The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.

The post holder will be the main contact for all maintenance related matters and will maintain the property management records for the estate, develop volunteer projects and training on maintenance reporting and conservation cleaning and will assist with fundraising.

We are looking for a competent person to support successful discharge of older people from hospital. You will be trained to undertake pre-discharge home assessments to identify any risks or barriers to discharge.

This is a non-clinical role, but you will be supported by Age UK management and clinical therapists within the hospital and community settings. The service aims to reduce the risk of a failed discharge, readmission or falls in the home environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Halton Haven Hospice as one of our Fundraising Managers, leading our fundraising team to achieve ambitious targets through a diverse portfolio of income streams.

We are recruiting for a Legal and Support Services Assistant to act as a first point of contact for the charity and assist the legal and support services teams.

The Legal and Support Services Assistant will help ensure smooth delivery of our services. You will be the first point of contact for new queries and play a key role in providing the information needed and passing enquiries to the relevant service.

Role overview

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week Monday to Friday). Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.

Salary: Starting at £25,244 FTE with potential annual step increases up to £28,412, plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, the trustees consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:  

We are looking for a Data & Impact Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience to lead, manage and ensure the effective day-to-day execution of DanceSyndrome’s Data & Impact work. • To ensure we use a consistent and streamlined approach to gathering data.

The charity shall shortly begin the discovery phase of its CRM project, to deliver its future Dynamics 365 CRM.  The new Dynamics 365 CRM will be at the heart of the charity’s success, to deliver excellent supporter data quality for its fundraising and communication campaigns to supporters. 

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, and collaborating closely with the Head of IT, CRM Project Manager and Data Analyst, the CRM Officer shall be a vital and visible role, fundamental to the charity’s fundraising success, to further its vision of a world where every horse is treated with respect, compassion and understanding.

Through your proven Dynamics 365 CRM skills and experience, you will also lead on the charity’s CRM business processes and data quality, collaborating with fundraising, communications, IT and finance stakeholders, colleagues and third party suppliers.

This role is responsible for:

• Custodian of our CRM data and responsible for major data import/export into the system including data validation, de-duplication, cleansing and fixing of data throughout the multiple data systems.
• Responsible for the curation and management of import and export routines of key fundraising data using appropriate tools.
• Responsible for forming and managing how the functions work within the Organisation to build key relationships with key data users to ensure data is correctly ingested
• Responsible for defining and setting standards and principles of data use in the system and fully enforcing these principles across the Organisation and to suppliers.
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary

Ideal start date: Monday, August 18th, 2025 (though we are flexible for the right candidate)

DBS requirement: All Action Tutoring staff must have an enhanced DBS check suitable for the child workforce. 
If you don’t already have one, we’ll process one for you. Should you be aware of any incidents, cautions or convictions that would appear in a DBS check, please notify us when you apply.
