The Role:
The Partner Engagement Lead is responsible for key account management, and specifically developing and supporting relationships with programme sponsors and partners within the WorldGBC network.
The Partner Engagement Lead will work closely alongside the programme/projects team subject leads, taking responsibility for day to day management of activities that relate to sponsors or stakeholders, including partner relationships, external collaborations and fundraising.
Working cross-functionally within a matrix-style organisation, the Lead will work collaboratively on the engagement pillar of WorldGBC's fundraising team alongside the Partnerships Manager and the Strategic Partnerships Lead. This team coordinates closely with all WorldGBC departments, in particular where sponsors are involved with initial focus on the programme/project partners.
Well-organised and a great communicator, this individual will ensure that key relationships are managed effectively across the organisation, and be detail oriented in their reporting and accounting of opportunities. The Lead should also be willing to represent the organisation in relevant external opportunities relating to the programmes as need arises - including fundraising meetings, external working groups, events or conferences.
The Partner Engagement Lead will report to the Director of Programmes Strategy.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Account Management: Be primary point of contact for new and existing programmatic sponsors and partners, overseeing engagement with the network and accounting with detailed reporting to ensure up-to-date partnership records. Work alongside the programmatic team leads to deliver all agreed benefits to partners, ensuring a uniform balance of benefits and opportunities across sponsors engaging in all areas of the organisation.
2. Fundraising and Budget Management: Work alongside the programme leads to secure funding and manage relevant programme/project budgets (with guidance from the Director of Programmes Strategy), including supporting grant application and reporting responsibilities where necessary.
3. Stakeholder Engagement (members and partners): Engage with stakeholders to ensure that our programmes/projects align with their goals and needs, working with the Director of Programmes Strategy and wider programme team to explore best practice engagement tactics throughout 2024.
4. Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current with the latest trends in sustainable buildings and WorldGBC programme outputs, ensuring the Lead can communicate knowledgeably about WorldGBC strategy and work areas as required.
5. Communications: Support communication for WorldGBC on topics related to sustainable buildings in relevant programmatic areas, representing the team at internal or external events or industry working groups and collaborating with Marketing & Communications on accurate messaging for publications and campaigns.
6. Supporting Programmes team: Be a committed member of the WorldGBC team and offer support, training and expertise to wider members of the team. Participate and engage in wider WorldGBC campaigns, events and deliverables, such as COP, World Green Building Week and Leadership Summit.

As the motion design producer at Breast Cancer Now, you’ll play a key role in helping bring our work to life.
You’ll be creating high quality, engaging content about our life-changing research, campaigning, fundraising, services and health information. And you’ll be part of the multimedia team, where we produce video, photography, motion design and audio that help strengthen our brand and tell our story.
Reporting to the senior multimedia manager, you’ll be producing motion design projects that cover all aspects of the organisation. This includes producing multiple small and large-scale motion projects throughout the year to support major campaigns and projects. Experience of producing long and short-form content with an eye towards social trends is also desirable.
The role may require some work on larger video and photography projects throughout the year to support the wider team, so any skills in video production, video editing or photography would be an advantage.

You’ll have a keen interest in all things motion design and have a good portfolio of work to show this. You’ll be hard-working and highly motivated, with a flexible approach to your work. And you’ll be used to working in a busy team environment and able to work on your own initiative.

Background Information
The Weir Link was established to replace what was a derelict laundry and community room with a new purpose-built building which opened on the Weir Estate in June 2010. The charity’s principal aim is to provide educational, training and social opportunities that ‘bring the community together’ from all areas and backgrounds across the streets and estates within the local area.
To date the building has been used as the base for a Children’s Centre, Nursery (currently operated by London Early Years Foundation (Leyf)), a Volunteer Project as well as a range of other Fun Days, coffee mornings, community meetings and social get togethers. In addition to the nursery, which occupies the largest rooms of the building, there are additionally two office spaces and a meeting room available for community use.
We currently run a range of weekly after-school activities, including a homework club, two stay-and-play sessions, an arts and crafts club and a Pilates class. We also facilitate other community activities, including yoga classes, ante-natal classes and local residents’ meetings.
Job Description
Key responsibilities
1. Ensure that all aspects of the management and operation of The Weir Link are carried out effectively and in keeping with the organisation’s mission, vision and values.
2. Manage the delivery of a high-quality programme of activities and events for the local community.
3. Manage current partnerships, both those organisations with long term rental agreements and those with whom we co-ordinate activities and services for the community.
4. Continue to develop and manage new partnerships in keeping with the aims and objectives of the business plan.
5. Line-manage the Facilities and Bookings Co-ordinator to ensure the building is well-maintained, safe and meets all statutory requirements.
6. Manage the co-ordination of website updates and social media posts in collaboration with our team members.
7. Work with the Trustees to implement the 3-5 year business plan, including a sustainable funding strategy.
8. Ensure an effective marketing strategy to continue to promote our activities and events to the local community.
9. Ensure all those who visit The Weir Link feel welcome, safe and encouraged and maintain systems for monitoring our users’ satisfaction and evaluating outcomes.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of skills and experience as follows;-
1. Experience in business development and identifying potential development opportunities with other partners and organisations.
2. Experience fundraising and researching and applying for grants and funding opportunities.
3. Demonstrable success in project management, including experience of marketing and communications (both online and offline), as well as effective reporting and evaluation.
4. Experience in community research with a wide range of individuals and community groups, including through the organisation of community events
We are looking for a motivated, organised and reliable individual who is happy to take on these responsibilities while working closely alongside others in our small team. Above all you will be flexible, resourceful, efficient and committed to contributing in a meaningful way to our local community. As with all small organisations, sometimes we have to go above and beyond what is expected on a daily basis, but in return we can offer greater flexibility than other larger organisations.
This is a part-time, maternity leave role for 12 months in the first instance. We are able to offer a flexible working pattern, which would comprise of 15 hours per week across three days a week. The hours can be between 9.30 and 4pm every day, with the possibility of hybrid working (combining office-based and remote working) during the school holidays.
This role would suit a parent or carer who would like their hours to work around the school day and have flexibility during school holidays.
Ideally the person would also be a local resident who is prepared to build on our links with other community organisations that are local to The Weir Link.

This will support income generation, research, data capture and information security throughout the Museum. The Foundling Museum is transforming how digital systems underpin the foundations of this small but mighty Museum and charity. The position of CRM & Systems Administrator sits at the heart of this continued transition, following the successful implementation and migration to Shopify, Xero & Beacon CRM in 2023.
This new role is essential to the success of Philanthropy and Partnerships, Director’s Office and the whole team, in providing effective research and administration support. The CRM & Systems Administrator will provide support across all fundraising areas including individual giving, corporate sponsorship and trusts and foundations as well as playing a vital role in keeping all Museum systems working effectively.
This includes processing donations and gift aid and maintaining records on the CRM. You will work as a key part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team to help implement the Philanthropy and Partnerships strategy and streamline all CRM and supporter processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with a flair for collaborative working and information management who is looking to expand their administration skillset and make a tangible impact on our work, in particular supporter relationship management.
Critical to this role and the ongoing project of managing information, income generation and communications, will be the collection, management and sharing of data within our data and digital eco-systems.
Key objectives in first 6 months:
- Completed the migration of supporter data to Beacon CRM, working closely with the Project Manager: Director’s Office to ensure that data is managed in the most effective way to aid relationship management and income generation going forward

Key responsibilities:
CRM Administration & Finance Processes
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM system by logging all applications made and pending, prospects, funding received, reporting deadlines, reports, thank you letters and all other supporter correspondence
- Process donations, pledges and ticket payments from individuals, organisations and trusts and foundations, ensuring gift acknowledgements on CRM are up-to-date and any information related to gifts, grants and donations received is captured accurately and consistently
- Day-to-day administration of the Museum’s Friends, patrons and corporate sponsorship schemes and 1700 Clubs, as directed by the Philanthropy and Partnerships team
- Support the maintenance of accurate financial records of funded projects
- Support the Finance team with Gift Aid administration as required
Data & Insights
- Assist in data capture and gathering, including statistics or insight to support reporting, business cases, reports and funding bids
- Research trusts, businesses, and individuals with a view to identifying potential supporters and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate records of such contacts, updating the team, CRM and prospect pipelines on changes to information
- Ensure that strict confidentiality and GDPR legislation and guidance is adhered to in all aspects of recording data and sharing information in research profiles
- Work with internal teams to appropriately segment and steward new contacts through the CRM, including making data selections for email marketing campaigns.
