The Church of England Pensions Board provides retirement services to those who serve or work for the Church. The Board also supports 2,500 retired clergy with housing, including managing a national portfolio of 1,200 rented homes and Community Living options.
We are working to open new choices and forms of support for our members around their future retirement plans, with housing and financial service industry partners. This includes bringing new tailored products to life on home ownership, financial advice, coaching and financial wellbeing, harnessing the expertise of those partners. We are now looking for a skilled Product and Partnerships Manager, to manage setting up these new future partnerships for success
Working as part of an Implementation team, this role will manage the design and stand up of innovative new partnerships to support our customers with their retirement plans This will involve working with proposed partners to finalise the 'nuts and bolts' of how new products and referral paths will work in practice, with a focus on housing and financial services partnership areas. It will also involve setting up commercial arrangements that offer value for money and prioritise a seamless customer experience. Using your expertise, you will also support our teams to make the most of and broaden existing partnerships.
Working as part of one of our programme teams, and with NCI finance, audit & risk and procurement teams:
- Quickly understand the existing partnership landscape - assessing where we need to formalise fledgling partnerships to bring new products and choices to our members, and where we need to conduct more due diligence or cultivate new opportunities.
- Build a good rapport with prospective partners, setting out a clear plan for getting from detailed design to a workable product and customer journey as quickly as possible.
- Working with partners to ensure excellent customer experience for our members, with seamless integration into other services and support offered by the Church.
- Run procurement and commercial negotiation processes to formally establish essential partnerships- likely to be a mix of invitation to tender style processes, and more innovative investment partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to establish robust back-office processes to govern flow of money and data between partners and the Church, including defining and implementing feedback/reporting processes.
- Set the foundations of good partnership/supplier management, including a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Provide expertise to our team on navigating regulated markets e.g. knowing what type of questions to ask and when to seek specialist advice.
- Work with communications colleagues, to ensure that new choices supported by partners are communicated appropriately mindful of regulatory lines and the intended audience.
- Coach and support colleagues who are setting up signposting/informal partnerships with a range of housing providers, as to how to establish those relationships and ensure their success.
- Design and implement the right horizon scanning mechanisms within the team to help colleagues keep abreast of relevant developments around in financial advice, housing and related markets.
- Monitor feedback on relationships and work with partners to evolve services.
- A salary of £59,248 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.
- 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days within 5 years) plus eight bank holidays and three additional days (pro-rated if working part-time).

In this role, you will:
- Proactively manage new and existing corporate partners, ensuring that each partner is appropriately supported and is reaching its full potential.
- Manage WaterAid’s Payroll Giving scheme including managing relationships with Professional Fundraising Organisations and Payroll Giving Agencies.
- Monitor partner-funded programme KPIs and budgets and ensure high quality reporting.

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Education to degree level or equivalent work experience in relevant areas.
- A track record of Partnership Management including proven experience of growing and developing partnerships with companies.
- Experience of writing high quality and engaging proposals and reports for a corporate audience as well as experience of making presentations to senior level contacts and / or large groups of employees.
- Able to forge effective working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation and across a range of industries and differing business cultures.
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Knowledge of international development and understanding of overseas development issues.
- Experience of developing corporate accounts over £100,000.
- Experience of Payroll Giving scheme.

Role Purpose

4. Safeguarding
- Uphold a strong culture of safeguarding in your work, acting in compliance with our safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
- Contribute to TKN safer recruitment processes, attending internal mentor training events to vet prospective mentors.
- Review and assess weekly delivery session reports from mentors, updating Salesforce as required.
- Ensure every child participating in the programme experiences a positive ending in line with TKN positive ending guidance.
- Work collaboratively with DSLs to follow TKN safeguarding processes, escalating where needed
Skills Required for this Role
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust with mentors, children, schools, caregivers, and community partners.
- Communication: Clear, professional communication across diverse stakeholders including written reports, training, phone calls, meetings and in person check-ins.
- Data & Impact Tracking: Confident in using data management systems, ideally understanding of salesforce and other tools to track progress, outcomes, and ensure data accuracy.

The Role
As Community Fundraising Manager, you’ll support and inspire a vibrant network of community fundraisers and volunteer ambassadors. Quest for Learning is an education charity on a mission to close the gap for primary school children in Oxfordshire who are falling behind - often due to complex and compounding disadvantage. Many of the children we support are growing up in poverty, with limited access to books, low parental literacy, and challenging home environments. About the role
We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused, and highly organised individual to oversee our teaching programmes, school partnerships, and tutor network.
This role is crucial to ensuring our programmes are high-quality, well-managed, and meeting the needs of schools. You will be the first point of contact for schools, building strong relationships with headteachers and SENCOs, and ensuring that we offer the right support at the right time.
You will manage our team of tutors, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to deliver our programmes to the highest standard. The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. As a Store Manager you will manage the day to day running of our Kirkby Stephen Store, leading a team of colleagues to maximise store sales and profits. Role Summary
Development Group generates philanthropic and sponsorship income to help us create a Natural History Museum for the future – investing in capital development, attaining vital acquisitions for the collection, transforming our galleries, developing innovative exhibitions and undertaking ground-breaking scientific research on issues that affect us all.
Reporting into the Head of Resources & Planning, this role provides the opportunity to join a Development operations team in driving forward the exciting, ambitious and transformational NHM150 campaign. You will have the opportunity to be innovative and proactive, as well as utilise your creativity, project management and organisational skills to oversee donor recognition and ensure we are providing a consistent and best in sector experience for our donors and partners.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Stewardship and supporter journey
- Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Head of Corporate Partnerships, lead the development of a structured, overarching stewardship programme that works across the Museum. Take a supporter journey approach and ensure the programme includes a creative and innovative range of benefits and recognition to foster well-managed, mutually beneficial and lasting relationships with funders.
- Coordinate stewardship efforts and work with colleagues to produce tailored stewardship plans.
- Provide strategic and day-to-day advice and guidance to staff on stewardship.
Funder recognition
- Work with the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships departments to ensure a cohesive approach to the funder benefits matrix and recognition and acknowledgement.
- Advise and lead on funder inclusion with event and event material including, speeches, invites and associated thanking moments
- Lead on the creation and implementation of a funder recognition strategy for each major project and giving mechanism, ensuring consistency with the Museum’sdeli Naming and Recognition Policy and including, but not limited to, funder boards and naming opportunities.
- Lead for Development on work with the Design, Comms, Marketing and Digital team to develop agreed frameworks and ‘lock-ups’ for the NHM’s brand and visual identity. Create agreed procedures to ensure sign-off by all parties which is effective and well-communicated.
Communications and reporting
- Support colleagues in researching, writing and producing high-quality impact reports for funders in line with Deeds of Gift, contracts and other agreements.
- Support the creation of the Museum’s Annual Review, Annual Report and similar impact reporting; ensuring appropriate funder recognition.
- Manage the annual Season’s Greetings cards creation and distribution
Other responsibilities

Role purpose:

The Community Fundraising Marketing & Events Officer plays a vital role in delivering a dynamic programme of fundraising campaigns, events, and communications that connect people to our mission in meaningful ways.
From national initiatives like Tent for Lent and Tea in a Tent, to flagship events like the Truro Carol Concert, this role is about creating moments that move people from awareness to action. You'll lead on marketing, supporter journeys, and project management for our community fundraising events, ensuring they are engaging, impactful, and aligned with our strategy.
You'll also be responsible for mass communications and the creation of high-quality resources that support and empower our national network of community fundraisers and volunteers. Whether that's a campaign toolkit, an email journey, or a direct mail appeal.
Working closely with the Community Engagement Officer, you'll help shape the future of community fundraising at ShelterBox - building stronger supporter journeys, amplifying our message, and raising vital funds for families affected by disaster.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a creative and organised communicator who thrives on bringing people together through compelling campaigns and memorable events. You'll be confident managing multiple projects, with a flair for storytelling and a strong grasp of how to engage audiences both digitally and in person.
You should have experience in marketing, fundraising, or events and be comfortable leading on campaign planning, content creation, and supporter engagement. A keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- To work with the Community Engagement Officer on the development and roll out of our community fundraising programme, identifying areas of growth and undertaking regular analysis to increase the awareness, engagement and income generating opportunities
- Coordinate and help deliver fundraising campaigns, Tent for Lent and Tea in a Tent, engaging existing audiences, generating new leads, income and awareness for the organisation. Actively seeking further opportunities to grow these campaigns.
- Contribute and implement marketing plans, materials and content for all campaigns and activities to recruit and retain supporters, making sure brand and impactful messaging are at the heart of everything we do and driven by audience insight.
- Identify and maintain effective administrative processes for events and campaigns, ensuring accurate communication and financial records, while using data insights to drive continuous improvement and learning.
- Actively seeking further opportunities in the UK fundraising market to develop our events and campaign portfolio, offering engaging products for our audiences.
- Coordinate our annual Truro carol concert, working collaboratively with the wider Fundraising and Communications team to deliver an engaging and memorable fundraising event.
- Establish and help deliver the community fundraising marketing and communications plan, identifying opportunities to create inspiring touch points. To include development of content for appeals, newsletters, adverts, articles, social media etc
- Coordinate the creation of high-quality resources and tool kits, working closely with the Community Engagement Officer, that empower fundraisers and volunteers to take action confidently and effectively.
- Design, develop and implement a communication journey, in collaboration with the Supporter Care Team and Marketing & Events Officer, which supports all community fundraisers, ensuring they receive a positive and engaging experience which encourages continued acts of support
- Responsible for the logistical delivery of our annual volunteer conference, working collaboratively with the Community Engagement Officer to deliver a first-class event for our volunteers.
- Working closely with wider Community Team to support promotion of campaigns and activities through our volunteer network, giving them the tools to do this, helping to achieve targets.
- To work to set income and expenditure budgets, monitoring costs and trends, reporting and analysing performance and implementing solutions where appropriate.
- Work closely with wider Community Team to deliver major disaster plan during periods of emergency appeal, with the objective of maximising fundraising revenue and enhancing public awareness of ShelterBox's mission.
- Work collaboratively with wider Fundraising and Communications Department to ensure our community programme helps to deepen supporter engagement, working towards shared goals and supporting on specific projects where appropriate.
General duties:
- Producing detailed annual action plans and evaluations on specific areas of responsibility, identifying areas for growth/development and outlining measurable objectives.
- Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development
- Contribute new ideas and continually seek to improve processes to drive efficiency and increase income.
- Participate in the day-to-day work of the organisation - such as reporting, attending team meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach
- Representing ShelterBox at supporter/public events, delivering presentations where necessary.
- Keep volunteer and community fundraising sector knowledge current and share learning with the team.
