Join our experienced and committed Refuge service team to support BME women and children who have experienced domestic violence, You will deliver holistic, women centred, individualised support for BME women and children in our refuges, ensuring their safety and using an empowerment approach to enable positive change and resettlement into appropriate accommodation.

At LBWP, we are passionate about working creatively with women to provide holistic support, which includes our other services: expert legal advice team, interactive groups advocacy work, counselling and key working with young women.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic individual with an in-depth understanding of the specific needs of BME women experiencing multiple disadvantages as a result of domestic violence and abuse.
