We are looking for a Head of High Value Operations to join our Fundraising team.
Title: Head of High Value Operations
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent (full-time)
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Head Office in Hampstead, London
The Head of High Value Operations role is central to our bold fundraising ambitions. Establishing and leading a team of operations professionals encompassing research, data and insight, case for support, special events, and supporter care, the Head of High Value Operations will drive income growth by embedding best practice in fundraising operations, developing the processes and systems which support fundraising, and building strong networks across Anthony Nolan in support of fundraising. Reporting to the Chief of Fundraising, and part of the Fundraising SLT, we’re looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, someone who understands the key components of an operations team in a fundraising context, and someone who is excited to build a team and programme from the ground up, using their skills and experience in this field.
What’s needed?
- Practical management experience of prospect research, fundraising database management, or gift management
- Proven record of leading and motivating a team, ideally within a fundraising operations team
- An understanding of high value fundraising
- Collaboration with the wider Philanthropy, Corporate, and Special Events teams and other colleagues to identify sustainable ways to deliver our current and future strategy

We are looking for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to join our Fundraising team.
Title: Senior Philanthropy Manager
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Contract: 12 months fixed term maternity cover
Hours: 35 per week (full time)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
The Senior Philanthropy Manager is a crucial role, responsible for driving high-value income growth through managing and growing a portfolio of Major Donors, Trusts and Foundations to fundraise for a breadth of inspiring projects and areas of work.
This role has line management responsibility for an experienced and talented Philanthropy Officer who manages their own portfolio of mid-value Trusts and Major Donors. The team enjoys senior level support for high value fundraising in all its aspects, and with inspirational and sector leading services and research against which to fundraise, this is an exciting time to join us.

We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer (Retention) to join our Fundraising team.
Title: Senior IG Officer, Retention
Salary: £33,000-£36,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent, fulltime
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
This role will create and deliver supporter-centric and insight-driven retention campaigns to maximise the loyalty and income from our base of 30,000 individual giving supporters. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, you will develop and assess a range of supporter journeys and asks to best retain supporters across regular giving, raffle, lottery, cash giving and legacy - through digital, telemarketing and direct mail channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow the supporter retention and engagement programme within an agreed annual budget and calendar. The successful candidate will be an experienced direct marketing and digital project manager and collaborative team player. If you have excellent creative, analysis and project management skills across a range of channels with a detailed understanding of supporter engagement for mass audiences, we would love to hear from you.

A fantastic opportunity has arrived to work with a hardworking health charity who are looking for a New Business Manager to join their Corporate Partnerships team. Anthony Nolan is an organisation dedicated to unlocking new ways to treat every patient with blood cancer or blood disorders, unifying people and science to improve patients’ lives.
As the New Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business by identifying, building and securing partnerships across the private sector, delivering against targets and brokering sector-leading partnerships to raise awareness of this amazing charity. You will work across a range of different types of partnerships and work creatively with a great manager!
Working with a warm, collaborative team and hybrid working pattern, this is a great chance to make a truly significant difference.
As the New Business Manager, will need:
- Experience with securing partnerships, ideally within the charity sector
- Proven success in meeting targets and generating revenue
- Excellent communication skills to produce effective proposals and presentations
Salary: £36,000-£38,000
Contract: Permanent Full time
