About the role

The Drive Training Coordinator plays a central role in coordinating the planning and delivery of training activities across The Drive Partnership. The Training Coordinator will provide efficient logistical, administrative, and learner support across all Drive workforce trainings. This includes managing training schedules, resources, communication, and data in support of high-quality training outcomes.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Contract: Fixed term until March 2026 with potential for 12-month extension to March 2027 - pending funding confirmation.

The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) brings together 15 leading UK aid charities to raise funds quickly and efficiently at times of humanitarian crisis overseas. This role will require you to lead on organic social media as part of the DEC Communications team, working closely with the Digital and Innovation team in Fundraising, collaborate with social leads across our 15 member charities and public figures through our talent agency. During appeal launch periods it will also involve managing a small social media team of volunteers.

All roles at the DEC are based in our London office. We operate a hybrid working model, with some non-negotiable office attendance. Solace provides safe refuge and move on accommodation to hundreds of women and children made homeless through domestic or sexual abuse. We run 22 refuges across London, including specialist refuge spaces for women with multiple needs. Of these, this role will involve working across two refuges in the borough of Camden, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The primary role of a Family Support Worker is to provide effective, efficient, and supportive service to children and their mothers residing in refuge with Solace Women’s Aid. The staff member will lead on the development of a child and family-centred approach to work in the refuge. In so doing, they will:

• Develop and deliver a range of trauma-informed services to children and young people (0-17 years) and their mothers within the refuge and when they are resettled into the community.
• Ensure ongoing development of age-appropriate children’s activities.
• Ensure the completion of comprehensive assessments of family needs and risk of families, ensuring an integrated approach with children and adult services (internal and external)
• Promote ‘Integrated Working’ through internal and external mechanisms in partnership with colleagues and community partnerships.
• Coordinate the delivery of activities through session staff, volunteers, and student placements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working with vulnerable children, young people, and/or families, as well as knowledge of the effects that domestic abuse can have on young people.

You will be familiar with Assessment, Action Planning, and Evaluation for families, with experience in maintaining records. You will also have the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in partnership with other agencies or professionals, to promote family/child wellbeing.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the delivery of the South West London (SWL) Child Sexual Abuse Early Emotional Support Service for the CYP service. Working closely with the NHS and Schools you will manage a small specialist counselling team ensuring high-quality, trauma informed support for our young people who have experienced sexual violence. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of Safeguarding legislation for children and adults, as well as child development. 
 

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to develop partnerships with schools, families, funders and other key stakeholders. You will hold a relevant professional qualification in counselling or psychotherapy and be registered with the BACP/UKCP or equivalent. You will have significant experience of working therapeutically with children and young people, ideally in the contexts of trauma or abuse.

Based in Lewisham in South-East London, Sydenham Garden is a unique wellbeing centre utilising its gardens, nature reserve and activity rooms to help people living with and recovering from mental and physical ill-health. We provide nature and arts based creative, social and therapeutic activities for co-workers (the name we give to our primary beneficiaries).

About the role 

Our Director has been in post since November 2021 and on returning from maternity leave in January 2026 she will be working 3 days a week.  We are seeking a Co-Director to jointly lead the organisation going forwards as we have made a positive decision to move towards a co-director model.  This is an exciting opportunity which can have benefits of increasing capacity, efficiency, and transparency and allow for a broader range of identities both to better reflect the diverse populations they serve and as a way to include more diverse leaders. Age UK Croydon’s very successful Personal Safety Project (Falls Prevention) for older people in Croydon is recruiting a new Customer Service Liaison/Administrator. If you are an enthusiastic, passionate and organised individual, this could be the role for you.

Our Personal Safety Project (PSP) is a free service which aims to help older people who have fallen or are at risk of falling at home. The service is available to anyone aged 50 and over who lives in the borough of Croydon.

Our trained assessors carry out a comprehensive risk assessment to identify potential causes of falls and hazards in the home and can arrange for stair rails, grab handles and other necessary aids to be supplied and/or fitted, free of charge. The project can provide ongoing telephone support for up to six weeks to monitor the risk of further falls post engagement.

Day Care Officer – Day Care Centres 

Age UK Camden Day Care Centres are looking to recruit a Day Care Officer to cover  20 hours a week in shifts (4 x 5 hours) across our two Day Care Centres. 

There is a need to be flexible to be able to cover all days Monday to Friday and days are subject to change based on the rota. 

We are also looking to recruit a Day Care Officer on a 25 hour week for maternity cover on a fixed term contract starting on the 1st September 2025 for 39 weeks. 

Our Centres provide a wide range of activities as well as being a specialist Day Care Centres caring for older people with complex needs. The Day Care Centres also provide a hot lunch and a range of special events. What you'll do:

* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Manager
* Ensure that referrals to the service are managed effectively and in line with the referrals and assessment procedure

Job Purpose

To provide strategic and  operational leadership for the Bexley Mental Health  Hub, which is an integrated service between Mind in Bexley,  Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and London Borough of Bexley Adult Social Care . The postholder will play a key role in supporting three partners to deliver an  integrated service, ensuring alignment, coordination, and high standards across both organisations. They will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and other senior leads to ensure service delivery is safe, effective, and responsive to community needs.

This position requires the ability to deliver results at pace, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. The postholder will manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring performance, professional development, and wellbeing are prioritised. They will promote continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and oversee scheduling, facilities management, compliance, and adherence to regulations. Progress will be reported through personal representation at key stakeholder meetings. A strong commitment to ensuring the service meets the needs of Bexley residents is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Operational Leadership

• Lead the day-to-day operational delivery and continuous development of the Bexley Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, ensuring services are high quality, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Provide operational oversight across Oxleas and Mind in Bexley, ensuring integrated pathways and a seamless service user experience.
• Play a key role in supporting two integrated services, promoting effective joint working and service alignment.
• Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist to align clinical leadership with operational priorities and ensure consistent care standards.
• Oversee scheduling of services and resources to ensure timely, effective support across the system.
• Develop links with local community organisations to support delivery of services in these communities
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver results at pace, driving performance and responding quickly to emerging issues.
• Monitor KPIs and contract requirements, report outcomes to senior stakeholders and commissioners, and take corrective action where needed.

• Support services to meet all statutory, regulatory, and contract standards.

Workforce Leadership and Development

• Manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, including recruitment, supervision, appraisal, and performance management.

Day Care Officer – Day Care Centres 

Age UK Camden Day Care Centres are looking to recruit a Day Care Officer to cover  20 hours a week in shifts (4 x 5 hours) across our two Day Care Centres. 

There is a need to be flexible to be able to cover all days Monday to Friday and days are subject to change based on the rota. 

We are also looking to recruit a Day Care Officer on a 25 hour week for maternity cover on a fixed term contract starting on the 1st September 2025 for 39 weeks. 

Our Centres provide a wide range of activities as well as being a specialist Day Care Centres caring for older people with complex needs. The Day Care Centres also provide a hot lunch and a range of special events.
