What you’ll do:

• Act as the designated Quality Review Partner for a portfolio of imaging services across the UK.

• Manage the full review cycle for services in your portfolio.
• Select and coordinate review team members in collaboration with the Quality Improvement Administrator.
• Participate in quality assurance and moderation activities to ensure consistency and rigour.

About the role:

At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleepers Hub Assessment Centre at 165 King’s Cross Road offers people a safe, supportive place to begin their journey away from the streets. With 16 beds and a short-stay model focused on planned moves within 28 days, this service is about momentum, opportunity and change. As a Project Worker, you’ll play a central role in helping people take their next steps towards secure and sustainable housing.

Working in a psychologically informed and trauma-aware environment, you’ll lead a caseload and carry out meaningful assessments that place each person’s experiences, strengths and goals at the centre. You’ll develop personalised support plans, respond thoughtfully to complex situations, and offer practical, hands-on support - from daily living tasks and wellbeing, to housing pathways, training and employment opportunities. About the role:

As an IDVA you will:-

• Ensure that male survivors' safety and housing needs are met by supporting survivors to access safe accommodation
• Provide a pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
• Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse
• Promote the service and raising awareness of issues arising, minimising barriers and improving access to support

You will need:

• Experience of providing support those affected by domestic abuse
• An understanding of the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
• Knowledge of safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
• A good understanding of Housing Law to be able to provide up to date advice and information on housing related needs

Overall job purpose

Our Health and Safety Officer will help us embed, maintain, and develop high standards of Health and Safety, across CCT’s whole estate and its people. They will work closely with our small Health and Safety Team to create, implement, and establish our Health and Safety policies and procedures, in accordance with current legislation. About the role

We are seeking a Floating Support Worker to join our Accommodation Service based at Kensington and Chelsea Town Hall. This service provides support to adults who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients, supporting them to sustain their tenancies and successfully settle into their new homes. You will work closely with individuals to help them access employment and education opportunities, and connect with appropriate services to address mental health needs, financial challenges, and substance or alcohol-related issues.

Working in this role, your key responsibilities will be to:

• To use a range of specialist assessment and personalised support planning tools to engage clients in the assessment and support planning process.
• To work with clients in producing person-centred support plans and ensuring that case reviews are carried out, support plans are implemented and adequate case records are maintained.
• To assess client risk and develop risk management strategies with the client and other relevant services.
• To work with a range of agencies to ensure all clients have access to relevant services including both statutory and non-statutory support.
• To provide specialist advice to clients on housing, health, welfare benefit claims and other issues as necessary.

• An understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people – you may have had personal experience of homelessness yourself.

About the role
This role gives you the opportunity to help people build positive relationships and see meaningful change over time. At Your Place, we work to build hope and develop sustainable life skills that support people to move on from homelessness. We work closely with each resident, focusing on their strengths through one‑to‑one and peer‑led support within a compassionate community that encourages progress towards independent living.

As a Support Worker, you will deliver consistent one to one keywork to residents who may be rebuilding their lives after homelessness while navigating multiple needs and complex barriers. You will complete assessments, co‑produce support plans and risk assessments, and work in a trauma‑informed and psychologically aware way that promotes safety, dignity and independence.

You will not be doing this work alone. As part of a dedicated support team, you will collaborate closely with our Community Partnership Team, Resident Services and Move‑On Specialist to create joined‑up pathways, remove barriers and support successful move‑on.

You will work with health services, substance misuse providers, the DWP, Probation, Housing and other partners to ensure residents receive the right support at the right time. Experience

· Relevant experience may be gained through work or education, including supporting people affected by homelessness or housing insecurity and multiple needs, such as mental health, substance use, offending, poor physical health, or social isolation.

· Experience working in a trauma-informed and person-centred way, which can be demonstrated either through employment or educational placements, particularly with individuals who may find services difficult to trust.

· Experience completing assessments and co-producing support plans/risk assessments, as well as reviewing progress over time, gained via work, volunteering, or educational settings.

· Experience of partnership working and multi-agency coordination, developed through professional roles or collaborative educational projects.

Skills & knowledge

· Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries, confident communication with residents and professionals.

· Strong organisation and time management; able to manage a caseload and competing priorities.

· Good IT skills such as Microsoft Office and ability to use case management systems e.g., In-Form/Salesforce/Pyramid.

· Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, GDPR/data protection and health & safety in a supported housing setting.

· Sound knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting supported housing and vulnerable adult groups

Our Service

Trauma Recovery CIC is a female founded not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to providing vital support services for victims and survivors of trauma. Founded in 2020, our mission is to build a safe, supportive, accessible, and sustainable service for the community.

Butterflies Lived Experience Community is an integral part of Trauma Recovery CIC, bringing together people with lived experience of sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma to form a community that supports each members ongoing recovery journey.

Every member of the Butterflies team has direct personal lived experience of sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma and use their own courage to support others to connect with theirs and use this to fuel their recovery.

The team consists of level 1,2 and 3 Lived Experience Facilitators, Volunteer Ambassadors who come together to support community members and develop the service on a co-production model. 

The Level 3 LEF Role

Our Level 3 LEF role requires a Social Work qualification and registration.

As well as facilitating groups and key working, Level 3 LEF’s take responsibility for:

• Completing initial appointments with new community members to ensure that the team has a good
  understanding of their support needs and that they can be safely supported through Butterflies LEC.

• Mentoring and supporting the Level 1 and 2 LEF’s and Ambassadors

• Working with community members, team members, Trauma Recovery leadership team and partner
  organisations to develop the service.

• Facilitating the understanding trauma programmes

• Providing reporting data to Trauma Recovery CIC Business Operations Lead and working with them to complete
  reports for funders and funding/grant applications.

• Co-chairing the Lived Experience Forum

• Contribute to the newsletters, social media, attend events to promote the service (at times this may require
  attending events outside of usual working hours).

• Ensure that all team members complete required admin accurately and in a timely manner and processes are
  followed.

• Highlight concerns about team members to the leadership team, identify ways to support the team or team
  member and offer the support.

Our ideal candidate

• Is someone who has walked their own recovery journey, experienced therapeutic support as part of this and understands the benefits on both a personal and professional level of therapy and group support.
• They will be a qualified, registered Social Worker with relevant social work experience of co-ordinating a service, mentoring team members and working from a systemic perspective.
• They will have experience of completing risk assessments, keeping records and using software and systems to do this effectively.
• They will be able to communicate and connect with people from a variety of backgrounds, understand their individual needs and work creatively to meet them in way that supports recovery.

About the Role

We are looking for two full-time Researchers to join the Corporate Performance team on fixed-term contracts, one for seven months and the other for twelve months. 

This role will be central to the Corporate Performance programme and strengthening our data. You will be responsible for carrying out thorough and detailed research and engagement on corporate performance, focusing on deforestation, ecosystem conversion and associated human rights abuses across a range of high-risk commodities and geographies. This work will bring greater accountability and transparency to companies and financial institutions exposed to deforestation, ecosystem conversion and associated human rights abuse risks.

You will be responsible for activities such as:

• Working with members of the Corporate Performance team and external consultants to complete assessments of companies and financial institutions on their commitments and reporting
• Locating, evaluating and cataloguing company and financial institution policies and other company-disclosed information (both qualitative and quantitative) relevant to their deforestation and human rights commitments
• Ensuring the data collected is accurate and reliable, and delivered to a high standard
  • Collating and cleaning the data from the assessments ready to be presented on the website and for analysis
• Working with the team to identify novel insights emerging from the data
• Provide support to data users
• Supporting, and occasionally leading on, engagement with assessed entities
  • Reviewing company and financial institutions comments on their finalised assessments, and working with other Researchers to respond accurately
  • Engaging assessed entities on their assessments and areas for improvement

• Supporting wider research tasks, including methodology reviews, selection of entities for assessment, and team coordination

Other duties:

• Play an active role in Global Canopy’s ongoing development as a member of a small, dynamic team.

• Knowledge and use of GIS, R-scripts, statistical testing/data analysis software would be an advantage. 
• Interest in the human rights and social dimensions of commodity-driven deforestation and environmental degradation

Benefits

Salary: £32,000 per annum full time equivalent. This role sits within Band E on Global Canopy’s remuneration framework.

Nature of contract: Full-time, fixed-term (7 months and 12 months) You will be asked to confirm which contract you are interested in when submitting your application. We are a flexible employer and welcome candidates wishing to work flexibly. 

Base: Our office is in Oxford. We offer hybrid working, with regular office attendance required for this role (details in role overview).
