We are looking for a Fundraising Officer to lead the administration of CCT’s tiered membership programmes, annual and church-based appeals, legacies, and fundraising events. The Fundraising Officer will also support in the creation of marketing materials to support these initiatives.

Following the growth in audience development through online events and digital activity, CCT welcomed younger and international members and increased the number of donations. We have since witnessed decreased retention rates and are looking to implement methods to increase member and donor acquisition and retention. 

The role of the Fundraising Officer is vital to maintaining excellent service delivery across our core fundraising programmes and providing strong supporter care.

This role will support the organisational-wide aim to build a collaborative fundraising culture and ensure CCT’s buildings at risk are sustained for the appreciation and benefit of future generations.

We are looking to recruit a talented and self-motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join us in June 2024 on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Development, this role is essential to driving forward the implementation of Creative United’s business development plans across multiple programme and project strands. Key responsibilities include the planning and delivery of business development activities that build on our existing service offer, responding to the needs of the creative communities that we serve, whether on a local, regional or national basis.

This is a hybrid-working role that involves spending a minimum of 2 days per week at our offices in London. About us: Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Since 2003, Tender’s work has grown and diversified from a single workshop programme delivered to schools, into a broader range of programmes reaching both children and young people and professionals with a safeguarding responsibility such as teachers, youth workers, social care workers and foster carers. Tender’s programmes include Healthy Relationships projects delivered across England, projects delivered using online resources and technology, specialist projects for vulnerable children and young people, whole school and whole setting approaches, and training for professionals with safeguarding responsibility and in workplaces.

About the role: We now have a need for a coordinator to work closely with the whole development team (comprising a Development Director, Development Manager, Development Officer, Major Donor Consultant and the CEO) in coordinating all aspects of our fundraising work, from identifying prospects, creating compelling funding applications through to successfully managing relationships with funders. This role will give you experience of all of our funding streams, as well as exposure to our funders through your work in organising and managing our various events throughout the year, such as our annual awards.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting all members of the Development team to achieve the team’s annual fundraising targets
• Preparing and submitting applications in support of fundraising from trusts & foundations, statutory funders, corporates, major donors, and individual givers
• Supporting all members of the Development team to develop relationships with Tender’s funders and successfully steward relationships to achieve further funding
• Supporting the Development team in coordinating and delivering events in support of Tender’s fundraising activities

Elders Voice is a local charity serving older people in Brent. We are recruiting a CEO to lead our talented and experienced staff team through a period of change to ensure our financial security.

Elders Voice is an established and trusted charity in the heart of Kensal Green. Purpose of the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and help develop a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to the ongoing development of ArtsEd’s profile and reputation and the successful delivery of all our programmes.

Understanding the needs of current and prospective students and pupils and their parents, and being able to identify digital plans and initiatives which will enable ArtsEd to meet both the long and short-term needs is a central aspect of the role.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead in the planning and implementation of digitally creative and customer focused campaigns and will be responsible for the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. They will work closely with senior staff and the rest of the Marketing team to deliver highly effective experiences to all stakeholders and potential stakeholders.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the continuing development of ArtsEd’s online profile amongst all of our target audiences, including high-level industry connections, potential supporters and the local community, alongside potential students, pupils and parents.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that ArtsEd’s messaging is consistent, innovative and compelling across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
• Use digital marketing expertise to create effective user funnels to optimise conversion rates, tracking user behaviour in order to refine processes.

• Collaborate closely with staff across the organisation to identify storytelling opportunities to ensure a full understanding of ArtsEd’s broad range of target audiences.

• Set up digital advertising campaigns through Meta, Google Ads and other platforms

• Utilise excellent graphic design skills to collaborate with the team on the design and delivery of different digital campaigns for all stakeholder groups. This will include mass e-mails, social media posts and digital collateral as required.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Monitor social media communications (both comments on posts and direct messages) and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

Design & Brand

• Be a guardian of the ArtsEd brand, ensuring correct and effective use of our branding and house style both internally and externally.
• Ensure all digital information is accurate, up to date and relevant.
• Ensure ArtsEd embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion through all digital marketing touchpoints.
• Develop and manage image library including liaising with relevant staff to select images, co-ordinating in-house photography and film requirements, up-dating plasma screen and fulfilling external requests for images.
• Ensure all touchpoints communicate ArtsEd visual identity. Working with the wider Marketing team to review and implement ArtsEd brand architecture structure on digital platforms

Graphic Design

• Create print and digital advertising material using Canva or similar software.
• Design and create in-house digital signage and support the Marketing Officer where needed.
• Support the print production process, liaising with printers and publications, proof reading and adapting print collateral as required.

Recruitment

• Lead on the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy to optimise student and pupil recruitment across the whole organisation. This will include:
• Building on existing digital activity to maximise its reach and impact against all of our target audiences, including digital and associated print advertising.
• Managing an associated  programme of recruitment focused events and activities, both virtual and face-to-face, to raise our profile and to maximise our enquires, registrations, applications and acceptances across all of our activities.
• Supporting the relevant teams in the delivery of this programme, which will include existing activity e.g. Day School and Sixth Form Open Days, degree audition days and our outreach programme.
• To programme our email marketing conversion communication using software Mailer Lite/MailChimp
• Overseeing the production of all marketing collateral.

Social Media

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of a social media plan that aligns with and enhances all strands of the marketing and communications strategy
• Create engaging and content drive social media assets.
• Oversee and a schedule the delivery of day-to-day social media content
• Work with the marketing officer to Launch as short form video content strategy for all platforms with aligns with the Marketing and organisations strategy.
• Be the expert in understanding movements regarding social networks ensuring ArtsEd has a presence and brand building content on the right platforms.
• To have responsibility for all digital advertising, including social paid adverts.

Website

• Manage through line managed staff all aspects of the ArtsEd website, ensuring that it remains relevant to all users at all times. This will include:-
• Ensuring factual content is kept up-to-date, imagery and video is regularly refreshed and that the overall site reflects ArtsEd’s unique offer.
• Identifying opportunities to create and update brand focused content
• SEO
• Analytics

Market Analysis/Planning

• Review and analysis of data to identify competitor tactics, market trends, new opportunities and challenges.
• Ability to understand different audiences and relevant content to ensure successful conversion rates and enhance the student and stakeholders experience.
• Explore  new methods for collection of data and how this can be used to improve recruitment processes
• Complete quarterly digital impact reports
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Implement regular surveys of students and staff, collecting quantitative and qualitative material to support marketing and communication campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

The Meridian One Community Garden serves as a space where we focus on cultivating fruit, salad, and vegetable produce. We involve the local community by hosting weekly volunteer gardening sessions, welcoming school visits, and organising various community events.

TCV is seeking a Senior Project Officer with expertise in community engagement, event coordination, and managing community facilities. The garden, which was established one year ago, encompasses facilities such as an office, a community meeting/education room, toilets, and a spacious polytunnel.

The Senior Project Officer will oversee a range of tasks including planning and executing community events, maintaining site Health & Safety, leading volunteers in practical projects like building wooden planters, tending to garden plants, and ensuring timely completion of administrative duties such as procurement, risk assessments, social media updates, and task reporting. They will also lead activities for the under 5’s Nature Explorers group, school visits, themed evening events, and family weekends. Additionally, they'll organise corporate volunteering sessions and cover holiday shifts for the Green Gym gardening program. Previous events have included 'Pampering and Enrichment,' 'Repurpose, Recycle, Reinvent' workshops, and a Black Women in Conservation and Horticulture photo exhibition, as well as our weekend family events featuring free food, music, and arts and crafts activities.

This role involves being friendly and open to various people who visit, from the toddlers attending the Nature Explorers club, to our volunteer gardeners, to senior staff from the local authority. There are two other people working part-time at the garden, and TCV provides thorough training and support from a helpful local team.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with experience of gardening and/or nature conservation. However, what’s equally important is that the Senior Project Officer has initiative, is welcoming, and comfortable working with a wide range people. We’d therefore welcome applications from candidates who can display those personable qualities, with perhaps experience of working in a community centre setting.

In Spring 2024, TCV will be taking on the management of an additional nearby meanwhile space. The new Senior Project Officer will join us at an exciting time when we begin to turn that space into a new community tree nursery. Working with local people to gather seeds from significant trees in the surrounding area, we aim to grow saplings which will go on to be distributed for planting around London.

Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Given the nature of the role the Senior Project Officer will need to work from the garden during these times. Occasionally, to avoid lone working in the absence of another colleague, there will be the opportunity to work from home. Weekend family events take place on Saturdays, four times a year and there are approximately six evening events which take place between April to September. This post holder would be expected to attend those evening and weekend events.

The opportunity

We are looking for two Development Managers to join our Development team focusing on Individual Giving and Trust and Foundation Fundraising.

The Development Manager (Individual Giving) will manage the strategic development of Individual Giving, identifying opportunities to drive growth in this area. The post-holder will oversee the delivery of our Regular Giving programmes and will also manage relationships with high-level donors to identify and securing major gifts.

The Development Manager (Trust and Foundations) will manage the strategic development of Trusts and Foundations fundraising, identifying opportunities to drive growth in this area. The post-holder will oversee income generation from grant-making organisations and ensure timely reporting to funders.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements:

• Drive growth of Trusts and Foundations income especially at the five- and six-figure level, with a particular view to supporting unrestricted income and major projects in the organisation’s pipeline.
• Proactively manage a personal portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, regularly meeting and engaging with prospective funders to pitch proposals and check-in around expectations. 
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to develop accurate, compelling funding applications in line with deadlines set by funders. 
• Build lasting relationships with funders in order to establish opportunities for multi-year income generation.
• Drive the Trusts and Foundations prospecting process and increase the range of prospects approached for support, utilising prospect research tools and securing introductions from our network.

About the Role  

Under the direction of the Chief Executive, the Deputy Chief Executive (Operations and Services) will be responsible for the overall financial management, business reporting and operational services for the organisation. The person within this role will develop controls, policies and procedures that work for a variety of audiences including student volunteers, staff and trustees. They will lead on setting the strategic financial goals for the organisation and take a proactive role in supporting our performance towards these goals. The role will also support several departmental managers who deliver organisational services in the areas of finance, commercial and central services. You will be confident in providing high quality strategic advice to the Board of Trustees regarding the long-term future of the organisation as well as supporting the wider team with day-to-day functions and operations. 

We are looking for a dynamic leader who ideally has a relevant finance qualification or can demonstrate a high-level of job-related knowledge. You will also have good technical knowledge and hands-on experience of accounting software and finance systems.  You will excel in developing systems and processes and be able to ensure that these are embedded throughout the organisation, ensuring the continued financial strength of the organisation. You will be a motivational leader who understands the importance of teamwork, communication and striving to offer excellence. 

The successful candidate won’t necessarily need to come from the Higher Education sector, but you must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the trends and issues that affect our students. You will have a good understanding of charity governance, financial management and organisational development.

We have an exciting opportunity to join Oasis Hub Waterloo, adding strategic leadership capacity to the Hub and holding the vision of Christ-centred community development, together with the Executive Director & Senior Minister.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic leader to work with the present Executive Director & Senior Minister on the leadership of Oasis Church Waterloo, on HR, team development and leadership, and on the Hub budget/finance strategy.

Alongside the Executive Director & Senior Minister, they will also have a focus on developing Oasis Church Waterloo, including developing and leading church services, nurturing discipleship, pastoral care, involving children and young people, and bringing creativity to our church activities. · Ability to act strategically and to be involved in direct delivery.

· Recent experience of working with young people and communities.

· Experience of strategic management within a school, statutory, voluntary or commercial organisation.
