- Collaborate with project leads to monitor budgets and provide tailored financial insights, and regular reporting on project performance and expenditure tracking, ensuring effective resource management across funded initiatives.

Requirements
- Part-qualified accountant with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within an international charity, and a sound knowledge of preparing management accounts, undertaking analysis and doing project and donor accounting.

The Opportunity
The Director role is a new opportunity working across ImpactEd Evaluation. As a Director, you will be a senior leader of the evaluation practice and a statutory director on our Practice Board. To work with the Head of Operations and Events to contribute to Agenda topics and speakers from the community; assign roles for the conference to the Support Team.

Behaviour Analysis:

Digital Acquisition and Fundraising

Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation.

The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for digital channels.

As Assistant Director, Communications, you will play a role tackling child sexual abuse alongside the work of our colleagues across practice, research, policy and training. This is important work - the CSA Centre conservatively estimates that one in ten children will experience some form of child sexual abuse before age of 16, and our ambitious programme seeks to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of professionals (social workers, teachers, social workers, nurses etc.) in identifying and responding to child sexual abuse. We have already made great progress, but there is much more to be done – and we need your leadership to help us do it!
CSA Centre roles are currently funded until 31 March 2026, in line with our current grant funding arrangements. This will be reviewed in late 2025, as future funding for the CSA Centre from 2026/27 onwards is confirmed.

We are the Centre of expertise on child sexual abuse (CSA Centre). Our aim is to reduce the impact of child sexual abuse through improved prevention and better response. To tackle child sexual abuse we must better understand its causes, scope, scale and impact.
Established since 2017, we are a multi-disciplinary team that is funded by the Home Office, hosted by Barnardo's and we work closely with key partners from academic institutions, local authorities, health, education, police and the voluntary sector. Overview of the Team
The Corporate Services team provides essential strategic and operational support across the organisation. Our governance function oversees compliance, risk management, and performance frameworks. - Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Chief Operating Officer, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of the annual external audit, working with colleagues and auditors to meet key deadlines.
- Support the delivery of the annual Board effectiveness review, gathering feedback and helping to implement improvements.
- Facilitate due diligence checks as needed, liaising with legal advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver one-off projects and provide flexible support across the Corporate Services team as required.
Skills and Experience
- A good understanding of Charities Act and Charity Governance Code.
- A track record of providing secretariat support, including minute taking.
- Excellent administrative skills, highly organised with very good attention to detail.

About the role
Join Dementia UK as a Digital Marketing Executive and play a vital role in raising awareness of the charity’s services, engaging supporters and generating income through digital activity.
Working closely with the Digital team, you will support the development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy, with a particular focus on paid campaign management . You will be responsible for developing and launching key paid campaigns across social media channels, aligned with organisational objectives to maximise income and grow brand reach.
Collaborating with fundraising teams, you'll help shape and enhance supporter journeys through digital channels. The role also includes regularly reporting on the performance of live campaigns, as well as conducting post-campaign analysis and offering clear, data-driven recommendations across paid social and PPC.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven experience of managing digital campaigns using Meta, alongside a solid understanding of the Meta ad suite and experience of overseeing PPC campaigns. The ability to produce comprehensive campaign reports that clearly communicate results, insights and recommendations is essential.
