About the role

Crisis’s Newcastle Skylight is looking for a team leader for our coaching team. You will be an essential part of our team supporting members who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.  As team leader, you will hold of a caseload of members as well as supporting a busy and skilled team to ensure members’ homelessness is ended sustainably. At Crisis we are bold in our ambition to end homelessness and believe that to do so people need the opportunities to be healthy and thrive. Your role is to help people achieve their potential through working collaboratively, valuing lived experience and creating a psychologically informed environment.

About you

· You will have experience of managing coaching processes and demonstrate how this ensures effective service          delivery

· You will have experience of managing and delivering high quality coaching support

· You will have excellent knowledge of homelessness, housing and welfare

· You will be confident participating in multi-agency teams supporting vulnerable people

· You will have experience line managing and motivating a small team

· You will have experience of working in a psychologically informed environment

About the Service

The aim of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Domestic Abuse Casework Service is to provide advice, information, and support to survivors of intimate partner or familial violence living in the community about the range, effectiveness, and suitability of options to improve their safety and that of their children. All advice will be based on a thorough understanding and assessment of risk and its management.

About the role

The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:

• Provide support and advocacy services to clients experiencing domestic abuse
• Ensure direct contact is made with the client within a specified time of an incident being reported to the police and to carry out a risk assessment.
• Ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
• Maintain and enhance service delivery standards and effectiveness.
• Support the team with case management and volume of referrals to ensure a short waiting time and referrals are contacted promptly and assessed appropriately.
• Collate and obtain feedback regarding the effectiveness of the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the wellbeing of clients who are affected by domestic abuse.
• Contribute to a reduction in repeat victimisation
• Reduce the number of victims withdrawals of witness statements
• Be aware of the impact on children of domestic abuse and make referrals to appropriate agencies to support the children where necessary.
• Increase the reporting of children at risk of harm
• Increase successful court outcomes by proactively supporting clients and work with the witness services for cases going to court
• Work with the wider team within Hertfordshire Mind Network and support clients in accessing additional support e.g. counselling, peer support, employment support and self-development courses
• Work with other professionals e.g. police, health, social care, housing, and signpost and liaise with such agencies as necessary
• Work with and signpost to other third sector partner agencies as necessary
• Provide a first point of contact for professionals and clients and pass on necessary cases or referrals to the Domestic Abuse Caseworker.
• Refer to the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) if required and local IDVA service.

Deputy Regional Secretary – Asia Pacific

Location: Based in one of the ITF’s regional offices (Delhi, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo or Hong Kong) with regular international travel across the region.

As the Deputy Regional Secretary, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the ITF’s mission across the Asia Pacific. You will work directly with the Regional Secretary to provide political, strategic, and operational leadership, ensuring our work is effective, impactful, and aligned with our global priorities.

About you

You’re confident in approaching new contacts and are experienced in developing new relationships from scratch which have delivered income in both the short and long term. Primary location of role

This is a remote role, and the candidate will need to be based in Birmingham, Coventry, or the surrounding areas. Regular travel will be required to meet supporters and visit Asda stores in your region, as well as occasional travel to our London or Sheffield offices.

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) is a UK-wide charity that exists to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation. We’re here for everyone who needs us. We protect children by working with people who pose a risk and diverting them from causing harm. We support individuals and families who have been affected by abuse. And we help professionals who work with families to create safer environments for children through delivering risk assessments, interventions, training and consultancy.

About the role and you

We are looking for a data professional to support and manage significant changes in the way our charity uses, processes and manages data. Our teams pride themselves on evidence-informed practice, using research and data to enhance their work at every stage. There are elements of our charity’s work which are unique to our field, making our data highly valuable in contributing to the future of preventing child sexual abuse. We collect data all the time: on the individual progress of our clients, the reach of our campaigns and the demand for our support. As part of our new Tech and Data Strategy, we are taking the next stage in our use of data analysis and data science, ensuring that we use our data more effectively and efficiently to support our teams in preventing child sexual abuse.

We are looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst to help us make this change. You will be based in the LFF Research Team, reporting to our Director of Research and Impact.

This role will facilitate better use, processing and management of data across the organisation. It will focus on four areas:

• Data systems and structures
• Data analysis
• Data visualisation
• Data security and compliance

The postholder will work alongside experienced researchers to develop a new portfolio of priority projects to enhance our work. With no fixed task list or assigned service, this role offers the freedom to explore and innovate, identifying where data, data science, and data systems can drive real change.

This role will be remote or hybrid - we have offices in Bromsgrove, Epsom and Edinburgh.

The Action on Disability Employment Service is setting the agenda for disability employment across London with great results. We are at the forefront of setting up and delivering supported internships for Disabled young people. Our Employment Service welcomes external referrals and offers support for Disabled people via our in-work support service.

Purpose of the Role

The Employment and Progression Coordinator supports Disabled young people and adults to move into and thrive in paid employment. Working within AoD’s Employment and Supported Internship programmes, the postholder will provide person-centred guidance, job coaching, and practical in-work support.

The role includes supporting current and past interns, working alongside employers to create inclusive opportunities, and promoting the benefits of employing Disabled people.

Main Responsibilities

Supporting current and past Disabled Interns

• Provide 1:1 and group support to enable people to explore their skills, interests and aspirations, and move into meaningful paid work.
• Support participants to understand their rights at work and access reasonable adjustments.

Employer Engagement and Development

• Build and maintain positive relationships with a range of employers to create and sustain inclusive job and internship opportunities.
• Encourage employers to adapt roles where needed and to provide a supportive working environment.

Programme Delivery and Administration

• Support the delivery of the Employment and Supported Internship programmes, including one-to-one sessions, group activities, and outreach events.
• Support the planning and recording of participant journeys, including achievements, placements and outcomes, using Salesforce and other tools.
• Work in line with AoD’s aims, values and the Social Model of Disability.

Additional Information

• Some evening or weekend work may occasionally be required.

This permanent, full-time role, to which the Circuit has made an initial five-year commitment, is Circuit-wide, but locally based. The person appointed will help lead the development of a Circuit-led New Places for New People (NPNP) initiative for and with young people within the Circuit, which we anticipate will lead to the upscaling of this area of ministry in the medium term.
