Lead on the management of a number of high value strategic corporate partnerships, liaising across departments and virtual teams to monitor, evaluate and report on progress against partnership KPIs, targets, activities and budgets.
- Develop annual and multi-year budgets and plans for partners.
- Identify opportunities for partnership visibility and communications, and where possible employee engagement.
- Manage a portfolio of partnerships, providing first-class relationship management and maximising value, including financial, advocacy, pro bono and in-kind support.
- Work with existing corporate engagement products and develop new employee fundraising ideas.
- Research new trends and innovations and emerging areas of interest for corporate partners.
- Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying and responding to fundraising opportunities.
- Initiate, organise and coordinate a calendar of cultivation and stewardship events and identify visibility opportunities for UK for UNHCR.
- Manage the PPH Coordinator, ensuring they are develop and supported to deliver on performance targets.
- Collaborate with UK and international Private Partnerships & Philanthropy colleagues where possible to strengthen engagement with partners and prospects across channels.
- Work within UK4U’s due diligence policy and GDPR policies and processes.
- Support new business prospecting, research and cultivation.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data on donors on Salesforce and SharePoint
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
Essential Experience
- A track record of developing partnerships and managing relationships with corporate partners to deliver high value, muti-year corporate partnership(s).
- A track record of devising and delivering bespoke and engaging partnership fundraising plans and campaigns to grow income and engagement.
- Experience of communicating complex themes and subjects to a variety of audiences, written and verbal in an engaging and motivating way.
- Experience of event management and co-ordination to engage corporates and their employees
- Line management of one or more team members.

About the Role:
This role is pivotal in helping enhance the ITF’s position as the global voice of seafarers and their representative Unions, the position will work closely with the Seafarers Section Co-ordinator and with other ITF Industrial Sections to advance the human centred direction toward the changes in the maritime industry.
The responsibility for the role includes the attendance at all IMO sessions, travel and attendance to maritime events within or outside the UK.
You will be asked to produce policy papers, and be able to offer strategic thinking on how to lobby and attract consensus from the IMO Members on issues that the ITF wishes to support.
The long-term objectives to support seafarers and affiliates with measures and regulations that protect their health and safety, to enhance the profile of seafaring profession.
You must be a skilled strategic thinker to ensure that the ITF is ahead of the potential changes at the IMO.
The role is responsible for a small team of colleagues that will assist the position to advance and co-ordinate the larger team of ITF Affiliated Union Officials, that will support with expert technical advice to the sessions of the IMO Sub Groups.

Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. JOB PURPOSE
As part of the Brand and Marketing team, the Social Media Officer will lead on social media strategy for the organization, working closely with teams across Magic Breakfast to develop and diversify our presence on social media. About the Role:
The Knowledge Management and Learning Senior Advisor drives the design and implementation of WaterAid's organisational programme learning and knowledge management strategy. The senior advisor leads the development of knowledge management tools, contribute to organisational processes for collating and disseminating program knowledge, and the evolution of knowledge exchange mechanisms. Additionally, lead the development of the internal programme and policy knowledge library, ensuring comprehensive access and collaborating on strategic knowledge communications.
The Senior advisor reports into the Knowledge Management and Learning Senior Manager and their key accountabilities will be:
Co-lead Programme Learning and knowledge management (approximately 50% of time)
- Co-lead the design and implementation of an organisational programme learning and knowledge management strategy (in alignment with the organisational research agenda led by GPAC and supported by PMER processes).
- Lead the development and implementation of knowledge management and learning strategies and tools to capture, organise, and disseminate programme learning within the organisation and externally
- Co-lead the development of organisational mechanisms for knowledge exchange and evolution of our approaches.

Support Programme Capacity Development (approximately 5% of time)
- Contribute to the development of the capacity strengthening strategy and ensure joined-up articulation of learning, knowledge management and capacity strengthening.
- Work with Capacity Strengthening Senior Advisor, to facilitate organisational mechanisms for knowledge exchange, learning and capacity-strengthening.
Support fundraising, external engagement, and communications (approximately 5% of time)

About You:
- Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of organisational programme learning and knowledge management strategies.

NRPF Partnership
The NRPF partnership was set up in 2023 and is being developed by Citizens UK, Migration Exchange, and Praxis. We are working to build the necessary infrastructure for collaboration across a range of organisations, amplify their work, and build power to win change against the No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) condition. Each partner contributes staff capacity and will work closely with the appointed person to ensure a positive, professional and supportive culture. The Partnership centres around:
1) Placing decision-making power and strategic vision in the hands of people doing the work
(frontline staff and people with lived experience), via a steering group and working groups.
2) Establishing a strategic pooled fund so that the steering group has sufficient budget to guide the collaboration, act, identify and seize political opportunities, and facilitate active participation of everyone involved.
3) Expanding the movement and building power, using incremental wins to build towards broader change towards the goal of ending NRPF.
The Person and the Role
100,000s people in our communities have put down roots in the UK but are denied access to the welfare safety net (No Recourse to Public Funds).
Citizens UK has worked with Migration Exchange and Praxis to raise over £2m to develop a 5 year partnership to enable the movement to end NRPF.
This Senior Project role will be a core part of the support to the steering group of the partnership to make sure it runs effectively and achieves its potential.

Who we are:
The Dalit Solidarity Network UK is a small human rights organisation working to eliminate caste-based discrimination in the UK and South Asia. Registering as an official charity in 2003, Dalit Solidarity Network UK continues to grow as an effective campaigning and advocacy organisation, working on the issue of caste discrimination in the UK and being an active player in the global movement. Our major areas of work include documenting 'everyday casteism', building capacity of businesses to address caste-discrimination in overseas supply chains and UK operations and working with UK Higher Education Institutions to protect against caste-discrimination.
Summary of the role:
We are seeking a new Director who will be responsible for working with the Board to:
i) Develop and deliver of DSN-UK's overall strategy and objectives;
ii) Provide strategic leadership to influence the policy and practice of key stakeholders to further DSN’s vision of a ‘world without caste discrimination’;
iii) Lead overall management of DSN-UK, including management of DSN-UK staff, its finances and other resources.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Leadership and strategy
Responsible for implementing DSN-UK’s strategy through specific campaign, lobbying and advocacy activities, including development of key messages and influencing strategies.
Maintaining partnerships and network support within the UK, with partners in South Asia and international partners.
Conducting joint advocacy at UK/EU/UN level, representing these issues at UK Government level and participating in other joint initiatives as appropriate.
Operational Management
Responsible for the day-to-day management of DSN-UK, including key aspects of its internal administration, particularly providing oversight of financial management, annual budgets and the preparation of regular financial and programme reports for the Board.
Fundraising:
Leading the development and implementation of a fundraising strategy for DSN-UK, preparing funding proposals and reporting to donors on project achievements.
Human Resources:
Managing one part time office administrator and appointing other staff, volunteers and consultants in consultation with the Chair.

What we are looking for in a Director:
1. A track record of successfully working at a senior level with strategic leadership and management responsibilities.
2. Ability to develop organisational strategies and translate them into plans and budgets.
3. Experience of working on issues of social justice/human rights/equality, diversity and inclusion and of campaigning for change.
4. Experience of representing an organisation to others, ranging from grass roots activists to government officials including high-level lobbying and advocacy and public speaking.
5. Experience of developing and managing budgets.
6. Proven track record and experience of fundraising from trusts, governments and corporate sources.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to plan and prioritise and keep to targets under pressure and to deadlines.
9. Willingness to travel within the UK and to work outside usual office hours if necessary.
10. Commitment to the aims of DSN-UK and sensitivity to issues of caste, gender, race and religion and commitment to ensuring equal opportunities.
Benefits: The Director is entitled to 25 days annual leave (pro rata, not including bank holidays). Pension scheme with matched contributions of 5%. Hybrid and flexible working of 21 hours/week.
Location: Hybrid working with options for flexibility to work from home - the postholder will be expected to work from our central London office periodically, e.g. 1 day per week.

About IKWRO
IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. IKWRO is a registered charity which provides advice and support to Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan women and girls living in the UK, who have experienced, or are at risk of all forms of “honour” based abuse, including; forced marriage, child marriage and female genital mutilation (FGM), or domestic abuse.
We work with women and girls of all ages, including lesbian women, bisexual women and trans women. We offer services in Kurdish, Farsi, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Turkish and English. IKWRO offers free advice, advocacy and counselling services and operates a refuge which provides safe accommodation and specialist support to single women at risk of “honour” based abuse, forced marriage and domestic abuse.
IKWRO also provides training for women and girls to help them understand their rights in the UK. In partnership with other organisations, we assist survivors of abuse with accessing English language classes and education, training and employment opportunities.
As well as supporting women and girls directly, we offer advice and training for professionals from the statutory and voluntary sectors, to better understand the needs of the women and girls we represent, the types of abuse they experience and to provide best practice prevention and support services.
We campaign to increase awareness and improve laws and policies to tackle all forms of “honour” based abuse and harmful practices including; forced marriage, child marriage, marital captivity, female genital mutilation, virginity testing and hymenoplasty, discrimination by sharia courts and to push for better laws and policies to protect women’s and girl’s rights.
Job Summary
The post-holder will help Farsi speaking women who have experienced Forced Marriage, Female Genital Mutilation and “Honour” Based Violence. Working in a confidential setting, counsellors listen attentively to their clients and offer them the time, empathy and respect they need to express their own feelings, to help them overcome their problems and to make appropriate changes to their life.
The post holder must be BACP or UKCP accredited (or equivalent e.g. HCPC) or training to achieve these accreditation
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with clients;
- To undertake high quality direct (assessment and therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory and evaluative) specialist psychological interventions; making autonomous clinical decisions about own professional practice.
- Develops treatment and guidance methods and give guidance using a variety of therapy and counselling techniques;
- To formulate and implement plans of specialist psychological treatment or management of clients’ mental health problems based on an appropriate multi-factorial understanding of the client’s problems and current evidence-based best practice, taking into account the current NICE guidelines.
